Based on high throughput sequencing and PCR detection technology, this study has found out that intestinal microbial diversity was impaired and the quantities of two main bacteria flora (Bacteroidetes and Clostridium) were significantly reduced in patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (D-IBS).Meanwhile mucosal expression of toll-like receptor (TLR) 2 and TLR4 were significantly enhanced, which was inversely correlated with the reduction of Bacteroidetes and Clostridium. Thus,it suggests that D-IBS may be associated with TLR signal transduction triggered by the intestinal dysbacteriosis.

Objective To investigate the localization and the morphological changes of manchette during mouse spermiogenesis. Methods Immunofluorescence staining with FITC and costaining with DAPI were used to demonstrate the cellular localization of the manchette at different stages during mouse spermiogenesis. The structural changes of the manchette were observed during the maturing of the spermatid. Results Immunofluorescence staining showed that manchette existed exactly around the nuclei of the spermatids.Manchette began to form, when the shape of the nucleus changed from spherical to slightly elongated. While the nucleus of the spermatids condensed and elongated at later stages, manchette moved gradually to the caudal position of the spermatids. At last, the manchette diminished as the spermatids became mature.During mouse spermiogenesis, manchette underwent a transition from a cap-like to a tubular configuration.ConclusionThe formation and diminishment of the manchette is in step with the condensation and elongation of the nucleus of the spermatid. Both the structural and positional changes of the manchette coincide with the changes of the nucleus. These results imply that manchette might play an important role in mouse spermiogenesis.

AlM: To observe the clinic effect of oral mucosa transplantation in the treatment of severe contracted conjunctival sac after ocular prosthesis implantation .
METHODS: Thirty-three cases ( 33 eyes ) with globe disorders and severe contracted conjunctval sac were operated ocular prosthesis implantation firstly, and conjunctival sac plasty using oral mucosa after 6mo.
RESULTS: Thirty - one cases were successful, no complications appeared. One case had primary ptosis and 1 case had recurrent conjunctival sac contracture.
CONCLUSlON:lt is recognised that the methods of oral mucosa transplantation in severe contracted conjunctival sac after ocular prosthesis implantation are effective on those cases.

Nitrobenzene is one of the toxic compounds. Much work had focused on biodegradation of it sofar. Two main pathways for nitrobenzene biodegradation, oxidative and partial reductive pathways, were reviewed in this article. The mechanism of these pathways including involved enzymes and genes was introduce in details. Comparative analysis of the pathways would provide basis for the development and application of biodegradation technology for nitrobenzene and other organic pollutants.

Objective To observe the characteristic changes in cardiac function and to raise diagnostic accuracy and sensibility. Methods 39 silent myocardial ischemia and 58 angina and 46 age-matched healthy subjects and 62 obsolete myocardial infarction underwent myocardial tomography imaging and gated ventricular imaging.Covariance analysis was used to compare difference between SPECT imaging and parameters of function. The age was tested as covariate factor, then SNK-Q test and multiple comparison were carried on.Results The silent myocardial ischemia and angina showed reversible radioactive defect or fixed defect. Most of myocardial SMI showed single peak exempt TPFR.EF,PFR and PER showed remarkably statistical difference (P<0.01).The multiple comparison of PFR and PER was increased according by OMI,AN,SMI and negative control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The myocardial damage and PFR,PER in SMI is lower than that in AN group, which have no remarkably influence on the parameters of diastolic and retractile function in left ventricular.

Background:The symptomatic bradyarrhythmia is Class Ⅰ indication for pacing therapy which is not a radical cure. The present study aimed to assess the feasibility and to present the initial results of the restricted ablation of the parasympathetic innervation surrounding sinus and atrioventricular (AV) nodes for treating patients with bradyarrhythmia. Methods:A total of 13 patients with cardiogenic syncope were included from May 2008 to June 2015.Under the guidance of fluoroscopy and/or three-dimensional geometry by 64-slice spiral computed tomography, atrial activation sequence in sinus rhythm was mapped.Chamber geometry was reconstructed manually or automatically using the Niobe Ⅱ magnetic navigation system integrated with the CARTO-remote magnetic technology (RMT) system.Cardioneuroablation was targeted at the high-amplitude fractionated electrograms surrounding the regions of His bundle and the site with the earliest activation in sinus rhythm.Areas surrounding the sinus node,AV node, and the phrenic nerve were avoided. Results:Thirteen patients completed the studies.Ablation was successfully performed in 12 patients and failed in one.The high-frequency potential was recorded in atrial electrograms surrounding the sinus or AV nodes in all the patients and disappeared in 15 s after radiofrequency applications. The vagal reaction was observed before the improvement of the sinus and AV node function. No complications occurred during the procedures.Patients were followed up for a mean of 13.0 ± 5.9 months.During the follow up ten patients remained free of symptoms, and two patients had a permanent cardiac pacemaker implanted due to spontaneous recurrence of syncope. The heart rate of post-ablation was higher than pre-ablation (69.0 ± 11.0 vs.49.0 ± 10.0 beats/min,t =4.56,P =0.008).The sinus node recovery time,Wenckebach block point, and atrium-His bundle interval were significantly shorter after ablation (1386.0±165.0 vs.921.0 ±64.0ms,t=7.45,P=0.002;590.0±96.0 vs.464.0± 39.0ms,t=2.38,P=0.023;106.0±5.0 vs.90.0 ± 12.0 ms,t =9.80,P =0.013 before and after ablation procedure, respectively). Conclusions:Ablation of sinoatrial and AV nodal peripheral fibrillar myocardium electrical activity might provide a new treatment to ameliorate paroxysmal sinus node dysfunction, high degree AV block, and vagal-mediated syncope.

Five compounds (tenuifoliside C, tenuifoliside D, telephiose A, telephiose C and polygalaxanthone III) from polygala tenuifolia wild were incubated together with CYP probe substrate in human liver microsomes to investigate the inhibitory effect towards CYP450 enzyme. Phenacetin (CYP1A2), coumarin (CYP2A6), paclitaxel (CYP2C8), diclofenac (CYP2C9), S-mepheriytoin (CYP2C19), dextromethorphan (CYP2D6), chlorzoxazone (CYP2E1), midazolam (CYP3A) were selected as the isoforfn specific substrate. And the formation of paracetamol, 7-hydroxycoumarin, 6alpha-hydroxy paclitaxel, 4'-hydroxydiclofenac, dextrorphan, 6-hydroxychlorzoxazone, 1'-hydroxymidazolam, 4'-hydroxymephenytoin were detected respectively to measure the effect towards CYP450 by high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). The result shows that five compounds from polygala tenuifolia willd significantly inhibit chlorzoxazone 6-hydroxylation catalyzed by CYP2E1, while showed no effect towards CYP1A2, CYP2A6, CYP2C8, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6, CYP3A. And IC50 value was 38.73, 54.14, 61.77, 62.22, 50.56 micromol x L(-1), respectively.
