This paper analyses the problems of information service to foreign students in the library of Dali University and put forwards the proper solutions.

Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in nutrition support therapy in the patients with hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods The clinical pharmacist played a positive role in nutrition support care of a patient with hyperemesis gravidarum by analysising disease characteristics and adverse drug reactions, providing suggestion on the selection of fat emulsion and offering an individualized pharmaceutical care. Results The clinical pharmacist recognized the potential risk in nutrition support plan, took modifications timely, and prevented the occurrence of unfavorable clinical outcomes. Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in nutrition support therapy of the patients with hyperemesis gravidarum is beneficial to improve the efficacy and safety of nutrition support and promote the rational use of drugs.

ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of locking compression plate fixation in treatment of the elders with unstable fractures of the distal radius. Methods17 cases with unstable distal radius fractures were treated by volar locking compression plate. The function of the carpal joints and the bone healing conditions were evaluated after operations. ResultsAll cases were followed-up for 7 to 16 months ( mean 12. 6 months). Union was obtained in all the patients after 11.4 weeks. The clinical outcomes were evaluated according to modified X-rays and wrist assessment. 12 cases were graded as excellent and 4 as good. 1 case were graded as poor. The overall satisfactory rate was 94. 1％. ConclusionThe unstable distal radial fractures could be effectively treated with open reduction and LCP fixation through volar approach.

Objective To investigate the effects of down-regulation of Netrin-1 expression on cell proliferation,apoptosis and migration of a cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(CSCC)cell line SCL-1.Methods Unspecific(control)small interference RNA(siRNA)and Netrin-1-targeting siRNA were designed and constructed.SCL-1 cells were divided into 3 groups to remain untreated(control group 1),be transfected with control siRNA(control group 2)and Netrin-l-targeting siRNA(experiment group)by using Lipofectamine 2000 respectively.After 48 hours of additional culture,flow cytometry was performed to detect the apoptosis of cells,Western blot to determine the protein expression of caspase-3 and-9,Netrin-1 and matrix metalloproteinases (MMP)in these cells,and Boyden chamber was utilized to evaluate the migration of cells.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was performed with cholecystokinin-8(CCK-8)kit to estimate the proliferation of cells at 24,48,72 and 96 hours after the transfection.Results The expression of Netrin-1 protein was significantly downregulated in SCL-1 cells in the experiment group compared with the control group 1 and 2 (0.207 ± 0.044 vs.0.741 ± 0.111 and 0.716 ± 0.109,F =31.43,P ＜ 0.05).The Netrin-1-targeting siRNA significantly downregulated the proliferation of SCL-1 cells,but induced the apoptosis in SCL-1 cells with significant differences in the percentage of early apoptotic cells and late apoptotic cells between the control group 1,2 and experiment group(11.74 ± 0.33 vs.11.55 ± 1.22 vs.24.74 ± 2.43,F=68.63,P＜ 0.01;3.82 ± 0.32 vs.4.69 ± 0.68 vs.5.33 ± 0.18,F =8.58,P ＜ 0.05).The experiment group showed a significant increase in the expression of caspase-3 and-9(1.458 ± 0.111 vs.0.398 ± 0.057 and 0.412 ± 0.049,F =183.99,P ＜ 0.01;0.967 ± 0.099 vs.0.234 ± 0.036 and 0.205 ± 0.033,F =138.11,P ＜ 0.01),but a statistical decrease in the expression of MMP-2(0.235 ± 0.038 vs.0.862 ± 0.040 and 0.892 ± 0.035,F =291.07,P ＜ 0.01)compared with the control group 1 and 2.Conclusions The down-regulation of Netrin-1 expression can suppress the proliferation and migration of SCL-1 cells,but promote the apoptosis in SCL-1 cells.

Objective To deduce the interactions between genes from time series microarray data.Methods We used inter-transaction association rules mining technique and GO (Gene Ontology) annotation to analyze the microarray data. Results Using 2-fold-change method, 119 differential expression genes were identified from total 10 080 genes or ESTs, whose expression levels varied significantly on 6 periods of fetus cerebellar development. As a result, about 1 300 inter-transaction association rules were extracted and 10 top rules were kept for their maximum J-measure values. A genes association network graph was deduced based on the 10 top rules. Conclusion Inter-transaction association rules are able to deduce the interactions between genes from time series microarray data and the gene expression status can be predicted based on the association rules.

