A scientific and appropriate construction of curriculum of medical ethics such as teaching hours,teaching content,teaching methods and examination & evaluation in Institute of Medicine and Nursing is to improve the effectiveness of the teaching of medical ethics,to fulfil its goal of fostering applied skilled medical talents,and to meet the needs for the talents in the development of time so that students can better access and understand medical ethics for the sake of facing and dealing properly with problems related to medical ethics work in their future medical work.

Objective:To evaluate a new wax formed by laser sintering technology(SW-1)for dental use.Methods:The melting point,hardness and viscosity of SW-1,normal dental modeling wax and LongYuan's wax formed by laser sintering were tested and compared.Linear shrinkage,plastic deformation and toughness of SW-1 were estimated by national standards.Results:There were no significant differences between SW-1and the normal dental modeling wax in the properties of melting point 〔(61.1?1.63)℃,(61.7?1.96)℃〕and hardness 〔(75.2?0.62)HA,(74.0?0.54)HA〕;but when compared with melting point(78.3?1.07)℃and hardness(94.0?0.38)HA of LongYuan's wax formed by laser Sintering,those of SW-1 were significantly different.Viscosity of SW-1(2 016?136.9)MPa?s showed significant difference when compared with that of normal dental modeling wax(9.06?0.258)MPa?s and LongYuan's wax formed by laser Sintering(2 876?81.7)MPa?s.Linear shrinkage of SW-1(0.2%)met the national standards,while plastic deformation(10%,43 ℃)and toughness(broken when bent,20 ℃)of SW-1 did not meet such standards.Conclusion:SW-1 may be the proper laser sintering material for dental use,and has a good prospect in future.

Objective To study the toxic effects of rotenone on substantia nigra of rats. Methods Rotenone was given subcutaneously once a day during 28 days. Substantia nigra was dissected. Morphology of dopamine neuron, synapse and myelin sheath were observed. SOD and GSH-Px activity were assayed; MDA and GSH contents were measured. Results Autonomic activities of rats decreased, similar to Parkinson's Symptoms. Objective To investigate the influence of multiple sadation of dexmedetomidine (Dex) and midazolam on young rats′nervous injury and the learning and memory ability after grow up .Methods 36 male SD rats were randomly allocated to 3 groups (n=12):control group(C) ,midazolam group (M ) and dexmedetomidine group(D) .The group C was given normal saline 0 .1 mL/kg by subcutaneous injection .The group M was subcutaneously injected by midazolam 2 .4 mg/kg ,0 .1 mL/kg .The group D was subcutaneously injected by dexmedetomidine 75 μg/kg ,0 .1 mL/kg .Each group received once injection for 3 d .Plasma S100β,NSE were measured at 6 h after medication .The rats′memory ability after grow up was assessed by the Morris water maze test .Results Compared with the group C ,the escape latency in the group M was extended and the times across the platform was decreased . The expressions of S100βand NSE in the group M were enhanced at 6 h after medication .There was no statistical difference be-tween the group C and D .The changes of various indexes in the group D had no significance .Conclusion Compared with midazo-lam ,using new type narcotic and sedative agent dexmedetomidine had little influence on the young rat nervous injury and the learn-ing and memory ability after grow up in rat .

Objective To investigate the effect of esomeprazole combined with quinolones in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer in patients in serum inflammatory factors.Methods 90 cases of Hp positive gastric ulcer were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group received omeprazole based triple therapy, the experiment group received esomeprazole plus quinolone based triple therapy,two groups were treated for 14 days.Gastric function, inflammatory factors and related indexes were detected by blood and the clinical effect were compared after the treatment .Results Compared with before treatment,scores of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, belching, acid reflux symptom decreased in two groups after treatment, levels of GAS, PG I and PG II decreased,levels of CRP,IL-1,IL-6 decreased,levels of TNF-β1 decreased, and the levels of α-resistin increased (P<0.05).Compared with the control group after the treatment, scores of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, belching, acid reflux symptom in the experiment group were lower, levels of GAS,PG I and PG II were lower,levels of CRP,IL-1,IL-6 were lower, levels of TNF-β1 were lower, and levels of α-resistin were higher (P<0.05).The negative rate in the experiment group 91.11%was higher than the control group 71.11%(P<0.05),and the effective rate in the experiment group 91.11%was higher than the control group 73.33%( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Esomeprazole combined with quinolones in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer was effective ,and it reduce inflammation,improve gastric function.

