A total of 6004 cases of acute poisoning with 532 kinds of related poisons from 63hospitals were analyzed.According to the classification of pharmaceutical,pesticide,chemical,animal,plant and other poisons,the numbers of poison categories were 217,148,61,34,36 and 36 kinds accounting for 40.8％,27.8％,11.5％,6.4％,6.8％,6.7％ of total number of poisons respectively.According to the case count,they were divided into three groups of low,medium and high morbidity and their poison numbers were 462,59 and 11 kinds accounting for 86.8％,11.1％,2.1％ of total number of poisons respectively.According to the types of poisons,they were divided into five groups of poisoning 1,2,3,4,5 years and their poison numbers were 320,91,34,33 and 54 kinds accounting for 60.2％,17.1％,6.4％,6.2％,10.1％ of total number of poisons respectively.According to the time of poisoning,they were divided into three groups of 1-year,discontinuous and perennial poisoning and their poison numbers were 320,158 and 54 kinds accounting for 60.2％,29.7％,10.1％ of total number of poisons respectively.

Objective:To study the effect of trigonelline on the change of indicators of serum transaminase, lipoprotein and liver lipid of model rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases and on the expression level of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins.Methods:A total of 45 SD rats were randomly divided into Fthe control group, model group and trigonelline intervention group. Rats in the control group were fed with the common diet, while rats in the model group and intervention group were fed with the high fat diet. 8 weeks later, the intervention group received the intragastric administration of trigonellin e (with the dosage of 40 mg/kg/d) for 8 weeks; while control group and model group received the intragastric administration of saline with the equal dosage. Blood was taken from the abdominal aorta of rats 8 weeks later, detecting the level of a series of indicators of ALT, AST, TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C in the serum. After the rats were sacrificed, detect the indicators of TG, TC, SOD and MDA in the liver tissue of rats, as well as the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in the liver tissue.Results: Results of histopathologic examination showed that the damage degree of liver for rats in the trigonellineintervention group was smaller than the one in the model group, with significantly reduced hepatic steatosis and the partially visible hepatic lobule. The levels of ALT, AST, TC and LDL-C in the serum of rats in the trigonelline group were significantly reduced, while the change in the levels of TG and HDL-C was not significantly different. The levels of TG, TC and MDA in the liver tissues were significantly decreased, while the level of SOD significantly increased; the expression of Bcl-2 protein in the liver tissues of rats in the trigonelline intervention group was significantly increased, while the expression of Bax protein significantly decreased.Conclusions: The trigonelline contributes to the therapeutic effect of non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases. It can also increase the expression of Bcl-2 protein and decrease the expression of Bax protein in the liver tissues, which can protect the liver.

Background and purpose:18?-glycyrrhetinic acid(GA) is one of the important components of glycyrrhiza.Recent years,studies showed that GA has the effect of proliferation inhibition in human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells,human liver carcinoma and lung cancer cells.We investigated the effects of GA on induction of apoptosis in human breast carcinoma(MCF7) cells.The previous studies have demonstrated that the dynamic change of intracellular free Ca~(2+) concentration([Ca~(2+)]i)plays important roles in many links of apoptosis-induced process.Therefore we also researched the relationship between GA-induced apoptosis and [Ca~(2+)]i in MCF-7 cells.Methods:After MCF-7 cells were treated with 50-250 ?mol/L GA for 24 h,cell viability for proliferation was assessed by MTT assay.MCF-7 cells treated with 100 ?mol/L and 150 ?mol/L GA for 24 h,the apoptotic rates in MCF7 cells were examined by terminal deoxynucleotide transferase mediated dUTP nick-end-labeling method,flow cytometry with Annexin V/ propidium iodide fluorescent stain and single cell gel electrophoresis assay(SCGE).For cells treated with 150 ?mol/L GA for 24 h,i was measured by Fure-2 fluorescein load method.For cells treated with 150 ?mol/L GA combined with 100 ?mol/L BAPTA-AM or 0.5 mmol/L EGTA for 24 h,cell apoptosis were examined by SCGE.Results:For cells treated with GA from 100 ?mol/L to 250 ?mol/L,the rate of proliferative inhibition was increased significantly(P

