Journal of International Oncology 2015;(7):535-538
For the patients with early breast cancer, the effects of breast-conserving surgery combined with radiotherapy and radical resection are equal, and the former shows less adverse reactions and better aes-thetic outcome. Because of individual differences and the inherent complexity of tumor,to obtain optimal effects,it is an inevitable trend of making an individual comprehensive therapy, which is a combination of radiotherapy, chemotherapy, endocrine therapy and targeted therapy.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2009;37(7):1057-1060
The electrochemical behaviors of parathion(PT) on nano-Al2O3 film modified electrode(nano-Al2O3/GCE/CME) were investigated. It was found that the redox peak currents of PT remarkably increased and the oxidation peak potential negatively shifted at the nano-Al2O3/GCE/CME. All the experimental parameters were optimized and a simple and sensitive electroanalytical method was developed for the determination of PT. The oxidation peak current was linear with the concentration of PT over the range from 2.5×10-9 to 1.0×10-7 mol/L and 1.0×10-7 to 1.0×10-5 mol/L. A low detection limit of 1.0×10-9 mol/L was obtained for 30 s accumulation at open circuit(S/N=3). The relative standard deviation(n=10) was 3.8% for 1×10-5 mol/L PT. The proposed method was used for the quantitative analysis of PT in some vegetables and the results were satisfactory.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical effects of the pair ringer technology for bony avulsion of the posterior cruciate ligament under arthroscopy. Methods From January 2005 to July 2009, 23 patients were treated with the pair ringer technology for bony avulsion of the posterior cruciate ligament by arthroscopy. There were 15 male and 8 female, with an average of 39.3 years (ranging from 28 to 52 years). There were 4 cases of type Ⅱ, 14 type Ⅲ, and 5 type Ⅳ according to Meyer-Mckeever classification. The outcome measures were X-ray and MRI testing, Lysholm and Tegner knee function score. Results All the operations were finished in an hour. There were no complications as nerve injury or infection occurred in the study. The patients were followed-up for an average of 16.5 months (12-23 months). The Lysholm score rose from 50.3±6.1 preoperatively to 89.7±8.3 at the six months postoperatively (t=18.34, P=0.0007). The Tegner score rose from 1.7±0.5 preoperatively to 5.7±1.3 at the six months postoperatively (t=13.77,P=0.0008). All of the patients recover a functionally stable knee and have considerably improved knee function compared with their preoperative status. Conclusion The pair ringer technology under arthroscopy is a liable method for bony avulsion of the posterior cruciate ligament. This minimally invasive technology leads to rigid fixation, early rehabilitation.

Objective To explore the effects of prenatal exposure to lead on learning and memory of rats' offspring. Methods The pregnant rats were randomly divided into 4 groups provided with double evaporated water, 50, 100 and 200 mg/L lead acetate solution via drinking water respectively. The lead-exposure period for exposure groups was limited from the 1st day after pregnancy to the 20th day when the offspring began to be weaned. For learning ability 20-day old offspring were tested by water maze. For active learning and memory ability, the 20-day old, 40-day old and 60-day old offspring were tested by Y maze. Results The frequency of the mistakes in water maze made by offspring increased with the increase of the prenatal lead-exposure doses of their mothers and showed significantly higher levels in 100 and 200 mg/L groups compared with that of control group (P0.05). But the qualified rates of 0-min and 24-h escape for 100 and 200 mg/L groups showed sigificantly lower levels compared with that of control group when they were 60-day old (P

This report presented a case of 75-year-old woman who had received drug treatments two months earlier for nephrotic syndrome and was admitted to our hospital for inferior wall myocardial infarction with elevated creatinine and anemia.Kidney pathology after myocardial infarction showed allergic acute interstitial nephritis which induced acute renal failure. We stopped tripterygium glycosides and used cortical hormone, consequently.Thereafter, the symptoms of renal failure and anemia were improved and we considered tripterygium glycosides resulted in above allergic acute interstitial nephritis and anemia. Therefore,we had to carry out renal needle biopsy in the patient with the elderly nephrotic syndrome before confirmatory treatment to avoid blind use of tripterygium glycosides.

Abstract: Objective To analyze the changes of coagulation indicators in patients with hepatitis B complicated with Clonorchis sinensis (C. Sinensis), and provide reference value for diagnosis, drug using and prognosis monitoring. Methods The patient samples were collected from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from June 2018 to February 2022 and divided into six groups. They were 40 healthy patients, 47 patients with simple chronic hepatitis B, 47 patients with post-hepatitis B liver cirrhosis, 40 patients with C. Sinensis mono-infection, 30 patients with chronic hepatitis B patients co-infected with C. Sinensis and 27 patients with post-hepatitis B liver cirrhosis patients coinfected with C. Sinensis. Four coagulation indexes, prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen (FIB), were detected and compared among the groups. Results Compared with the healthy group, C. Sinensis mono-infection group had higher level of FIB and delayed PT, APTT; chronic hepatitis B group and chronic hepatitis B patients co-infected with C. Sinensis group had delayed PT, APTT, TT and significant lower FIB, these differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Compared with simple chronic hepatitis B group, post-hepatitis B liver cirrhosis and chronic hepatitis B patients co-infected with C. Sinensis had significant delayed PT, APTT, TT and lower FIB (all P<0.05). Compared with the post-hepatitis B liver cirrhosis and chronic hepatitis B patients co-infected with C. Sinensis, post-hepatitis B liver cirrhosis patients coinfected with C. Sinensis group had significant delayed PT, APTT, TT and lower FIB (all P<0.05). Conclusions The coinfection of C. Sinensis will further aggravate the coagulation dysfunction of HBV patients, leading to poor treatment and prognosis. HBV patients will have worse coagulation function in the process to post-hepatitis B liver cirrhosis; Therefore, it is important to pay attention to C. Sinensis co-infection when treating HBV patients, so that further guidance on clinical use and monitoring of prognosis can be provided.