Objective To investigate expression of elderly patients with endometrial cancer of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor and its clinical significance.Methods 45 elderly patients with endometrial carcinoma from March 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the observation group, over the same period healthy women with normal endometrium as control group, using S-P immunohistochemical method, to detect the expression of receptor and progesterone receptor in two groups.Results In observation group, estrogen and progesterone receptor positive expression rates were 60.00%, 46.67%, compared with control group(93.33%, 86.67%), was significantly lower (P<0.05).Patients with low differentiation of estrogen and progesterone receptor, positive expression rate was 37.50%, 25.00%, was lower than other two groups, but which had no difference.Estrogen, progesterone receptor positive expression rates in progress stage were 35.71%, compared with patients ( 80.65%, 74.19%) in early stage, was significantly lower (P<0.05).The positive expression rate of estrogen receptor in patients with lymph node metastasis was 66.67%, compared with the patients with no metastasis, the difference was not statistically significant.The positive expression rate of progesterone receptor was 76.67%, compared with the non metastasis group (46.67%), and was significantly lower (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of estrogen and progesterone can reflect the biological behavior and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma in aged patients, and have important significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To investigate the comparability of K + ,Na+ and Cl- measurement between Cobas8000 analyzer and AU640 analyzer .Methods According to the EP9‐A2 document of the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards ,the precision of AU640 analyzer for the detection of K + ,Na+ and Cl- was evaluated ,and the correlation between the detected results of the two analyzers were also analyzed .Results AU640 analyzer were with high precision for the detection of K + ,Na+ and Cl- ,in‐tra‐assay and inter‐assay coefficient of variation of which were both less than 2% .The correlation coefficients of the two analyzers were higher than 0 .975 .Conclusion Cobas8000 analyzer and AU640 analyzer might be with fine comparability for the detection of K+ 、Na+ and Cl- ,both of which could provide accurate detected results .

In order to investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the proliferation and differentiation of human osteoblasts isolated from alveolar bone under various pressure and exposure time, osteoblasts from human alveolar bone were seeded in 24 well plates at a cell density of 2 500 cells per well. There are four treatment groups which were 2.4ATA for 90 min, 2.4ATA for 30 min, 1.5ATA for 90 min and 1.5ATA for 30 min. Osteoblasts culture were treated one time everyday for up to 10 days in a temperature and humidity controlled custom-made seven-litre hyperbaric unit. Control samples were incubated in a standard humidified incubator at 37℃ containing 5% CO2 and 95% atmospheric air. Proliferation of osteoblasts were evaluated by WST-1 assay before and 16 h after HBO on day 1,2,3,4,6,8,10. The cytotoxic effect of HBO on osteoblasts was assessed by a toxicology assay kit. For differentiation study, osteoblasts were seeded in 96 well plates at a cell density of 10 000 cells per well. After 3 days normal culture, medium was changed to osteogenic medium. Subsequently, cultures were exposed daily to HBO of 2.4ATA for 90 min and 1.5ATA for 90 min up to 13 days. Mineralization was evaluated by calcium deposition assay, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity and von Kossa staining. To assess the effect of pressure on cell proliferation and differentiation, hyperbaric air treatment was observed in this study. It showed that HBO treatment promotes proliferation of osteoblast in the presence of 10% foetal calf serum (FCS). No significant change in extracellular LDH activity before and after HBO treatment. The study of differentiation demonstrated that HBO enhanced differentiation associated with increased bone nodule formation, calcium deposition and alkaline phosphatase activity. These result suggests that HBO treatment significantly stimulated osteogentic differentiation, which implies a potential application of HBO in bone tissue engineering.

AIM: To study the quality standard of Compound Shencha Granuls (Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Radix Rehmanniae, etc.). METHODS: Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae and Rhizoma et Radix Polygoni Cuspidati in Compound Shencha Granule were distinguished by TLC. Ursolic acid was determinated by TLCS. RESULTS: The methods of TLC to distinguish Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati were feasible without negative inference. Ursolic acid content in three groups of samples was 1.24 - 1.58 mg?g -1 . CONCLUSION: The method is accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Compound Shencha Granule.
