Clinical Medicine of China 2010;26(6):631-632
Objective To observe the effect of oral minirin in postoperative transsphenoidal surgery patients with central diabetes insipidus. Methods The changes in the urine volume and osomlality after two weeks of minirin medication (0. lmg, 3 times each day) were observed in 34 patients with central diabetes insipidus underwent transsphenoidal surgery. Results After two weeks of minirin therapy, the average daily urine volume decreased from 7985.40 ±410. 36 ml to 2277. 87 ± 328. 94 ml,and the average plasmas osmolarity increased from 301. 68 ± 3. 59 ml/d to 313. 26 ±4. 87 mOsm/ kg. No adverse reaction was observed during the therapy. Conclusions Minirin is effective and safe in the therapy of postoperative transsphenoidal surgery patients with central diabetes insipidus.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(10):102-104
Professor YU Ren-cun believes that the responsibility of cough and asthma of lung cancer patients not only lies in the lungs, but also relates with spleen, kidney, heart and liver. Treatment should focus on the whole body and overall conditioning. Syndrome can be divided into 4 types: qi deficiency with phlegm resistance, yin deficiency with toxic heat, qi stagnation with blood stasis, and lung and kidney deficiency. Clinical treatment should pay attention to the combination of disease and syndrome, which can achieve satisfactory efficacy.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(12):-
adrenergic receptor is the third subtype of ?-adrenergic receptors. The genetic structure and pharmacological property of ? 3-adrenergic receptor are markedly distinguished from ? 1-and ? 2-adrenergic receptor subtypes. Recently studies show that myocardial ? 3-adrenergic receptor mediates negative inotropic effect through Gi-protein/NO/cGMP pathway, the expression of ? 3-adrenergic receptor and negative inotropic effect mediated by ? 3-adrenergic receptor are increased in heart failure. However, because of the low expression of ? 3-adrenergic receptor in the heart, the actual pathophysiological significance of ? 3-adrenergic receptor remains unknown.

In this study, efforts were made to collect 88 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) prescriptions for treating ADHD from public literatures, establish a medication database and conduct data mining on the efficacy, properties, tastes, meridian entries and compatibility regularity of TCMs by using frequency analysis, association rules analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed 33 herbs with a high frequency (≥ 10%). The top 12 frequently applied ADHD herbs were respectively Acori Tatarinowii Rhizome, Polygalae Radix, Prepared Rehmanniae Radix, Os Draconis, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizome, Poria, Concha Ostreae, Testudinis Carapacis et Plastri, Paeoniae Alba Radix, Schisandrae Fructus Chinensis, Fructus Corni, Dioscoreae Rhizoma. The top seven types of frequently applied ADHD herbs by effect were respectively tonic herb, sedative herbs, livei-wind calming herbs, heat clearing herbs, astringent herbs, awaking herbs and damp clearing and diuresis promoting herbs. The top three properties were warm, cold and neutral, with warm as the dominance. The top three tastes were sweetness, bitterness and acridity, with sweetness as the dominance. The top three meridian entries were liver meridian, heart meridian and kidney meridian. The association rules analysis showed commonly used herbal pairs. Polygalae Radix-Acori Tatarinowii Rhizome, Concha Ostreae-Os Draconis, Prepared Rehmanniae Radix-Fructus Corni-Os Draconis. Eight highly frequent cluster prescriptions were summarized based on the cluster analysis. This study indicates that basic TCM prescriptions for treating ADHD were principally composed of tonics (nourishing liver and kidney, invigorating heart and spleen) and tranquilization, which were supplemented with herbs for calming liver, clearing heat, promoting qi-circulation, promoting blood-circulation, reducing phlegm and calming endogenous wind. The combination of multiple data mining techniques can reflect the clinical medication regularity of herbs for treating ADHD in an overall and objective manner.

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
The potential of Rhizobium sp. N613 to produce the exopolysaccharide (REPS) was studied in this paper. Using an orthogonal design in a flask-shaker culture system, the fermentation medium and conditions of synthesizing REPS were optimized. Based on these results, the fermentation kinetic parameters were obtained in the batch fermentation with a 10L fermentor. The REPS yield of 11.31g/L was achieved by metabolic regulation during 40 h fed-batch fermentation. Transplanted tumor models of sarcoma 180 in mice were used to evaluate the anti-tumor effect. The result of anti-tumor activities showed that inhibition rate was 53.40%, when dose of REPS was 5mg/kg. These results indicate that REPS has the following properties: the short duration of fermentation, the high yield, the low cost, the effective immunocompetence and thickening. Thus, REPS has the value of development and application.

China Biotechnology 2006;0(06):-
Herpes simplex virusⅠ(HSVⅠ) regulating the pathway of transcription and translation modify in host cell is a very systematic and complicate system. A clear understanding of the concrete mechanisms of infection will greatly help to comprehend the virus replication and the interaction with the host cell. By the analysis of 2-DE, the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein H2 in human fetal liver cell represent distinction after the HSVⅠinfection.Utilization of Northern blot and Western blot technologies verified the expression of hnRNP H2 in different stage of virus infection is varied.
