Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2000;20(6):527-528
Objective To study the relationship between the serum HBV DNA level and theprogress of hepatitis B. MethodsHBV DNA was quantified by branch DNA signal amplification as-say(bDNA). 172 patients of different clinical types infected with HBV were investigated for HBVDNA. Results At the less than 0.7mmol/ml of HBV DNA level, 88.0% were acute patients,32.2% chronic,66.7% chronic with the fulminant hepatic failure, 19.4% cirrhotic, and 37.5% HCCpatients. The degree of fibrosis in the liver tissue is significantly higher in the group with more than 35years old. than in that with less than 35 years old ( P < 0.01 ). All chronic patients were analyzed,HBV DNA level is significantly higher in patients less than 35 years old than in patients more than 35years old ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion This research demonstrated that existence and replication ofHBV were the main causes for the progress of hepatitis B.

3.Safety of antidepressant treatment of coronary heart disease accompanied with depression
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2000;0(12):-
Cardiovascular disease has become the first cause of human death.Among the many risk factors in coronary heart disease, depression has been identified as an independent prognostic risk factors. In patients with coronary heart disease accompanied by severe depression, the onset of angina, quality of life deterioration and the mortality will increase by 3~5 times. However, the majority of antidepressant drugs have adverse effects on cardiovascular disease adverse drug reactions, making coronary heart disease patients with depression, did not receive antidepressant treatment due.So more researches to clarify the anti-depressant drugs, safety for cardiovascular disease are needed.
4.Relationship between coronary heart disease and depression

Objective To probe into the safety and effectiveness of transcatheter coil embolization for congenital coronary artery fistula. Methods Between May 1999 and December 2002, coil embolization of coronary artery fistula was attempted in 6 patients aged 38 to 70 years (mean, 50.7 years). The fistulae connected the left coronary artery to the pulmonary artery in 2 patients, the right coronary artery to the pulmonary artery in 2, the right coronary artery to the right infra-pulmonary vein in 1, bilateral coronary artery (the left anterior descending artery and right coronary artery) to the pulmonary artery in 1. Results Complete fistula occlusion was achieved in 5 patients (83.3%); one failed to go through the tortuous fistula and gave up coil embolization. There were no operative or late deaths and complications. Follow-up evaluation by physical examination and echocardiography in 5 patients showed no evidence of recurrent or residual coronary artery fistula. Conclusion On the basis of our result, we believe that transcatheter coil embolization of coronary artery fistula is a safe, effective and convenient procedure without a thoracotomy and the use of cardio-pulmonary bypass in some cases.

Objective To discuss the causations and nursing points of blood vessel complications of patients after percutaneons coronary intervention (PCI). Methods 2546 CHD patients underwent PCI during January 2005 to February 2008. We analyzed the cases with blood vessel complications, and dis-cussed nursing points of these patients. Results There were 99 cases with blood vessel complications. All patients recovered except one who died of ventricular fibrillation after cardiac tamponade. Conclu- sions The causations of blood vessel complications after PCI are complex. Proficient skills, nursing before operations, confirmation of the state of the patients in time, effective treatment combined with careful nurs-ing are all important to prevent these complications.

Objective To investigate the character and differentiation diagnosis of coronary artery fistula in aged. Methods Clinical symptom, sign and laboratory examination were analyzed in 8 aged patients with coronary artery fistula. Results Myocardial ischemia is the main manifestation of agedness coronary artery fistula, and should be discriminated with coronary artery disease. Conclusion If myocardial ischemia symptom aggravates with age in patient with long-term angina, coronary angiogram is the most dependable method.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To study the radiographic features of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma (PSH), and to correlate the imaging with the pathologic findings so as to improve the imaging diagnostic abilities. Methods The clinical features of 45 patients with pathology proved PSH between 1976 and 2002 were reviewed. Of the 45 patients, there were 3 men and 42 women, their age ranged from 18 to 67 years (median age, 49 years), and 19 patients were asymptomatic. 20 patients had chest radiography and CT scans. The radiographic findings were studied retrospectively and were correlated with that of pathology. (7 patients) underwent unenhanced CT and 13 patients had enhanced CT. Results Of the 20 patients who had chest X-ray, 18 patients presented as a solitary, round or oval shaped lesion with well-defined margin. On CT scans, the greatest dimension of the lesion ranged from 1.9 cm to 7.0 cm. A homogeneous soft-tissue attenuation was revealed on unenhanced scans. Homogeneous enhancement was detected in 9 patients and heterogeneous enhancement in 4 patients on enhanced CT. Cystic change was found in 1 patient showing lower attenuation than the enhanced solid tumor, and calcification was found in 5 patients. Correlation of radiographic and pathologic findings indicated that higher attenuation areas corresponded to the angiomatous areas. Conclusions PSH should be considered with the following features: (1) female patients between (40-60) years of age; (2) well-defined round or oval shaped lesion on chest radiography; (3) a homogeneous soft-tissue mass on unenhanced CT; cystic-like area within the tumor and/or calcification can occasionally be found; (4) homogeneous or heterogeneous enhancement after contrast administration.
