Objective:To explore whether there is mood congruency effect of involuntary autobiographical memories among different mood undergraduates.Methods:Totally 60 college students were induced to generate positive,negative or neutral mood by emotional pictures and music.Vigilance task paradigm was used to induce involuntary autobiographical memory in the present experiment.All participants were asked to rate the pleasantness of involuntary autobiographical memories,then the memory proportion of different valence was calculated.Two raters who had not taken part in the experiment were instructed to divide the objective memory contents into positive,negative and neutral three types.Furthermore,the number of involuntary autobiographical memories recalled was evaluated according to the valence of objective memory contents.Besides,all participants were asked to rate the mood state at the end of the experiment.Results:There was no significant difference in pleasantness ratings among different mood college students (P ＞ 0.05).There was a significant interaction between mood state and the valence of objective memory contents (P ＜ 0.01).Further examination of the interaction suggested the number of positive memory contents recalled was greater in positive state compared with neutral state [(6.3 ±5.5) vs.(2.8 ±2.2),P ＜0.01].However,there was no difference in the number of negative memory contents and neutral memory contents among different mood states (Ps ＞ 0.05).Additionally,no matter the pleasantness ratings was positive or negative,there was no significant correlation between the proportion of memories and mood state rated at the end of the experiment (r =0.29,-0.13,Ps ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that there does not exist mood congruency effect of involuntary autobiographical memories among college students in different mood states.Even in negative mood state,their involuntary autobiographical memories would still display a kind of optimistic bias.

Objective We aimed to investigate the role of McMaster model of family therapy in improving family function of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods Patients who had advanced HCC and received transarterial embolization (TAE) or transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) from Department of Hepatobiliary Ⅰ,Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital between October 1,2012 and June 25,2013 were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group (51 patients) and the control group (49 patients).The control group received routine family support education.The experimental group not only executed routine family support education,but also was given McMaster model of family therapy according to evaluation results of family assessment device (FAD) on the second and third day of hospitalization.The status of family function of all patients were assessed by FAD on the fnrst day of hospitalization and fourth week after therapy.We compared the status of family function between the two groups.Results In age,gender,educational level,place of residence,occupation,family economic status,medical payment,liver or kidney function,HBV infection,cirrhosis and tumor burden,no statistical differences were found between the experimental group and the control group patients before TAE or TACE.Two groups were dysfunction in communication,roles,affective responsiveness,affective involvement,behavior control,and general function in addition to problem solving before TAE or TACE.No statistical differences were found between two groups.After the therapy,compared with the control group,those patients in the experimental group had a lower level scoring in communication,roles,affective responsiveness,affective involvement,behavior control,and general function in addition to problem solving on the fourth week after the therapy,t value was-2.544,-3.767,-3.904,-2.848,-4.950 and-4.953,the difference had statistical significance.Conclusions McMaster model of family therapy may help to improve family function of patients with advanced HCC.

The combined teaching method of case-based learning and W2 H2 thinking-type learning was used in the comparative morphology experiment teaching.The teaching method can further strengthen the reform of the compar-ative morphology experiment teaching, and improve the quality of practice teaching.

Objective To study the method and effect of lateral arm free flap in reconstruction of severe atresic eye socket.Methods Forteen cases of severe atresic eye socket,from June,2011 to June,2013,were repaired by lateral arm free flap.The flaps were designed and harvested as drop shape with size about 6 cm × 10 cm and then were removed epidermis except distal 6 cm × 6 cm area which were transferred to orbit for eye socket reconstruction.The remaining fascia and dermis were filled to augment temporal defect.Superficial temporal artery was anastomosed with posterior branch of radial collateral artery in 14 cases and superficial temporal vein was anstomosed with radial collateral vein in 11 cases,with middle temporal vein in 3 cases.Results All 14 cases lateral arm free flaps survived with no donor site morbidity.Followed up for 1 year to 3 years,artificial eye could be fitted satisfactorily and temporal contour improved.Conclusion Lateral arm free flap is a recommendable option for severe atresic eye socket reconstruction because of concealed donor site scar,proper volume,matched vascular caliber and minor donor site morbidity.

