1.Clavicular hook plate in the treatment of distal clavicle fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;(z1):22-23
Objective To explore the clavicular hook plate in the treatment of distal clavicle fracture dislocation acromioclavicular joint clinical effects. Methods Twenty-three cases of Neer Ⅱ type distal clavicle fracture and 28 cases of Allman Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation line with open reduction and clavicular hook plate fixation. Results Fifty-one patients in this group have received 6-24 months of follow-up,an average of 18 months.2-3 weeks after the activities returned to normal off the shoulder, clavicle fractures were 3-12 months after bone healing and no-dislocation of acromioclavicular joint occur.According to Karlsson evaluation criteria:excellent in 40 cases, good in 9 cases and poor in 2 cases, excellent rate of 96.1%.Conclusion The clavicular hook plate fixation strength in the design and in line with the anatomical acromioclavicular joint physiological characteristics, surgical trauma, and has a fixed precise, allows early functional exercise. It is the ideal way to lock joint dislocation.
2.Construction of mIL-12 recombinant retrovirus vector and establishment of viral package cell line
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(02):-
Objective To construct mIL-12 recombinant retrovirus vector and evaluate the effect of mIL-12 expression on glioma in rats. Methods mIL-12 DNA was cloned into vector pLEGFP using standard procedures to develop recombinant plasmid pLEGFP-mIL 12,then it was transferred into PA317 cells. Results Products of enzyme digestion and PCR of recombinant plasmid pLEGFP-mIL12 were analysed using electrophoresis and a(2 290 bp) fragment of DNA as same as mIL-12 gene in size was found, transfected NIH3T3 expressed GFP-mIL12 fusion protein. Conclusion Transfected PA317 cells can produce retrovirus which can infect NIH3T3 cells, and the expression of mIL-12 gene can be detected in NIH3T3 cells.
4.Therapeutic Effect of Urapidil on Congestive Heart Failure
China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
AIM:28 patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) were selected in this studyThe therapeutic scheme was as follows:after withdrawal of other vasodilators, urapidil was given in dose of 100~400?g/min intravenous drip;in severe case, the administration continued for 24~72 h;treatment lasted 3~6 daysThe patients'blood pressure, heart rate and LVEF were measured before and after treatmentRESULTS:The patients'clinical manifestations were markedly improved with a total effective rate of 89%LVEF was improved obviously too and the product of systolic pressure and heart rate was decreasedCONCLUSION:Urapidil is a vasodilator with slight side effects, reliable effectiveness and moderate action, and has undoubted therapeutic effect on CHF
5.Analysis of the Core Competitive Power of Vitamin C Manufacturing Industry
China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the development of the core competitive power of domestic vitamin C manufacturing enterprises.METHODS:To analyse the characteristic of vitamin C industry in China and the competitive situation in the new market enviroment after China entry into WTO and to study the value chain of Chinese enterprises.RESULTS&CONCLU?SION:In order to develop the new core competitive power,it is important to breed the core of value chain that is based on in?novation.
6.Research on collaborative innovation in traditional Chinese medicine of China based on patent cooperation network.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(6):1212-1218
In the situation of global completion, collaborative innovation is becoming increasingly important because its advantage in risk avoiding and innovation efficiency. In order to explore the model of collaborative innovation and its evolution in traditional Chinese medicine of China, the cooperation in traditional Chinese medicine patents of China from 1985 to 2013 has been analyzed by using the method of scientometrics and social network analysis. It is proved that, though the number of grated cooperative patents has increased sharply during the last thirty years, the degree of cooperation innovation in traditional Chinese medicine of China is still not high. Moreover, in spite of the individual subject' s leading role in the past domestic collaborative innovation in traditional Chinese medicine of China, the institutions have been more and more powerful and achieved great improvement. At last, core institutions, represented by universities have played an important role in the collaborative innovation of domestic institutions, because they are key links between many institutions and promote the transferring and diffusion of knowledge.

7.Influence of pan retinal photocoagulation on diabetic retinal and corneal
International Eye Science 2015;(8):1363-1366
Diabetic retinopathy ( DR ) is one of the most serious microvascular complications of diabetes. It also is a world's major causes of blind eye diseases. Although the injection of anti - vascular endothelial growth factor intraocular drug is becoming a hotspot of current research. Pan retinal photocoagulation (PRP) remains the effective and economical treatment for DR. As a destructive treatment, PRP will inevitably cause some changes on the normal morphology and function of the retinal and cornea. Currently, with the development of the optical coherence tomography, confocal microscopy and other auxiliary examination, we have more accurate and objective research to better understand the laser-neural tissue interaction. This may help us to protect the patient's visual function more efficiently.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2011;31(4):469-471
Objective To investigate the volume kinetics of 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 in healthy volunteers. Methods Seven healthy volunteers aged 18-32 yr weighing 46-84 kg were selected in this study. 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 30 ml/kg was infused over 60 min. Volume kinetics analysis of 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 was performed with Matlab 6.0 software, compartment model was determined by F test. Results One-compartment model parameters: basic clearance, clearance and distribution volume of one-compartment model were (3.5 ± 1.3) ml/min,(19± 11) ml/min and (5746 ± 1371) ml respectively. Two-compartment model parameters: clearance, K1, the volume of central compartment, the volume of peripheral compartment, distribution volume of two-compartment model were (63 ±29) ml/min,(11 ±4) ml/min, (1551 ± 995) ml, (908 ±398) ml,(2460 ± 1332) ml respectively. There was no difference between the distribution volume of one-compartment model and blood volume of healthy volunteers ( P > 0.05) .The distribution of infused 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 was accordant with one-compartment model (F value was 3.81, P > 0.05)and 4 h clearance was (75 ± 10)% .Conclusion The distribution of infused 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 for volume expansion is accordant with one-compartment model, and the effective duration of plasma volume expansion is 4 h.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2009;15(6):375-377
Objective To investigate the different procedure effects in patients with modified sub-pectoral and subglandular breast augmentation. Methods Patients with modified subpectoral breast aug-mentation (10 cases) and subglandular breast augmentation (10 cases) were randomly selected, and satis-factory surveys to the procedures were conducted in the two groups of patients, including breast touch-feeling, dynamic change, as well as self-feeling and spouse-feeling. Results By the comparison of sub-glandular with subpectoral breast augmentation, touch-feeling was excellent in the former group, with breast spreading out to bilateral side in horizontal position. The breasts had different changes with differ-ent posture and natural movement. Spouse was more satisfactory to the former than the latter group. Conclusion Subglandular breast augmentation has natural shape, dynamic changes and fidelity of the re-al, especially in horizontal position, which is more conformable to the standards of patients and their spouse, and better than subpectoral breast augmentation.
