Objective To analysis effect of compound amino acid 15 peptide 2 on levels of tumor markers in serum of postoperative patients with liver cancer.Methods 42 postoperative patients who were diagnosed with liver cancer were collected.All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 21 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were given the corresponding parenteral nutrition therapy, after treatment, the serum tumor markers, T lymphocytes, liver function and nitrogen balance related indicators in all patients were detected.Results After treatment, compared with control group, the serum alpha fetal protein(AFP),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9) and carcino embryonie antigen(CEA) levels were lower in the experimental group (P<0.05); the serum CD3 +T cells, CD4 +T cells and CD4 +/CD8 + ratio levels were lower in the experimental group (P<0.05); the serum alanine amino transferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin(TBIL) levels were lower in the experimental group (P<0.05); the patients in the experimental group changed to positive nitrogen balance(P<0.05).Conclusion The diluted compound amino acid 15-2 injection for intravenous injection,can significantly reduce the level of serum tumor markers in patients with liver cancer, improve the immune function of patients, correct negative nitrogen balance, protect liver function.

Objective To investigate the causes and prevention strategies of postoperative spinal cord injury after anterior approach surgery for cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods The clinical data of 749 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy treated with anterior approach surgery from 2001 to 2009 were retrospectively studied.There were five patients with spinal cord dysfunction instantly or early after operation,including three males and two females at average age of 52 years (range,48-62 years).Two patients were combined with ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament.The Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score was average 12.4(9-16)preoperatively.The surgeries included anterior cervical diskectomy(or corpectomy)and interbody fusion(iliac bone graft or cage or titanium mesh)and locking plates fixation.The blood loss was 50-200 ml.The symptoms included instant spinal cord injury in two patients,loss of the motor and feeling of both legs at 6 h after surgery in one,paralysis of one side limbs at 24 h after surgery in one and numbness of limbs at 5 days after surgery in one.Four patients were treated by large dose of methylprednisolone.Five patients underwent anterior exploration surgery,of which one patient received posterior cervical one-door expansive laminoplasty. Results The patients were followed up for average 16 months(12-24 months).The JOA score of four patients was recovered at three months and WaS better than preoperation after surgery.The function of spinal cord of one patient showed no improvement at one year after surgery.The causes for spinal cord injury included inappropriate surgical manipulation in decompression and haemostasis in two patients,insufficient decompression in one,epidural hematoma in one and absorbable hemostatic gauze in one. Conclusions The major causes of postoperative spinal cord injury in anterior approach surgery for cervical spondylofic myelopathy are the delayed postoperative injury.The spinal cord can recover to normal and has satisfactory prognosis if discovered promptly.We must avoid the spinal cord injury by surgical Manipulation that may result in permanent neurological deficits.

Objective:To evaluate the changes of quality of life in patients with axial spondyloarthritis (ax-SpA) after treatment with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) by the 36-item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36).Methods: 120 patients diagnosed with ax-SpA were collected in the first Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2014 to September 2015.They all agreed to be treated with the special drugs and assessed by special scale.Then they all signed the agreement.In the 3 months,double-blind,parallel controlled trial patients were randomized to 200 mg twice daily (bid) imrecoxib,or 200 mg twice daily (bid) celecoxib.They were assessed for the changes of quality of life at enrollment and after three months of NSAIDs therapy by the SF-36 of Chinese edition.The correlation between quality of life and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),C-reactive protein (CRP),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI),Spondylo Arthritis Research Consortium of Canada (SPARCC) was analyzed.Results: A total of 116 ax-SpA patients completed the study and 4 patients were lost to follow-up.We used the SF-36 scale to assess the quality of life in patients with ax-SpA before and after 3 months,NSAIDs treatment.The treatment effects were not statistically significant difference between the two drugs (P>0.05).After all the patients were treated with NSAIDs for 3 months,there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05) of the physical functioning,role-physical,bodily pain,general health,social functioning,role-emotional;and there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) of vitality and mental health.The positively significant correlations had been identified between BASDAI and PF,RP,BP,GH,VT,SF,RE (P<0.05),while no significant correlation was found between BASDAI and MH (P>0.05).A positively significant correlation had been identified between BASFI and PF,RP,BP,GH,SF,RE,MH (P<0.05),while no significant correlation was found between BASFI and VT (P>0.05).The ESR was positively correlated with SF,RE (P<0.05);and CRP was positively correlated with SF,MH (P<0.05);and SPARCC was positively correlated with PF (P<0.05).BASDAI and BASFI were the important influence factors of PF (P<0.05);and BASDAI was the important influence factor of BP,GH,VT,RE(P<0.05);BASFI was the important influence factor of RP,SF,MH(P<0.05).Conclusion: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can improve the quality of life of the ax-SpA patients.Imrecoxib and celecoxib have the equivalent curative effect.SF36 scale is suitable for the assessment of the quality of life in patients with ax-SpA.

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of respiratory involvement in relapsing polychondritis(RPC). Methods The clinical data of 38 patients with respiratory (larynx, trachea and bronchus) involvement in RPC were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of respiratory involvement in patients with RPC was 51.35%(38/74), and the most common symptoms were cough, wheezing, chest tightness and dyspnea. The incidences of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) increasing, C- reactive protein (CRP) increasing, fibrinogen increasing, D- dimer increased and rheumatoid factor (RF) positive in patients with respiratory involvement were significantly higher than those in patients without respiratory involvement: 47.37% (18/38) vs. 30.56% (11/36), 52.63% (20/38) vs. 33.33% (12/36), 31.58% (12/38) vs. 25.00% (9/36), 21.05% (8/38) vs. 13.89% (5/36) and 36.84%(14/38) vs. 5.56% (2/36), and there were statistical differences (P<0.05). CT was the main method to discover the respiratory involvement, and MRI could detect early cartilage inflammation lesions. Laryngoscope and bronchoscope could early detect mucosa and cartilage damage. Pathology was given priority to lymphocytes and neutrophils infiltration. Some patients had epithelium metaplasia and even canceration. Primary treatment methods were glucocorticoids combined with immunosuppressant. Airway stenosis and infection was the main factors influencing the prognosis of patients. Conclusions The respiratory involvement is not uncommon in RPC, and early CT, MRI, laryngoscope and bronchoscope examination is an important means of early diagnosis.Early glucocorticoid combined immunosuppressive therapy is the key to achieve good prognosis.

