Objective To analyze the value of pulse sequential continuous cardiac output(PICCO) in chronic pulmonary heart disease with cardiogenic shock.Methods Sixty-eight patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with cardiogenic shock were randomly divided into study group(n=36) and control group(n=32).Both groups were treated with conventional therapy,while the control group underwent deep venous puncture to monitor the central venous pressure (CVP) changes.The study group underwent deep venous catheterization+ femoral artery catheterization monitoring + PICCO monitoring.The therapeutic effect and the changes of PICCO index of the two groups were observed.Results The time of administration of vasoactive drugs,hospital stay and mechanical ventilation were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in mortality rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,cardiac output quantity (CI) in study group increased significantly and extravascular lung water index EVLWI and PVPI decreased significantly,the difference between the two groups were statistical significance (P＜0.05),ITBVI had no statistical significant difference betweent two groups(P＞0.05).CI in the survival group was significantly higher than the death group,PVPI and EVLWI were significantly lower than the death group (P＜0.05),and the two groups had no significant difference in ITBVI (P＞0.05).Conclusion PICCO can reflect the hemodynamic status of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with cardiac shock,and it has important clinical value for guiding the treatment and prognosis of patients.

Objective A foundation for one of the biological components,Spirulina,to be applied in Controlled Ecological Life Support System(CELSS)would be laid with exploring effects of ionization radiation on the growth of Spirulina.Methods By using the ?-rays of ~(60)Co,Spirulina were irradiated.The dose of the ionization radiation covered 0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0 kGy.After irradiated,these Spirulina were cultured under the same conditions.The growth state,shape change,photodensity change,photosynthetic efficiency(O2 produced),and trophic physiological indexes of Spirulina or its solution,were observed,measured and analyzed.Its anti-irradiation ability was investigated.Results After irradiared with ~(60)Co ray,the growth rate,photosynthetic O2 produced efficiency,length of fila and other trophic physiological indexes were all affected in certain degree,but as compared to the higher plants,Spirulina have stronger radiation proof and self-rehabilitation capacity.Even if under high radiation condition(3.0 kGy),there was no complete death of cells,and the dose resulted in 50% death of the Spirulina was 2.0 kGy.Conclusion Spirulina has stronger ionization radiation proof and self-rehabilitation capacity,it can be considered as one of the key biological components in CELSS for future long-term space missions.

Objective To explore the relationship between serum HBV DNA level , expression of PD-1 on CTL and liver functions in patients with hepatitis B virus cirrhosis. Methods 109 HBV hepatic cirrhosis patients with , HBV DNA positive , HBeAg positive and HLA-A2 positive were divided into two groups according to their HBV DNA levels,52 cases in group A, HBV DNA 2-4 log10 copies/mL, 57cases in group B, HBV DNA 5-7 log10 copies/mL , differences of HBV specific CTL surface PD-1 expressions , HBV specific CTL levels and liver functions were compared between two groups. Results HBV specific CTL surface PD-1 expressions of group A were lower than that of group B (t = 11.101, P < 0.01), HBV specific CTL levels of group A were higher than that of group B (t = 24.424, P < 0.01), ALT of group A were lower than that of group B (t = 2.652, P < 0.01), ALB of group A were higher than that of group B (t = 2.347, P < 0.05). Child-pugh rating, grade C of group A was lower than that of group B (χ2= 4.262,P < 0.05). Conclusions HBV specific CTL surface PD-1 expression levels were higher in those hepatic cirrhosis patients with , high level of serum HBV DNA, and HBV specific CTL levels were lower, liver functions damage were much serious. So, lower HBV DNA levels , lower HBV specific CTL surface PD-1 expression levels and higher HBV specific CTL levels can product relatively good effect of anti-viral treatment.

Objective To explore the impact of collaborative mental care on quality of life and psychological resilience of non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients with chemotherapy. Methods We selected 40 hospitalized patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in Hematology Department of one hospital in Beijing from January 2014 to June 2014 as control group and 40 hospitalized patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma from July 2014 to December 2014 as observation group by convenience sampling. The patients of observation group was treated with collaborative mental care program based on routine nursing care which was implemented in the control group as well. Patients from two groups were compared by measurement indices of quality of life questionnaire and psychological resilience scale 1 week before and 1 month after chemotherapy. Results There was no significant difference in the score of quality of life between the two groups 1 week before chemotherapy (P>0. 05). After 1 month chemotherapy, the scores of quality of life in the control group and the observation group were all improved, and the scores of physical function, role function, cognitive function and emotional function in the observation group were higher than these in the control group (P < 0. 01). The score of psychological resilience in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusions Collaborative mental care program can improve the quality of life in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and enhance the psychological resilience level based on the patients′psychological needs.

The present investigation was undertaken in order to select the surface-sterilization technique most efficient for eliminating epiphytes, to document endophytes of healthy tissues from Glaycyrrhiza inflat Bat. in Xinjiang. Surface sterilization with 5% commercial solution of sodium hypochlorite for 5 minutes was reaffirmed as adequate for removing epiphytes on licorice roots. From the 151 segments incubated, 149 bacterial isolates and 2 fungal isolates were obtained. From all the isolates, Bacterial isolates were identified by VITEK-AMS. Part of Bacteria were identified in 13 different genus. Fungal species were characterized as Penicillium sp. and Fusarium sp.with microscope.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the methods to assess the function disorder of patients with mild psychiatric impairment due to road traffic accidents. METHODS: In contrast to that of the patient with physical impairment, the function disorder of the patient with mild psychiatric impairment was assessed by the standard assessment instruments, such as the Barthel index of ADL (BI), Functional Activities Questionnaire (FAQ), Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS), Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL), Physical Self-maintenance Scale (PSMS), and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living Scale (IADL). RESULTS: Except BI, the each total score of FAQ, SDSS, ADL, PSMS, and IADL correlated well with the rank of psychiatric impairment. The difference of each total score of rating scales among different physical impairment rank was not statistically significant. At the impairment rank of level 10, the difference of each total score of FAQ and ADL was not significant between the two groups; each total score of BI, SDSS, and IADL in psychiatric impairment was higher than that of physical impairment, while the total score of PSMS in psychiatric impairment was lower than that of physical impairment. At the level 9, except PSMS, the each total score of BI, FAQ, SDSS, IADL and ADL in psychiatric impairment was higher than that of physical impairment. At the level 8, except BI and PSMS, the each total score of FAQ, SDSS, IADL and ADL in psychiatric impairment was higher than that of physical impairment. CONCLUSION The different criteria for assessment of mild psychiatric and physical impairment may exist, and appropriate indexes for assessment between physical and psychiatric impairment need to be further elucidated.
