Objective To investigate the role of oxidized LDL and coronary endothelial dysfunction in the development and progress of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 29 patients with unstable angina(UA),25 patients with stable angina(SA) and 20 patients without coronary heart disease(control) were studied.Oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)、 Nitric oxide(NO),and circulating endothelial cells(CEC) were measured in both coronary sinus and peripheral blood during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Results The level of NO in coronary sinus in patients with CHD was lower, while the level of ox-LDL and CEC was markedly higher than those in the control group. In CHD patients, the level of NO in coronary sinus blood was lower, while the level of ox-LDL and CEC was higher than that in peripheral blood. It was no siginificant difference between coronary sinus and peripheral blood was observed in the control group. Conclusion Oxidized LDL not only plays an important role in coronary endothelial dysfunction, but also contributes to the progress in the cornornary heart disease. It may be one of the pathophysiological basis of acute coronary incidents.

Objective To explore the relationship of the plasma ox-LDL level and endothelium flow mediated vasodilation(FMD)in acute coronary syndrome patients(ACS).Methods From March to October 2004,in the Department of Cardiology, the Fourth PLA Hospital,51 patients with ACS were divided into 2 groups:AMI group(22patients)and UAP group(29 patients).20 subjects with normal coronary angiograms served as the control group.Nitrir oxide(NO)and plasma ox-LDL was measured by spectrophotometer and Sandwich ELISE method, respectively. The brachial arterial hyperemia-induced flow mediated vasodilation(FMD)and sublingual nitroglycerin(NTG)mediated vasodilation were measured by high resolution ultrasound. Results (1)The FMD in ACS group was significantly decreased compared with the control group[(7.2?1.42)、(7.6?1.12)vs(15.46?1.2),P0.05).(2)The No in ACS group was sigificantly lower than that in control group;the NO in AMI group was even lower[(48.46?12.44)、(60.42?10.30)vs(94.72?12.34)?mol/L,P1,which meant ox-LDL was a risk factor;the OR of FMD was

Objective To evaluate the feasibility, safety and efficacy of laparoscopic appendectomy for acute appendicitis with previous abdominal surgery. Methods The clinical data of 253 patients with acute appendicitis undergoing laparoscopic surgery was retrospectively studied from Feb.2009 to Jun.2012,including 177 patients without previous abdominal surgery (no previous abdominal surgery group,NPAS group),76 patients with previous abdominal surgery (previous abdominal surgery group,PAS group).Parameters studied were conversion rates, operation time, blood loss, complications rate, length of hospital stay and the intestine function recovery time between two groups. Results The conversion rates were no significant difference between NPAS group and PAS group. The operation time of NPAS group and PAS group was (40.5 ± 12.3) minutes and (62.6 ± 14.2) minutes (P <0.05).The blood loss, intestine function recovery time, complications rate, and length of hospital stay were no significant minutes between NPAS group and PAS group after operation (P > 0.05).Conclusions Previous abdominal surgery prolongs the operation time of laparoscopic appendectomy, but history of abdominal surgery has no significant effect on laparoscopic surgical outcome, which may indicate that laparoscopic surgery for acute appendicitis with previous abdominal surgery is safe and effective and still has the adventages of less trauma, faster recovery.

Repetitive(repetitive extragenic palindromic,REP,and enterobaterial repetitive intergenic consensus,ERIC) sequences in conjunction with polymerase chain reaction technique(REP and ERIC PCR) were used to fingerprint the genomes of 27 isolates of indigenous soybean rhizobia from Xinjiang. The indigenous soybean rhizobia in Xinjiang can be clustered into relative genetic similarities of approximately 0.5,of which one group mainly includes all slow-growing rhizobia, another mainly includes all fast-growing stains. REP and ERIC PCR analysis demonstrate a substantial genetic variability within members of Xinjiang indigenous soybean rhizobial populations, which reveals that genetic similarities have certain geographical correlation, and isolates from the same site have relative higher similarities. The results show that REP and ERIC PCR analysis give effective means in genetic diversity and population structure analysis of soybean rhizobia.

Objective To explore the effect of practicing Chinese gymnastic Qigong-Yijinjing on the infrared radiant track along meridian course (IRRTM)of Ren Meridian stimulated by moxibustion on CV-8 among dysmenorrhea patients. Methods Twenty dysmenorrhea undergraduate patients were recruied and practiced Chinese gymnastic Qigong-Yijinjing for 3 months. The numbers of patients of mild, moderate and severe symptoms were collected before and after the intervention. The effects of IRRTM stimulated by moxibustion on CV-8 were compared before and after practicing Chinese Gymnastic Qigong-Yijinjing.Results After practicing Chinese Gymnastic Qigong-Yijinjing,symptoms of 15 patients (including 11 with moderate dysmenorrhea and 4 with severe dysmenorrheal)were relieved to different extent. After the practice, all IRRTM of Ren Meridian turn to be more continuous, clear and regular either the Ren Meridian was stimulated with moxibustion or not.The average surface temperature along Ren Meridian rose significantly after the practicing. The conduction time to achieve the best states of IRRTM along Ren Meridian significantly shortened compared to before the intervention. Conclusion Chinese Gymnastic Qigong-Yijinjing can effectively enhance the transmission of IRRTM along Ren Meridian on dysmenorrhea patients, and may have a positive effect on dysmenorrhea treatment.

Aim To construct and express the fused gene of anti-glioma single chain Fv(39ScFv)/ human tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α ). Methods The mature peptide cDNA of TNF-α was fused to 3′ -terminus of ScFv gene. The 39ScFv-TNFα fusion gene was cloned into expression vector pET20b(+ ) and induced to express in E.coli. Results The fusion protein expressed in E.coli account for 20% of the total bacterial protein. It displayed a single band of Mr 44 000 by reducing SDS-PAGE and Western blot, and retained both of its anti-glioma immunoreactivity and biological activity of TNF. Conclusion The fusion gene was constructed and expressed successfully in E.coli. The fusion protein possessed bifunctional activities, it may prove useful in targeting immunotherapy against glioma.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(07):-
Objective To study the relationship between clinical diagnosis and children ventricular premature beat(VPB) electrocardiogram location and morph. Methods Both organic heart disease and without organic heart disease relationship with 109 cases of children ventricular premature beat electrocardiogram location and morph were retrospectively analyzed. Results Children ventricular premature beat location shows that organic heart disease mostly results from left ventricle, without organic heart disease often comes from right ventricle. There was significant difference between above two groups (? 2=37.25 P

Objective To study the clinical pathological features, treatment and prognosis of umbilical metastases of intra abdominal malignancies (sister Mary Joseph nodule, SMJN). Methods From January 1980 to July 2003, 17 SMJN cases were admitted. The clinical features were reviewed. Results The diagnosis of SMJN was confirmed by pathology in all cases, including epithelial ovarian carcinoma in 6 cases, gastric adenocarcinoma in 6 cases, colon adenocarcinoma in 2 cases, and endometrial carcinoma, gallbladder carcinoma and undifferentiated adenocarcinoma without identifying primary site in one each. Mean survival、half year、one year and two year survival rate in 10 palliative excision cases was 13 5 months、60%、20% and 10%, which were significantly better than 8 25 months、14 3%、0% and 0% in 7 conservative therapy cases ( P