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of primary closure versus T-tube drainage after laparoscopic common bile duct exploration in acute cholangitis cases.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with acute cholangitis undergoing laparoscopic common bile duct exploration from January 2012 to December 2014 were reviewed.54patients received primary closure of the common bile duct and 46 patients were subjected to T-tube drainage after choledochotomy.Results One hundred patients underwent the surgery successfully.Compared with the T-tube group,the operation time(96.72 min vs 123.00 min,P =0.001),intraoperative blood loss(27.13 ml vs 38.48 ml,P =0.009),postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time(1.57 d vs 2.33 d,P=0.003) and postoperative hospital stay(6.19 d vs 9.20 d,P=0.000) were significantly less in the primary closure group.There were no statistical differences in the incidence of postoperative drainage (309.22 ml vs 212.46 ml,P =0.070),drainage time (3.96 d vs 4.02 d,P =0.875),incidence of bile leakage(9.3％ vs 0,P =0.060) and postoperative bleeding rate(5.1％ vs 2.2％,P =0.622) between these two groups.Conclusion Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration with primary closure of the common bile duct is an effective and safe procedure in acute cholangitis cases compared with T-tube drainage.

Objective To explore the clinical distribution states of human papillomavirus genotypes in tissues of 691 women with vulva condyloma acuminates in Nanjing city and Zhenjiang city in Jiangsu Province and genotyping clinical significance.Methods Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and gene-chips technology were utilized for the detection of 23 kinds of HPV genotypes in tissue specimens from 619 women of vulva condyloma acuminates in Nanjing city and Zhenjiang city in Jiangsu Province.And related materials of all subjects were analyzed.Results In 691 women of vulva condyloma acuminates,597 women of HPV infecton,total infection rate of HPV was 86.40％(597/691),including single genotype infection rate of HPV was 51.38％(355/691),11、6 and 16 genotypes are the most common in single genotypes,they are successively 51.55％(183/355)、41.97％(149/355)and 3.38％(12/355).multiple genotypes infection rate of HPV was 35.02％(242/691),6+11、11+18、6+16 and 11+16 genotypes are the most common in multiple genotypes,they are successively 9.92％(24/242)、9.09％(22/242)、4.96％(12/242)and 4.13％(10/242).Conclusion The low-risk HPV types are the main factors to cause the female vulva CA,a few high-risk HPV types may cause warts as well in tissues of women with vulva condyloma acuminates in Nanjing city and Zhenjiang city in Jiangsu Province.The vulva examine of HPV types should be held to the vulva CA patients.This precaution will has extremely important meaning to the prevention and treatment of the female vulva CA and cervical lesion in our nation.

The influence of this nano-Ta-Ti alloy on proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells was evaluated by MTT cytotoxicity test and ALP activity test.

RESULTSUnder scanning electron microscope, the Ta-coating surface presented with a gross porous (200-300 µm) structure with dense fusion between Ta particles, and no new element was produced after laser melting. Biocompatibility evaluation showed that Ti alloys with and without Ta coating both promoted the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells, but the coated alloy showed better performance and obviously promoted the differentiation of the osteoblasts.

CONCLUSIONAlloying between Ta and Ti can be accomplished successfully by laser melting technique, and the alloy obtained has ideal surface structure and good biocompatibility.

Objective:To study the clinical features of infective endocarditis (IE) with positive anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) in order to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Eighteen IE cases with positive ANCA admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2016 to July 2021 were collected. The demographic information, clinical symptom, laboratory tests, imaging examinations, treatment and clinical outcomes were analyzed retrospectively. Statistical program for social sciences (SPSS) 20.0 statistical software was used for analysis. Enumeration data were expressed as the number of cases and percentage (%), and measurement data were expressed as Mean± SD. Results:Twelve cases were male and 6 cases were female, with an average age of (50±16) years. Sixteen patients had positive PR3-ANCA, in which 2 cases had positive myeloperoxidase (MPO)-ANCA. The major clinical manifestations included fever (88.9%, 16/18), anemia (72.2%, 13/18), splenomegaly (44.4%, 8/18), cardiac murmur (33.3%, 6/18), arthralgia (22.2%, 4/18), liver damage (22.2%, 4/18), thromboembolic events (16.7%, 3/18), Osler's node (11.1%, 2/18) and renal dysfunction (11.1%, 2/18). Higher C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation (ESR) and procalcitionin (PCT) were detected in 83.3% (15/18) patients. The positive rate of blood culture was 50.0%(9/18) and streptococcus was the most common pathogen (77.8%, 7/9). Echocardiograms of all patients showed abnormal vegetation, most commonly involving the mitral valve (66.7%, 12/18) and aortic valve (33.3%, 6/18). Two patients were misdiagnosed as ANCA associated vasculitis (AAV), but the other one was diagnosed as AAV with IE as the first manifestation. Except for one case who died of multiple organ failure, all cases reached clinical recovery after surgery and antibiotic therapy.Conclusion:IE patients with positive ANCA may present with the clinical manifestations similar to AAV. We should highly alert to avoid misdiagnosis and treatment.