The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed for 21 cases of liver neoplasms undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy from December 2007 to October 2012.Among 11 cases of borderline hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) (1.0-9.0 cm),6 of them were of micro hepatocellular carcinoma (MHCC) with a diameter ≤2 cm.There were 10 cases of borderline hepatic benign tumor,including liver hemangioma (n =7),hepatic adenoma (n =1),liver lymphoma (n =1) and liver focal necrosis (n =1).According to Couinaud's liver segmentation method,neoplasm was located on segment Ⅲ (n =13),segment Ⅳ (n =6),segment Ⅴ (n =1) and segment Ⅵ (n =1).Laparoscopic hepatectomy was successful in all patients.There was neither conversion into open approach nor postoperative complications of bile leakage,air embolism or perioperative mortality,etc.The mean operative duration was (120 ± 30) minutes,average hemorrhagic volume (165-±79) ml and normal diet & ambulation at Day 1-2 post-operation.The average postoperative hospitalization stay was (16 ± 10)days and l-year survival rate 100％.The parameters of leucocyte,liver enzymes,albumin and bilirubin returned to normal at Week 1 post-operation.Once a reasonable surgical indication is selected,laparoscopic resection is both safe and effective for peripheral micro hepatocellular carcinoma.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the pathogenic change and bacterial antibiotic resistance in lower respiratory tract infection in inpatients of chronic pulmonary heavt disease(CPHD) for recently 3 years and to provide reference for clinical treatment.METHODS Retrospective analysis was conducted on sputum cultivation from CPHD patients who were hospitalized from Jan 2004 to Dec 2006.RESULTS A total of 772 pathogenic strains were isolated,60.1 % of which were Gram-negative bacilli.Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella Pneumoniae,Escherichia coli and Acinetobacter baumannii were the main Gram-negative pathogens.Gram-positive bacilli accounted for 13.7%,most of which were Streptococcus pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus and so on.Fungi accounted for 26.2%.Imipenem/cilastatin sodium was the most sensitive drug for P.aeruginosa,Acinebacter and Enterobacteriaceae.And vancomycin hydrochloride was the most for S.aureus.Their multiple drug-resistance to anti-microbial agents was serious.CONCLUSIONS Gram-negative bacteria are the majority of the pathogens from CPHD of lower respiratory tract infection in hospital.The pathogens show multiple drug-resistance in drug sensitive test.It is suggested that there be urgent need for surveillance of bacterial resistance and rational use of anti-microbial agents during the clinical therapy.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the Huhang Burn Liniment in the treatment of Ⅱ degree burn wounds.Methods 400 cases of Ⅱ[degree burn patients admitted to the 4 research centers were divided into two groups(n=200).The treatment group was treated with external Huhang Burn Liniment and the control group was treated with topical silver sulfadiazine silver paste.The wound healing,safety and effect of treatment were compared between two groups.Results The wound healing time in treatment group was significantly better than that of control group (P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in bacterial infection rate and VAS score between two groups.After treatment,the bacterial infection rate and the degree of pain relief in the treatment group were significantly better than those in control group(P＜0.05).The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 84.0 ％ and 97.5 ％ respectively,while the control group were 72 ％ and 87 ％,the difference were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The Huhang Burn Liniment can effectively promote wound healing,inhibit the growth of bacteria,it's safe and reliable.

Wavelet transform(WT) is a powerful technique in signal separation and can improve the signal-to-noise ratio by separating the white noise and useful signal.The method in the paper introduces the concepts of Wavelet transform.According to the analysis of Wavelet coefficients between the noise and signal at different levels,the appropriate filter is realized.The patch clamp experiment results demonstrate the feasibility of the method.

Objectives: To study the effect of early enteral nutrition using Fresubin after gastrointestinal operation. Methods:78 postoprative patients were divided into two groups. The jejunostic tube group(A group, n=50) received the enteral nutrition(Fresubin) 6h after operation, and the control group(B group, n=28)received the intravenous infusion and then the oral liquid diet after the bowel movement recovery.The clinical findings,operative complications,blood glucose,the function of liver and kidney,electrolytes and nutritional status were observed. Objective:To investigate the status of professional identity among student nurses and explore its influential factors.Methods:A total of 1,302 student nurses from 3 universities of different levels in Shaanxi Province were selected using stratified and cluster random sampling method and investigated by adopting Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nurse Students (PIQNS).Results:Student nurses in Shaanxi Province scored (57.56 ± 12.55) in professional identity,of which the lowest was independence of career choice in the 5 dimensions.It showed that educational status,gender,and the reasons to choose nursing specialty correlated to student nurses' professional identity (P ＜0.05).Conclusions:The professional identity of student nurses especially for the undergraduate nurses is not high,which should cause the attention of the nursing educators and nursing managers to stabilize nursing team.

Objectives:To explore the relationship between sleep quality and coping styles in cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:68 cervical cancer patients were assessed by convenient sampling,who had been investigated with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Jalowiec coping scale (JCS-60).Results:Global PSQI score was (8.60 ± 4.47).Optimistic coping scored highest with score of (2.11 ± 0.45),which was the style most often applied by cervical cancer patients.Emotive coping scored lowest with score of (0.97 ± 0.62).Among 60 coping items,Hoped that things would get better was the most often used coping strategy,Took a drink to make yourself feel better was the least used coping strategy.Global PSQI score was positively correlated with fatalistic coping(r =0.325,P =0.008).Confrontive coping was positively correlated with subjective sleep quality score(r =0.318,P =0.009),while supportive coping was negatively related to subjective sleep quality score(r =-0.306,P =0.013),and palliative was negatively related to daytime dysfunction(r =-0.245,P =0.047).Gonclusions:Sleep problems are a common complaint in cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Health care workers should guide the patients to adopt active coping styles to improve sleep quality.
