砄bjectives:To observe the difference of programmed cell death (PCD) and the expression of related gene p 53 in the development of normal palate and in the formation of cleft palate. Methods:The model of the development of cleft palat was estabished with retinoid acid (80 mg?kg 1 for each pregnant mouse). The palate samples were obtained at GD13 14 (at 13rd day 14 hours of prenancy),13 22 ,14 8,14 14 ,14 33 ,15 8,15 22 and 16 8 respectively.PCD was detected with TUNEL staining, while the mRNA transcription of p 53 was observed by in situ hybridization.Rssults:In early development of palate process, the positive index of PCD in the cleft palate samples was significantly higher than that in the normal ( P 0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion:The proliferation of mesenchymal cells of the early developmental palate process may be inhibited due to the abnomal PCD in the formation of cleft palate. The mechanism of PCD in this study may be a p 53 independed pathway.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2020;52(6):1117-1123
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the conversion of resin monomer, the change of inorganic component and the influencing factors on the oxygen inhibition layer formed on the cured surface of resin cement.
METHODS:
Three kinds of resin cement were divided into three groups: (1) light-cured group: RelyX Veneer, NX3 (light-cured), Variolink N; (2) dual-cured group: RelyX U200 Automix, NX3 (dual-cured), Multilink Speed; (3) chemically-cured group, and the above 3 types of dual-cured resin cement cured without illumination could be used as chemically-cured resin cement. Each sample was provided with and without oxygen exposure of two matching surfaces, cured respectively, and the variables of light intensity and illumination time were set in the light-cured group and the dual-cured group. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the samples' surface morphology. Energy dispersive spectrometer was used to analyze the samples' composition of surface elements. Confocal Raman spectroscopy was used to measure the monomer conversion of resin cement and to obtain the thickness of the oxygen inhibition layer.
RESULTS:
(1) On the surface of cured resin cement, the weight percentage of oxygen element in the aerobic side was higher than that in the anaerobic side (P < 0.05), and the weight percentage of inorganic element was lower than that in the anaerobic side (P < 0.05). (2) The surface monomer conversion of the cured resin cement on the aerobic surface was significantly lower than that on the anaerobic surface (P < 0.05), and the surface monomer conversion on the aerobic surface and the anaerobic surface was the lowest in the chemically-cured group (P < 0.05), the dual-cured group was the highest (P < 0.05), and the light-cured group was between them. With the increase of light intensity or illumination time, the surface monomer conversion increased (P < 0.05). (3) The thickness of the oxygen inhibition layer was the thickest in the chemically-cured group [(40.27±2.81) μm](P < 0.05), the thinnest in the dual-cured group [(21.87±5.42) μm](P < 0.05) and light-cured group [(23.73±3.84) μm] was between them. With the increase of light intensity or illumination time, the thickness of the oxygen inhibition layer of resin cement decreased (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSION
When resin cement is exposed to oxygen, it will form an oxygen inhibition layer, its surface's inorganic filler is less, the surface monomer conversion is lower. The surface monomer conversion and the thickness of oxygen inhibition layer are affected by curing mode and illumination factors.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2010;29(1):20-23
Objective To investigate the short and long term therapeutic effects of prostaglandin E1 (PGEl) on diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods Patients with DN in stage Ⅲ to Ⅴ according to Mogensen criteria were randomly assigned to four groups of PGE1, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI), PGE1 + ACEI and control drug. The levels of proteinuria and albuminuria were measured before and 15 days, 6 months and 18 months after treatment. Patients with DN in stage Ⅳ were subdivided into three groups according to proteinuria: early stage IV (protienuria was less than 1.5 g/d), middle stage Ⅳ (protienuria was between 1.5 g/d and 2.5 g/d) and late stage Ⅳ (protienuria was larger than 2.5 g/d). Results Fifteen days after treatment, the levels of proteinuria and albuminuria were significantly decreased compared with pre-treatment in PGE1 and PGE1 + ACEI groups (P<0. 01), and the therapeutic effect was better in PGE1 + ACE1 group than in ACEI group (P<0. 01). Six months after treatment, there were still significant differences in above parameters in patients with DN in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ between PGE1 + ACEI and PGE1 groups. And for the patients in stage Ⅴ, statistic significance between pre-and post-treatment existed only in PGE1 + ACEI group (P<0. 05). but not in PGE1 and ACEI groups (both P>0. 05). Eighteen months atter treatment, the levels of proteinuria and albuminuria were significantly decreased in patients in stage HI and early stage IV in all treatment groups (P<0. 01). For patients in middle stage IV and late stage Ⅳ , the significant differences still occurred between pre-and post-treatment in PGE1 + ACEI group (P<0. 01 or P<0. 05), and were significantly better than in ACEI group (P<0. 01 or P<0. 05). However, the proteinuria of patients in late stage IV elevated in PGE1 group in post-treatment versus pre-treatment (P<0. 05). Conclusions The short term therapeutic effect of PGE1 is quick and good in patients with DN. The therapeutic effect is much better in patients in stage Ⅲ compared with stage Ⅴ. The combination of PGE1 and ACEI will get better best therapeutic effect than PGE1 or ACEI alone in long term.

Objective To investigate the effects of prostaglandin E1(PGEl)in improving proteinuria and albuminuria in the elderly people with diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods Patients including stage Ⅲ,stage Ⅳ and stage Ⅴ were divided into four groups:conventional therapy group,PGE1 group,PGE1+ACEI group and ACEI group.Proteinuria and albuminuria were measured before and after treatment for 15 days,3 months,6 months. Results (1)In the DN patients in stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ (proteinuria<2.5 g/d),the proteinuria and albuminuria descended markedly in PGE1+ACEI and PGEl group(P<0.01).It was better than that in eonventionaI therapy and ACEI group.(2)In the DN patients in stage Ⅳ(proteinuria>2.5 g/d),proteinuria and albuminuria were not changed significantly after 3 months and 6 months in PGE1+ACEI and PGE1 group, but they were increased in conventional group(P<0.05).(3)In the DN patients in stage Ⅴ,the proteinuria and albuminuria were not changed much after 1 5 days,3 months and 6 months(P<0.05).The proteinuria and albuminuria were increased by more than 10 percent(P<0.01)in the conventional group after 3 and 6 months. Conclusions The therapeutic effects of PGE1 are obvious.Early treatment of nephropathy will get a better improvement in patients with diabetic nephropathy.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(06):-
In the tissue impedance spectroscopy measurements ,four-electrode method are normally used. A measurement error caused by stray capacitance between lines of drive electrode and receive electrode is not a trivial problem. This paper studied this error and reached the results This stray capacitance introduces errors which increase with frequency and has more effect on the imaginary part than on the real part in the measurement frequency range.
