Medical English is an important direction of college academic English teaching.This paper taking medical English as an example attempts to explore a new form of MOOC (massive open online courses) based on WeChat platform.With the help of the developer mode provided by the WeChat platform,various interaction and customization are achieved by programming.This kind of course is called WeChat-MOOC.It is introduced into the traditional class combining with the various students' activities,which makes the online and offline,mixed-class mode come true.

The rupture of vulnerable carotid atherosclemtic plaques and distal embolization of atherornatous debris are the most important pathogenesis of atherosclerotic stroke.The serolog- ic(and plasma)markers associated with vulnerable plaques will change significantly in this process,and show their different meanings.The studies in this field are in its infancy and still need to be further validated,This article reviews the advances in research on the correlation of these biomakers with vulnerable plaque and ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and briefly intro- duces the clinical application prospect of some of the biomakers.

To pay attention to functional virtual laboratory,we can make new networks management,open laboratory and develop students' innovative ability.

In order to adapt to the demand of raising high quality talented person and to strengthen student's comprehensive quality,we have carried on the reform to the medicine function experiment test.After discussions and practices in recent years,we have established a set of relative consummate inspection systems of functional experiment of medicine.The investigation result has demonstrated that the inspection system after reform has a remarkable function on training the students' begins ability,observation ability and the ability to analysis and solve questions.

Objective To discuss and improve the scheme of circulating fluid replacement in the polyuria stage after simultaneous islet cell-renal transplantation.Methods Nursing data of 26 patients after simultaneous islet cell-renal transplantation during the polyuria stage were analyzed retrospectively,the impact on spend-and-tax circulating fluid replacement on the outcome after surgery was observed.Results In 26 patients,3 case suffered graft function recovery delay,23 patients' renal function recovered smoothly without water-electrolyte and acid base disorders in period of diuresis,compared with the 16 cases with traditional fluid replacement in the same time,serum creatinine (SCr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and blood glucose (BG) decreased significantly in 72 h.Conclusions Using spend-and-tax fluid replacement can reduce postoperative complications such as water-electrolyte and acid-base disorders in simultaneous islet cell-renal transplantation patients,and promote the functional recovery of transplanted islet cells and kidney.

Objective To examine the teaching effects of case-based learning in the class of functional experiment. Methods Students (n=139) of five-year clinical medicine specialty were ran-domly divided into control group (n=70) and case group (n=69). The students of control group were taught with traditional teaching method and the case-based learning was adapted in the case group. Namely the clinical cases were led into teaching and the teaching process was completed through case import, problem sets, and the literature review and discussion. The teaching effects were evaluated through questionnaire survey (Analysis by the χ2-test, the test level is 0.05) and the analysis of test scores (Analysis by the t-test, the test level is 0.05). Results The score of the case group was better than the control group in the operation test (P=0.042 0). The total evaluating score and test score were also better in the case group in comparing to the control group (P=0.007 8 or P=0.008 2). As indicated by the questionnaire survey, more than 80%students thought the case teaching method could improve their learning interests and the independent learning abilities. Moreover, the skills of problem analysis and knowledge application were increased through case teaching. Conclusion The teaching effects of case-based learning were superior to the traditional teaching.

Objective To discuss the effect of gene transfection of rAAV2/1-NPY-EGFP on KA-induced rat seizures,EEG and the expression of hippocampal phosphorylated Tau protein.Methods Altogether 72 healthy male Wistar adult rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group,KA group and NPY group(n=24).The epileptic models were established by the injection of KA 2 μl (0.4 μg/μl) five times to the right side of the hippocampus CA3 area every three days.rAAV2/1-NPY-EGFP group,in which 10 μl of rAAV2/1-NPY-EGFP (titer 5× 1011 v.g./ml) was injected to the lateral ventricle in successful rats chronic model,while KA group was injected with an equal dose of saline.The control group was injected with an equal dose of saline both in the hippocampal CA3 area and the lateral ventricle.The seizure situation,the onset latency and EEG were observed at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after vector injection.Then the expression of phosphorylated Tau protein in hippocampus were detected with Western blotting.Results (1) Scale and latency of each seizure onset in rats of rAAV2/1-NPY-EGFP group (12.13 ± 8.06) had no significant difference at 2 weeks (P＞ 0.05) compared with KA group (12.10± 8.07).The scale of seizure in rats of rAAV2/1-NPY-EGFP group(6.06±3.78) significantly reduced at 4 weeks(P ＜0.05).Latency of seizure onset (79.06±8.83min) significantly increased at 4 weeks(P＜0.05),EEG epileptic discharge frequency and wave amplitude decreased (P＜ 0.05) at 4 weeks.The control group had no seizures.(2)Compared with the control group,the expression of phosphorylated Tau protein in KA group and NPY group significantly increased(P＜0.05) at 2 weeks and 4 weeks,and the expression of phosphorylated Tau protein in the NPY group (1.15±0.16 RQ value) at 4 weeks significantly decreased (P＜0.05) compared with the KA group(1.87± 0.23 RQ value).Conclusion rAAV2/1-NPY-EGFP gene transfection significantly reduces scale of seizure onset and prolongs latency of seizure onset in KA-induced rat model.rAAV2/1-NPY-EGFP gene transfection may play anti-epileptic and neuroprotective effects through inhibiting the expression of phosphorylated Tau protein in hippocampus of KA-induced epileptic rat model.

How to test and assess is related to the teaching objectives,teaching ideas,teaching effectiveness and development.And it's also the key factor of experiment teaching reform.Formative evalution system was researched and practiced in the functional experiment.It was tested through questionnaire survey and analysis of paper.

Objective To detect influenza A virus by reverse transcription‐loop mediated isothermal amplification (RT‐LAMP) assay to established a rapid ,simple and visualization nucleic acid detection method .Methods The RT‐LAMP primers were designed in accordance with the hemagglutinin gene of influenza A virus .Then ,the specificity of the primers was evaluated by detection of different influenza viruses ,and the sensitivity was confirmed by testing multiple diluted RNA samples . Hydroxynaphthol blue (HNB) was used for visually evaluation and gel electrophoresis was used for validation .Clinical samples were detected by RT‐LAMP assay .Its consistency with fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) methods was compared .Results The primers of RT‐LAMP assay had high specificity . This technique could amplify influenza A virus accurately .The detection limit of RT‐LAMP assay was 2 .5 × 103 copies/mL by detection of multiple diluted RNA samples .In addition ,the results of RT‐LAM P assay could be visually inspected using HNB by color change ,and the results was in accordance with that of gel electrophoresis . RT‐LAMP assay was in consistence with fluorescent quantitative PCR when clinically applied .Conclusions RT‐LAMP assay is a rapid ,specific ,sensitive and simple method to detect influenza A virus .
