Chinese Journal of Clinical Infectious Diseases 2008;1(5):281-284
Objective To identify the spectrum of pathogenic microorganisms of urinary tract infection and the drug resistance in a hospital setting. Methods The pathogenic microorganisms isolated from 3117 mid-stream urine samples of patients admitted in Hangzhou First People's Hospital from 2005 to 2007 and their drug resistance results were retrospectively analyzed. Results Bacteria were the most prevalent microorganisms in the urinary tract infection, and followed by fungus, mycoplasma and chlamydia. Escherichia eoli accounted for the largest proportion of gram-negative bacteria, in which the ESBLs positive strains accounted for 51.2%, and their drug resistance rate was much higher than that of ESBLs negative strains. Main gram-positive coccobacteria was all sensitive to vancomycin, and relatively sensitive to nitrofurantnin and ampicillin. Conclusions Escherichia coli continue to prevail upon the spectrum of pathogenic microorganism of the urinary tract infection, and the fungus, mycoplasma and chlamydia infections are rising. Antibacterial agents should be used under the guidance of drug sensitivity test, and the combined use should be avoidd.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 1999;0(02):-
ObjectiveTo evaluate the retinal function with central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) and the fellow eyes (mf-ERG).MethodsTwenty patients (40 eyes) with unilateral CSC, diagnosed by fluorescein angiography, were examined on each eye of the patients by mf-ERG multifocal electroretinography. The patients aged from 31 to 53 (13 men, 7 women; mean age, 41 years), and the CSC eyes had visual acuities of 0.2 to 0.8. None of the patients had significant abnormality in the fellow eyes with visual acuities of 0.8 to 1.5. Twenty-four healthy people (29 normal eyes with visual acuities of 1.0 and more and without any retinal diseases) were studied simultaneously as the normal control. The stimulus matrix of 61 hexagonal elements were grouped into 5 concentric rings from the fovea outward to 30? of the degree of visual field. The first-order responses of mf-ERG were recorded. The first negative wave (N 1-wave) and positive wave (P-wave) of the mf-ERG were measured. Amplitude intensities and latechies for the two configurations were calculated and compared.ResultsCompared with the control eyes, the responses were not only depressed severely in P 1- and N 1-wave amplitude intensities in the ring 1~3 in the CSC eyes with CSC (P0.05). There were no significant differences in N 1- and P 1-wave latencies in 5 concentric rings among the control eyes, the fellow eyes or the CSC eyes.ConclusionsCSC is a kind of macular disease involving both eyes. It may cause the decrease of retinal function in macular area of CSC eyes and also influence the retinal function in macular area of the fellow eyes. mf-ERG is a sensitive way in examining visual function.
7.Survey of Phytomedicine's Development in Germany and Its Meaning for Traditional Chinese Medicine
China Pharmacy 2001;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE:To outline the development of phytomedicine in Germany to offer a reference for traditional Chinese medicine.METHODS:From the aspects of research, production and market to make an exposition of phytomedicine's develop?ment in Germany.RESULTS:There existed a gap between Germany and China in technology and standards in production of botanicals.CONCLUSION:We should use the experience of Germany in developing botanicals to draw up international quality standard of traditional Chinese medicine.
8.Establishment of euglycemic clamp technique in beagle dogs
Bulletin of The Academy of Military Medical Sciences 2010;34(1):40-42,50
Objective To establish a euglycemic clamp technique in beagle dogs. Methods The euglycemic clamp technique was applied in healthy beagle dogs and the blood glucose, insulin, C-peptide, insulin and glucagon were monitored during the clamp. Results The blood glucose was controlled within the basal level. The coefficient of variation was less than 5% during the clamp. The serum insulin concentration finally reached(40.0±3.8)mIU/L stably and a significant inhibition was shown in endogenous insulin by the determination of C-peptide. But there was no significant increase in serum glucagon compared with basal values. Conclusion Methodology confirmed that the euglycemic clamp technique is successful in beagle dogs and can be applied in the study of pharmacodynamics of insulin preparations.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(10):816-819
ObjectiveTo explore the effect and feasibility of autograft and allograft bone and cartilage transplantation.Methods63 rabbits were made experimental defect in the same side knee joint, and were divided randomly into group A(autograft group),group B(allograft group) and group C(control group).Group A was divided further into 2 column limiting motion subgroup(A2M group),not limiting motion subgroup(A2N group) and 4 column subgroup(A4M group). In the same way, group B was divided further into B2M group,B2N group and B4M group.Every subgroup included nine rabbits, and the transplantation was made in no weight-bear area of knee joint. The generally observation were made, the joint movable range and the thickness of the repairing tissue were measured, histology change of transplanted tissue(through light, electronic microscope)were observed.ResultsGroup A had a satisfactory result, and the result of no limiting groups were better. The result of A4M group was better than A2M group (P≤0.05).The result of group B was not good.ConclusionThe bone-cartilage column of small diameter and general number are beneficial in repairing the defect of joint cartilage. The allograft bone and cartilage transplantation can cause seriously immunoreaction and the absorption of cartilage pole, and is detrimental to repair the defect of joint cartilage.
