Electric and electronic products are required to pass through the certification on electrical safety performance before entering into the market in order to reduce electrical shock and electrical fire so as to protect the safety of people and property. The leakage current is the most important factor in testing the electrical safety performance and the test theory is based on the perception current effect and threshold. The traditional method testing the current threshold for perception only depends on the sensing of the human body and is affected by psychological factors. Some authors filter the effect of subjective sensation by using physiological and psychological statistical algorithm in recent years and the reliability and consistency of the experiment data are improved. We established an experiment system of testing the human hody's current threshold for perception based on EEG feature analysis, and obtained 967 groups of data. We used wavelet packet analysis to detect a wave from EEG, and used FFT to do spectral analysis on alpha wave before and after the current flew through the human body. The study has shown that about 97.72% alpha wave energy changes significantly when electrical stimulation occurs. It is well proved that when the EEG feature identification is applied to test the human body current threshold for perception, and meanwhile alpha wave energy change and human body sensing are used together to confirm if the current flowing through the human body reaches the perception threshold, the measurement of the human body current threshold for perception could be carried out objectively and accurately.

OBJECTIVETo explore the method of the treatment for hallux valgus with the proximal crescentic osteotomy of the first metatarsal bone, combining with distal lateral soft tissue release.
METHODSFrom January 2008 to December 2012, 21 cases 21 hallux valgus feet were treated by operative procedure, included 1 male (1 foot) and 20 females (20 feet), with the mean age of 52 years (range, 36-68 years). Among all patients were followed up for 12 to 26 months, with the mean 16 months. The preoperative, post-operative and final follow-up X-ray films of all patients were collected. The hallux valgus angle, intermetatarsal angle and distal metatarsal articular angle were measured and analyzed. The surgical outcome was evaluated combined with the AOFAS score.
RESULTSThe average hallux valgus angle decreased from 42.3° ± 1.8° preoperatively to 14.5° ± 1.8 postoperatively, the average intermetatarsal angle did from 21.9° ± 1.7 to 9.1° ± 1.8°, and the average distal metatarsal articular angle did from 14.9° ± 1.8 to 7.2° ± 1.5, respectively. There were significant differences between the preoperative and postoperative roentgenographic index. AOFAS score was improved from 44.0 ± 1.8 preoperatively to 83.9 ± 2.2 at the final follow-up.
CONCLUSIONSThe proximal crescentic osteotomy of the first metatarsal bone combined distal soft tissue reconstruction obtained satisfactory results in severe hallux valgus patients with big intermetatarsal angle.

Objective To investigate the characteristics and influencing factors leading to sudden cardiac death (SCD) of incarcerated prisoners. Methods Seventy-five SCD cases of prisoners between 2000 and 2013 in Henan province were collected, and environment, psychological and physical factors were retro-spectively analyzed. Combined with histopathological results, specific factors of SCD were also studied. Results In the 75 cases, 21 cases (28%) had definite chronic past medical histories, and 75 cases (100%) had cardiovascular disease confirmed by autopsy. Conclusion Due to presence of the potential cardiac diseases, special incarcerated environment, psychological stress, and body-restraint might be the precipitat-ing factors in SCD of those prisoners.

Objective To compare the performance of novel Ag/AgCl pulverized electrodes with conventional Ag/AgCl coating electrodes in cerebral application of Electrical Impedance Tomography(EIT).Methods Based on the EIT system developed by our group, raw data were measured on a phantom and an adult volunteer, with Ag/AgCl coating electrodes and pulverized electrodes, respectively. The performances of electrode systems were evaluated in contact impedance and two other figures(the high-frequency SNR,HFSNR;the low-frequency SNR,LFSNR).Results Ag/AgCl pulverized electrode plays a better performance in resisting noise and keeping stabilization. Conclusion Ag/AgCl pulverized electrode develops the needs of imaging and monitoring human brains in EIT more availably.

Objective To observe the effect of drug pairs of extracts from Rhizoma Chuanxiong(RC)and Radix Paeoniae Rubra(RPR)in different proportions on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in rats and to find the optimal proportion between the two extracts. Methods The Wistar rat models of blood stasis were established by injection of adrenalin. The changes of the platelet aggregation and adhesiveness and erythrocyte aggregation were observed. Results Blood vessel contraction increased, the platelet aggregation and erythrocyte aggregation increased, erythrocyte deformation occurred and the blood viscosity increased in the model rats. The drug pairs could reduce blood viscosity, ameliorate erythrocyte ability of deformation, reduce erythrocyte aggregation and inhibit platelet aggregation. The effects were obvious especially in the groups of RC and RPR in the proportions of 0.45 g to 0.45 g,0.21 g to 0.45 g.Conclusion The drug couples from RC and RPR in different proportions could improve the blood rheology, the effect being obvious in the groups of RC and RPR in the proportions of 0.45 g to 0.45 g,0.21 g to 0.45 g.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of hepatocellular carcinoma treatment with a combination therapy of transcather arterial super liquefied lipiodol embolization and cytokine-induced killer cell(CIK) infusion. Methods There were 3 groups in this study, group 1:38 cases of HCC patients treated with a combination therapy of transcather arterial super liquified lipiodol embolization and CIK infusion;group 2:80 cases of HCC patients treated with a combination therapy of transcather arterial super liquefied lipiodol embolization and percutaneous intratumoral ethanol injection;group 3:134 cases of HCC patient treated with transcather arterial super liquefied embolization. Finally, the outcomes of the 3 groups were compared. Results The short term effective rates of group 1,2 and 3 were 76.1%,41.3% and 14.9% respectively, simultaneously with significant difference of changes concerning AFP value among the three groups especially in group 1 the AFP decrease to normal level while those of the other two groups still remain in higher levels. Conclusions The living quality and survival rate of HCC patients could be improved by a combination therapy of transcather arterial super liquefied lipiodal embolization and CIK infusion.(J Intervent Radiol,2007,16:235-239)

Objective To provide the hardware system of EIT with an excellent direct current(DC) power source. Methods The spectrums of the outputs of DC power source and the driving source were analyzed by means of Spectrum Analyzer- E4408B when EIT system was respectively powered by battery, linear power source and switching power source. Based on the numbers and power levels of the spurs of the three power sources and the numbers and power levels of the interferences within the driving source, the influence of the three power sources on the error of measuring was estimated. Meanwhile the EIT system did data acquisition, the overall signal-to-noise-ratio(SNR) of the three power sources at the 18 frequencies were calculated and the influence of the three power sources on the error of measuring was judged. Results With respect to the numbers and power levels of the interferences within the driving source when EIT was powered respectively by the three power sources, the battery output 6 interferences, the highest power of which achieved -78.25 dBm; the linear power source output 6 interferences, the highest power of which achieved -67.11 dBm; the switching power source output 15 interferences, the highest power of which achieved -35.83 dBm. The overall SNRs of the battery at the 18 driving frequencies were higher than that of the linear power source, and the overall SNRs of the linear power source were higher than that of the switching power source. Conclusion The power mode of battery is the best for the hardware of EIT among the three power sources.
