4.The significance of PCD and mRNA transcription of p 53 gene during development of normal palate and cleft palate in C57BL/6N mouse

砄bjectives:To observe the difference of programmed cell death (PCD) and the expression of related gene p 53 in the development of normal palate and in the formation of cleft palate.Methods:The model of the development of cleft palat was estabished with retinoid acid (80 mg?kg 1 for each pregnant mouse). The palate samples were obtained at GD13 14 (at 13rd day 14 hours of prenancy),13 22 ,14 8,14 14 ,14 33 ,15 8,15 22 and 16 8 respectively.PCD was detected with TUNEL staining,while the mRNA transcription of p 53 was observed by in situ hybridization.Rssults:In early development of palate process,the positive index of PCD in the cleft palate samples was significantly higher than that in the normal ( P 0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion:The proliferation of mesenchymal cells of the early developmental palate process may be inhibited due to the abnomal PCD in the formation of cleft palate.The mechanism of PCD in this study may be a p 53 independed pathway.
5.Analysis of drug resistance characteristics of clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in 2013

Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAE) in the hospital ,so as to provide the reference for the rational drug use and the infection control in clinical .Methods The infection distribution and drug resistance of 822 isolates of PAE were analyzed .The drug sensitivity test was proceeded by dilution method ,and the results were judged according to the relevant documents of the CLSI .The data was analyzed by WHONET 5 .6 software .Results 822 isolates of PAE were mainly distributed in intensive care unit ward ,general surgical department and respiration department .The sample was 82 .1% from sputum .The infection rate was the highest in autumn(30 .0% ) .The drug resistance rate of PAE to cefperazone/sul-bactam was the lowest(7 .6% ) ,and which to amikacin was 19 .1% .The resistance rates of PAE to other drugs were all higher than 20 .0% .Conclusion PAE is a common pathogen of respiratory tract infection ,which has a high resistance rate to the current clini-cal antibacterial agents ,and doctors should pay attention to the infection caused by PAE .

The author uses the database technique to manage the impedance spectroscopy data.In design of impedance spectroscopy database frame,ActiveX Data Object(ADO)technique is adopted to improve the agility and efficiency.It also enhances the efficiency to use data binding technique to avoid complex data type transformation in appending and amending.
7.Research of effect of stray capacitance on measurement accuracy in tissue impedance spectroscopy measurement

In the tissue impedance spectroscopy measurements ,four-electrode method are normally used. A measurement error caused by stray capacitance between lines of drive electrode and receive electrode is not a trivial problem. This paper studied this error and reached the results This stray capacitance introduces errors which increase with frequency and has more effect on the imaginary part than on the real part in the measurement frequency range.

10.Therapeutic effects of prostaglandin E1 on diabetic nephropathy in different periods in the elderly people

Objective To investigate the effects of prostaglandin E1(PGEl)in improving proteinuria and albuminuria in the elderly people with diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods Patients including stage Ⅲ,stage Ⅳ and stage Ⅴ were divided into four groups:conventional therapy group,PGE1 group,PGE1+ACEI group and ACEI group.Proteinuria and albuminuria were measured before and after treatment for 15 days,3 months,6 months. Results (1)In the DN patients in stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ (proteinuria<2.5 g/d),the proteinuria and albuminuria descended markedly in PGE1+ACEI and PGEl group(P<0.01).It was better than that in eonventionaI therapy and ACEI group.(2)In the DN patients in stage Ⅳ(proteinuria>2.5 g/d),proteinuria and albuminuria were not changed significantly after 3 months and 6 months in PGE1+ACEI and PGE1 group,but they were increased in conventional group(P<0.05).(3)In the DN patients in stage Ⅴ,the proteinuria and albuminuria were not changed much after 1 5 days,3 months and 6 months(P<0.05).The proteinuria and albuminuria were increased by more than 10 percent(P<0.01)in the conventional group after 3 and 6 months. Conclusions The therapeutic effects of PGE1 are obvious.Early treatment of nephropathy will get a better improvement in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