Objective To investigate the anti-H5N1 activities and chemical constituents from stems and leaves of Buddleja lindleyana Fort.. Methods Constituents were separated through AB-8 macroporous resin, chromatography of silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization. Structures of the compounds were identified by analysis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as linarin(1), rutin(2), luteolin(3), quercetin(4), apigenin(5), hesperetin (6), salidroside (7), oleanolic acid (8),β-sitosterol (9), and daucosterol (10), respectively. Conclusion Compounds 2-7 were obtained from this plant for the first time.

Objective To isolate and identify anti-tumor constituents from Lysimachia christinae Hance.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by chromategraphy on AB-8 macroporous resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and preparative HPLC.Their structures were elucidated using chemical and spectroscopic methods.All thecompounds obtained were evaluated on their growth inhibitory effects in vitro using the MTT method.Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the whole plant of L.christinae Hance and were identified as 3,3'-dimethoxy-6,6'-di[(Z)-pentadec-10-en-1-yl]-[1,1'-bi(cyclohexane)]-3,3',6,6'-tetraene-2,2',5,5'-tetraone(1),physcion(2),munjistin(3), 9,16-dioxooctadec-10,12,14-trienoic acid(4),cyclamiretinA-3-O-{β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)]-α-L-arabinopyranoside(5),lysikoianoside(6),quercetin-3-O-glucopyranoside(7),isorhamnetin3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(8),3',4',5',5,7-pentahydroxyflavone(9), rutin(10), and quercetin(11).The screening results of antitumor activity in vitro showed that IC50 of compound 5 for human cervical carcinoma cells HeLa, human osteosarcoma cells U20S, human lung adenocarcinoma cells PC-9,and human colorectal carcinoma cells CT-26 was 2.29, 1.22, 1.43, and 1.29 μmol/L respectively.Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound and compounds 2-4 are isolated from the plants of Lysimachia for the first time.Compound 5 shows obvious inhibitory effects on tumor cell growth in vitro.

AIM: To investigate effect of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) on acute lung injury (ALI) induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in rat. METHODS: Mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) was recorded with model 6280 physiology intelligentialize grapher, nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) concentrations in plasma were measured after lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or following LPS ,ANP was injected into vein in rats. After experiment,lung water as well as pulmonary histopathological changes was measured and observed, respectively. RESULTS: Administration of LPS elicited a persistence decrease in MAP (8.1 kPa?2.6 kPa,at 4 h,P0.05); The histopathological of lung displayed markedly improved. CONCLUSION: ANP attenuates ALI induced by LPS in the rat. The effect of ANP may be via decreasing secretion of ET,NO and regulation arterial blood pressure. [

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of p27 protein in stage Ⅱ colon cancer.Methods The expression of p27 protein in 57 samples of stage Ⅱ colon cancer tissue from BeijingCancer Hospital was detected by immunohistochemistry and tissue microarray technique.Survival was analyzed by the Kaplan-Meier method,and the correlation between the expression of p27 protein and the prognosis of patients was analyzed by Pearson chi-square test.Multivariate analysis was done by using Cox proportional hazard regression model.Results The rate of high expression of p27 protein in stage Ⅱ colon cancer was 60%(34/57).The differentiation.location and distal metastasis of the tumor were correlated with the expression of p27 protein(X2=5.97,5.93,5.05,P＜0.05);while age,tumor size,growth patterns of tumor were not correlated with the expression of p27 protein(X2=0.64,0.49,0.33,P＞0.05).The 5-year survival rate of the patients with high expression of p27 protein was 94%(32/34),which was significantly higher than the 78%(18/23)of the patients with low expression of p27 protein(X2=3.86,P＜0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that low expression of p27 protein and tumor penetrating serous membrane are the independent adverse prognostic factors for stage Ⅱ coloR cancer.Conclusions Low expression of p27 protein is one of the independent adverse prognostic factors for stage Ⅱ colon cancer,and the expression of p27 protein should be consulted when screening out the patients who are in the high risk group of stage Ⅱ colon cancer.
