Objective:To explore feature of clinic and coronary angiography (CAG)of acute myocardial infarction (AMI)for young adults less than 30 years old. Methods:A total of 41 AMI patients, who were under 30 years old and hospitalzed in our hospital from 2004 to 2012,were enrolled as young group.Another 360 AMI patients >50 years were randomly selected as middle-aged group during the same time.Clinical features and CAG results were compared between two groups. Results:Compared with middle-aged group, there were significant rise in percenta-ges of male (68.1% vs.97.6%),smokers (50.6% vs.80.5%)and hypercholesterolemia (59.2% vs.65.9%)and body mass index [(22.3±6.6)kg/m2 vs.(26.3±9.6)kg/m2 ],and significant reduction in percentages of hyper-tension (63.1% vs.24.4%)and diabetes mellitus (30.6% vs.4.9%)in young group,P<0.05 or <0.01;for ex-citing cause, percentages of psychological factors such as tension and anxiety (29.3% vs.3.6%),staying up late (39.0% vs.2.8%)and heavy drinking (14.6% vs.4.7%)in young group were significantly higher than those of middle-aged group, while percentages of agitation (8.3% vs.0)in middle-aged group was significantly higher than that of young group (P<0.05 or <0.01).For CAG results, young group was mainly single vessel coronary disease (56.1%),which were mainly type A (53.7%)and type B1 (29.3%)lesions,while middle-aged group was mainly multi-vessel coronary disease (48.1%),which were mainly type B2 (29.7%)and type C (33.9%)lesions,and there were significant difference between two groups (P<0.05 or <0.01).Conclusion:Smoking,obesity and hy-perlipidemia are the most important risk factors for acute myocardial infarction;the major exciting causes are sta-ying up late, alcohol drinking and high mental stress etc.in young AMI patients;their coronary lesions are mainly single vessel coronary disease, and of type A and type B1 .

ObjectiveTo study the effect and clinical meaning and pathogenic of extinction on cerebral cortex lesion. MethodsTactile extinction to classical extinction test(simple stimuli)and modified Quality extinction test(QET)were used. ResultsThe positive rate of ex-tinction using modified QET was higher than that of simple stimuli; left cortex lesion could result in extinction both in the contralateral side andthe ipsilateral side;left frontal sites lesion caused ipsilateral extinction. Conclusion: The modified QET was more sensitive than simplestimuli; modified QET showed extinction has competiting and restricting effect at 2 different levels, the mechanism of extinction is correlatedto competition and adventage restraint of diplo-hand cerebral hemisphere and liaise correliation fiber of diplo-hand cerebral hemisphere; thehighesttthe positive rate of extinction was observed in left parietal lesions.

Objective To explore the differences of presonal backgrounds of patients on their perceived value and service strategy for such patients. Methods Based on a literature review, the survey data of patient perceived value of ten hospitals from 2011 to 2013 were selected for an analysis of typical influences on their perceived value incurred by their background characteristics. Results The patient perceived values of the highest attention were functional value(3.91 in average)and emotional value(3.92 in average);regular changes toward these two values were found among patients of different backgrounds.Comparatively patients tend to demand higher emotional value featuring outpatient visit, minor symptoms, females, youths, higher education background and high income. Conclusions Medical institutions are expected to clarify their value positioning, and provide based on such differentiated services to their patients in view of the characteristic backgrounds and medical visits, thus improving the perceived value of their patient population in general.

Because of the characteristics of microRNAs (miRNAs) and their important regulative roles in human tumor diseases, they may be novel approaches for gene target therapy. Most studies focus on finding critical regulator miRNAs of oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes.Recent researches show that the expression of miR-221 and miR-222 are abnormal, and they play different roles in different types of human tumors. The regulation of miR-221 and miR-222 may be a novel effective therapy for tumor.

Objective:To study new dosage form of Bingpeng powder referring to oversea patent. Methods: To disperse Bingpeng powder, adhesive and viscosity builders (such as gelatin, carboxymethylcellulose, hypromellose or carbomer), nonionic emulsifier (gluceryl monostearate) and white vaseline into liquid paraffin, stir to attain paste. The formulation was screened by adhesive strength, shape keeping characteristic and water asorbing value. Results: The better formulation: Bingpeng powder 5.0g, hypromellose 21.0g, carbomer 14g, gluceryl monostearate 3.0g, white vaseline 7.0g, liquid paraffin to 100.0g; the paste getting rabbits' artificial ulcers healed more quickly than powder does. Conclusion: The paste is applied more expediently and more effective for oral ulcer.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(06):-
The effect of Fusarin C, a new mutagen extracted from Fusarium moniliforme,on murine peritoneal M? activation by measuring M?-mediated MTC ADCC and CS,Fusarin C could inhibit M? activation by both MAF and FDP. The inhibitory effect was dose-and time-dependent and the curves of dose-and time-response were similar in all three assays. There is, however, apparent difference in Fusarin C dose and time needed to induce significant in hibition among these assays. Significant inhibition occured at 0.4?g/ml and 0.5?g/ml for MTC and CS respectively, but 1.6?g/ml for ADCC. Similarly, the minimal period of time necessary to bring about significant inhibition was 2 hr for MTC, but 3 hr for ADCC. Finally, significance of the inhibitory effect of Fusarin C on M? anti-tumor activity in relation to carcinogenesis was discussed.

The inhibitory effect of Fusarin C,a new mutagen isolated from Fusarium moniliforme,on M? activation was investigated. The inhibitory effect of Fusarin C disappeared partially after 24 hr culture in the absence of the mycotoxin and completely after 72 hr.In addition,it could be overcome by high concentrations of M? activating factor or anti-serum to the target cells.

Objective To study the effect of thyrotrophin releasing hormone (TRH) analogue, YM14673, on the brain edema and blood brain barrier after brain injury in rat. Methods The model of brain injury of rats was built by Feeney's methods. The Evans blue solution had been injected i.v. into the rats before the models were made. The rats were divided into four groups: normal, treated with saline, treated with YM14673(Ⅰ:0.1mg/kg and Ⅱ:1mg/kg). The water content in brain was measured 24 h after brain injured. The concentration of Evans blue in brain tissue and blood was measured with fluorometry. Results The rats treated with saline after traumatic injury showed significantly high water content compared with normal group(P<0.01)and the water content of the left hemisphere, which was hit straightly, was higher significantly than that of the right global(P<0.01). The brain water content decreased in the rats treated with YM14673 in all global(P<0.05).There was no significant different between the treated group Ⅰ and groupⅡ.After brain injury, the concentration of Evans blue in brain tissue showed a higher level contrasted with normal group. YM14673 did not influence the concentration of Evans blue in brain tissue. Conclusion YM14673 can decrease the brain edema after brain injury but it cannot decrease the permeability of blood brain barrier.
