1.STUDY ON INDUCATION CONDITIONS FOR THE PROPAGULUM OF THE EPA AND AA-PRODUCING FUNGUS DIASPORANGIUM SP.
Microbiology 1992;0(06):-
It was investigated that the effect of various inducing mediums, times and temperatures on the number of the zoospores from Diasporangium sp.producing polyunsaturated fatty acid of Eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and Arachidonic acid(AA).The results showed that the zoospores were detected in various liquid mediums after 1 day,They were globose and about 23.9 ?m in diameter. And maximum number of spores was obtained 6 days after translocation of mycilium to carrot patches at 25℃.But the number of the zoospores was the most 8 days at the same condition. The highest germination rate of the fungus was obtained in the vegetative agar.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2016;32(9):1185-1188,1189
Recent studies have showed that RNAs regulate each other with microRNA ( miRNA ) response elements ( MREs ) , and this mechanism is known as “competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA)” hypothesis. Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs) are non-protein coding transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides. Ab-errant expression of lncRNAs has been found associated with gastric cancer, one of the most malignant tumors. Compelling evidence suggests that lncRNAs can interact with miRNAs and regulate the expression of miRNAs as ceRNAs. Several lncRNAs such as GAPLINC, BC032469, H19, HOTAIR, FER1L4 and MEG3 have been found to be associated with miRNAs in gastric cancer( GC) . It is tempting to speculate that a multitude of ln-cRNAs may interrupt definitive steps in GC suppressive and on-cogenic pathways. The uncovering of the underlying mechanisms of lncRNAs may benefit our understanding of gastric cancer′s pathogenesis.

OBJECTIVETo study the effect of Shugan Jiangu Recipe (SJR) on bone mineral density (BMD) and serum bone metabolic biochemical markers in postmenopausal breast cancer patients with osteopenia.
METHODSTotally 38 patients of postmenopausal women with breast cancer, who received aromatase inhibitors (AIs), were assigned to the treatment group (21 cases) and the control group (17 cases) by using random digit table. All patients took Caltrate D Tablet (containing Ca 600 mg and Vit D3 125 IU), one tablet daily. Patients in the treatment group took SJR, 6 g each time, twice daily for 6 successive months. The bone mineral density (BMD) level was detected before treatment and at months 6 after treatment. Levels of bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP), bone gla protein (BGP), tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP), and C-terminal telopeptide of type II collagen (CTX-II) were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The drug safety was also assessed.
RESULTSCompared with before treatment, BMD of L2-4 and femur neck obviously increased in the treatment group at month 6 after treatment (P < 0.01), serum BALP and TRAP decreased (P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, BMD of L2-4 and femur neck obviously decreased in the control group at month 6 after treatment (P < 0.05), serum BALP and TRAP increased (P < 0.01). Compared with the control group, lumbar and femur neck BMD obviously increased, serum levels of BGP and BALP obviously decreased, and serum levels of CTX-II and TRAP obviously increased in the treatment group at month 6 after treatment (P < 0.01). No serious adverse event occurred during the treatment period. Bone fracture occurred in one case of the control group (5.8%).
CONCLUSIONSJR could attenuate bone loss of postmenopausal women with breast cancer who received AIs, increase BMD and improve abnormal bone metabolism.

Objective To observe the treating effect of vitamin B1 injection at three-yinjiao point combined with acupuncture eight-liao point on bladder dysfunction of cervical cancer patients with residual urine > 400 ml after radical hysterectomy. Methods 41 patients were selected and randomly divided into the therapy group (22 patients) and the control group (19 patients). They were diagnosed as cervical cancer and carried out radical hysterectomy. 7 days after the operation, their residual urine was more than 400 ml. Both groups were given urinary catheter time opening, bladder douching and replacing tone-off uric bag. Vitamin B1 injection at three-yinjiao point combined with acupuncture eight-liao point was carried out in the therapy group. After 5 days of follow-up, the amounts of residual urine were compared in the two groups. Results The residual urine was(47.6±13.6)ml and bladder capacity was (475.6±14.3)ml in the therapy group, but the residual urine was(218.0±17.6) ml and bladder capacity was (476. 1±11.3 ) ml in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05 ). Conclusions Vitamin B1 injection at three-yinjiao point combined with acupuncture has significant effect on bladder dysfunction of cervical cancer patients after radical hysterectomy. It can improve the recovery of bladder function.

Objective To study the efficacy and toxicity of the cyberknife in the treatment of medically inoperable patients with early stage lung cancer. Methods From September 2006 to July 2007,17 patients with clinical stage Ⅰ a- Ⅰ b lung cancer were treated with cyberknife at Tianjin Cancer Hospital. Of the 11 patients receiving CT guided biopsy, 3 were squamous cell cancer and 8 were adenocarcinoma. Six patients refused intrusive operation and were diagnosed by PET-CT scan. All patients were medically inoperable evaluated by a thoracic surgeon. The PTV = GTV + 3 ~ 5 mm, and the median volume of PTV was 36 cm3 (6-82 cm3 ). The median total prescription dose was 50 Gy(45-60 Gy) at 3-5 fractions. Results The median follow-up time was 7 months (3-11 months). All the patients finished the treatment and were alive by the last follow-up. Slight fatigue was the most common complain. Evaluated by CT scan, 13 were complete response and 4 were partial response. No recurrence, progression or distant metastasis occured. There were 3 patients with grade Ⅰ granulocytopenia,3 grade Ⅰ pneumonitis and 1 grade Ⅱ pneumonitis. Conclusions The cyberknife radiosurgery treatment in early stage lung cancer shows a high rate of local control and minimal toxicity. Long time follow-up is necessary to evaluate the survival data and late toxicity.