Objective To evaluate the charateristics of biliary stricture after orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT) by ultrasound. Methods Diametes,thickness,characteristic echo of bile were observed by ultrasound in 41 patients with biliary stricture after OLT,and the results were compared with those of 46 patients without biliary complication after OLT.Results The diameter of intrahepatic bile,thickness of bile,incidence of intrahepatic bile dilation or hyperechogenicity in biliary stricture patiens were higher than those in patients without biliary complication,there were significant differences between two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusions The series of ultrasonographic character such as bile dilation,thickeness or hyperechogenicity of biliary wall,thin of bile duct are available to diagnose biliary stricture.

Through the addition of discussion course associated with judicial expertise during the pre medical education, integration of true and typical forensic pathological cases into basic medical theory and experimental education, further addition of optional course of forensic medicine,and guiding the medical students applying the scientifically training projects about forensic pathology, students may improve their learning interesting and clinical thought, and are made early warning and increase the abilities of preventing and dealing with the suddenly medical tangles in the future, at the same time, the medical teachers also increase their professional levels and teaching qualities.These benefit the growing up of high quality medical doctors, decrease and even prevent the happening of medical tangles.

Objective:To investigate the role of serum inflammatory cytokines in the development of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods: All of enrolled patients were diagnosed by clinical and coronary angiographic features and divided into four groups, the acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group, unstable angina pectoris (UAP) group, stable angina pectoris (SAP) group and control group. The values of high-sersitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), matrix metallopeptidase 9(MMP-9) and tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a) in serum were measured by cytokine detection equipment system (B10-RAD Biological Technology Co.Ltd, USA) and analysed in four groups with statistics. Results: Compared with SAP and the control groups, the levels of TNF-a and MMP-9 were increased significantly in AMI group(P <0.01). The level of serum hs-CRP was significantly higher in AMI group than that in UAP, SAP and control groups (P < 0.05). There were no differences in the levels of hs-CRP and MMP-9 between UAP, SAP and control groups (P> 0.05). It was found that there was positive relation between hs-CRP, MMP-9 and TNF-a by Pearson correlation analysis. Conclusion:There was obvious relation between coronary heart disease and inflammation. The cytokines characterized by the increases of hs-CRP, TNF-a and MMP-9 were involved in the formation and progression of atherosclerosis and served as markers of unstable plagues.

Objective To explore the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in the differential diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma and endometrial hyperplasia.Methods Forty-five patients with endometrial carcinoma and 21 patients with hyperplasia were studied by CEUS.Twenty-four normal women were enrolled as contrast group.Results In normal uterus, myometrium exhibited earlier enhancement later washout than the endometrium.Similar phenomenon was observed in patients with hyperplasia.In patients with endometrial carcinoma,the lesion showed wash-in and washout earlier, at least not later than the myometrium.Conclusions Endometrial carcinoma and hyperplasia showed different enhancement patterns,which may be helpful for the diagnosis of the two diseases.

ObjectiveTo assess the diagnostic performance of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in characterization of adnexal masses in comparison with baseline ultrasound.MethodsOne hundred and thirty-seven masses were examined by CEUS and baseline ultrasound.Two independent investigators reviewed the images before and after contrast agent administration.The diagnostic performances were evaluated using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis and the interobserver agreement was analyzed.ResultsAfter review of CEUS,ROC analysis revealed significant improvement in differentiating between malignant and benign pelvic masses that the areas under the ROC curve were 0.731 and 0.738 at baseline ultrasound versus 0.891 and 0.903 at CEUS ( P ＜0.01 ).The accuracy for both investigators also improved significantly after reviewing CEUS.A better interobserver agreement was achieved after reviewing of CEUS (g =0.681 at baseline ultrasound versus κ =0.893 at CEUS) and a better result of specific diagnosis was obtained (73.2％ and 74.2％ at baseline ultrasound versus 90.7％ and 91.2％ at CEUS)(all P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions Real-time CEUS improves the diagnostic performance in adnexal masses for discrimination between malignancy and benignity and improves the capability in specific diagnosis compared with baseline ultrasound.

Objective To assess the diagnostic performance of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in characterization of pelvic masses.Methods Contrast-enhanced ultrasound was performed on 137 patients with pelvic masses.The results were compared to pathological diagnostic criteria.The diagnostic performance was evaluated by using diagnostic test.Results Sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,accuracy and area under ROC curve in diagnosing complex pelvic masses by using contrast-enhanced ultrasound were as follows:85.3％ (29/34),93.2％ (96/103),80.6％ (29/36),95.0％ ( 99/101 ),91.2％ ( 125/137 ),0.892,respectively.Conclusions Contrast-enhanced ultrasound provides a simple and curate method for characterization of pelvic masses.
