Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical signi ficance of S100A4 gene in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCCB). Methods: The expression of S100A4 gene in 38cases of TCCB and corres ponding non-cancerous tissues was examined by RT-PCR. Results: The posi tive rates of S100A4 gene in TCCB and non-cancerous tissues were 60.5%(23/38)and 0%(0/38),respectively. The expression level of S100A4 gene in TCCB was significantly higher than that in normal bladder urothelial tissues(P
2.HISTOLOGICAL OBSERVATION OF RECEPTORS IN MUSCULUS TIBIALIS ANTERIOR OF CAT
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
When we study the effect of acupuncture-anaesthesia,we need to know the receptors in the muscle. The upper part of the musculus tibialis anterior was our object, which may contain the points of Zusanli and Shangjuxu. The musculi soleus and gastrocnemius were taken also for the purpose of comparation. We found there are four kinds of receptors in these muscles by Barkers method, the tradition gold method and so forth. The four kinds of receptors were the muscle spindles, the tendon organs, the Pacinian corpuscles and free nerve endings. We found no Pacinian corpuscles in the musculus tibialis anterior. So we suggests thar the muscle spindles may be the receptors for the acupuncture, but the free nerve endings may not be expelled.
3.Palm Area as a Ratio of Body Surface Area in Chinese Adult Male Population
Journal of Forensic Medicine 2015;(5):359-360,365
Objective To analyze palm ratio of body surface area (B SA ) based on the body different surface area form ula. Methods Forty-four Chinese adult m ales w ere selected in this study. The contour of left single palm w as recorded and the palm area w as calculated by cut-paper w eighing m ethod. The body surface w as calculated by the height and w eight based on 12 form ulas of body surface area. Then, the palm ratio of BSA w as calculated. Results The average palm ratio of BSA w as (0.789±0.075)% . The data show ed statistically significant difference com pared with the traditional ratio (1% ) (P<0.05). Conclusion The ratio of B SA in Chinese adult m ale population show ed m ore accuracy com pared with the traditional ratio in this present study. The forensic evaluation can be affected by using the different ratio of B SA .
4.Application of bronchoalveolar lavage in children with respiratory disorders
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;(4):477-480,481
Bronchoalveolar lavage ( BAL) has been widely used in pediatric respiratory system disea-ses,and it has been comfirmed the value of the diagnosis and treatment in lung diseases. Collected bronchoalveo-lar lavage fluid ( BALF) is often used in microbiological pathogen identification, cellular and non-cellular com-ponents analyses. And it can be also used as guideline of clinical medication, diagnosis, treatment and pathogene-sis research of the respiratory disorders. This article summarizes the advance of BAL in pediatrics ,such as BAL operating skills, specimen transport and handling, and clinical application in lower respiratory tract infection and interstitial lung disease.
5.Efficacy Observation of Compound Sulfur Lotion Combined with Erythromycin in the Treatment of Acne
China Pharmacy 2005;0(24):-
OBJECTIVE:To observe efficacy of compound sulfur lotion combined with erythromycin in the treatment of acne.METHODS:100 patients with mild, moderate and severe acne were randomly divided into control group(n=50) and treatment group(n=50).Control group were treated with sulfur lotion for external use,and treatment group were given compound sulfur lotion and erythromycin for external use for 4 weeks. Each compound sulfur lotion 100 mL combined with 6 piece of erythromycin(a total of 1.5 g).Return and follow-up visit were performed once a week. The number of acne, imflammatory papule, pustule, node cyst were observed and recorded.RESULTS:Total response rate of treatment group was 76%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(38%).There were statistical difference between 2 groups(P
6.Reconstruction of slope bone defects of proximal tibia in total knee arthroplasty
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 2001;0(08):-
Objective Bone defect in proximal tibia was common problem needed to manage in serious genu varum during total knee arthroplasty. In order to introduce measures and experiences to reconstruct slope bone defects in proximal tibia with autograft of tibial plateau in total knee arthroplasty, 29 knees of 22 cases treated in our hospital were reviewed retrospectively. Methods From November 1992 to September 2000, 22 cases with slope bone defects in proximal tibia underwent total knee arthroplasty, there were 5 males with 5 knees and 17 females with 24 knees, the average age of the patients was 61.2 years ranging from 43 to 78 years. The diagnosis of the patients was osteoarthritis in 13 cases (14 knees) which were associated with genu varum in 12 cases (13 knees) and genu valgum in 1 case (1 knee), rheumatoid arthritis in 7 cases (12 knees), synovial chondromatosis in 1 case (1 knee), and Kaschin-Beck disease in 1 case (1 knee). All of the knee prostheses were fixed by antibiotic cement. During operation, the slope bone defect of the proximal tibia was repaired into steping bone defect by osteotomy, and then the defect was restored with the resected tibial plateau autograft. Results Three days after operation, functional excise of the knee was begun, the wound healed in one stage in all the patients. The patients were followed up 1 to 9 years with the average of 4.2 years. Knee pain and deformity of the patients disappeared. The HSS knee score improved from preoperative 10-26 to postoperative 76-94. One patient was revised with ⅠB-Ⅱwedge prosthesis because of late infection, absorption of the autograft bone and loosening of the prosthesis. Nonunion, displacement, bone absorption of the autograft or loosening of the prostheses were not found in the other cases at final follow-up. Conclusion In total knee arthroplasty with slope bone defects in proximal tibia, the autograft of resected tibial plateau may reconstruct its integrity and prevent collapse of the tibia plateau. These procedures will markedly provide the initial stability of the prostheses and improve the success rate of the surgery.
7.Determination of Icariine in Qianlietong Tablets by HPLC
China Pharmacy 2005;0(21):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Icariine in Qianlietong tablets.METHODS:Hypersil ODS(200 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) column was used for the HPLC determination, and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(30∶70) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was 270 nm.RESULTS:Icariine has good linear relationship in the range of 0.050 6~0.506 0 ?g(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 102.67%(RSD=0.99%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The established method is simple, reproducible, specific and suitable for the quality control of Qianlietong tablets.
9.Participation of Clinical Pharmacists in the Treatment of One Case of Adverse Reaction Induced by Trastu-zumab
China Pharmacist 2015;18(12):2112-2113,2116
Objective:To explore the participation of clinical pharmacists in drug treatment. Methods:Clinical pharmacists car-ried out pharmaceutical ward round, and understood the medication history of one breast cancer patient with postoperative pneumonia. They thought the induction possibility of trastuzumab likely to be non infectious pulmonary infiltration. Combined with the drug instruc-tions, relevant literatures and case report, they put forward suggestions for the medication, and participated in the formulation of drug therapy. Results:The suggestions of clinical pharmacists were adopted, and on the second day of methylprednisolone sodium succinate treatment, the symptoms of the patient were improved, and the results of the imaging examination also tended to be improved without recurrence. Conclusion:The participation of clinical pharmacists in the formulation of clinical medication has important significance for improving the level of clinical treatment.
