Objective To investigate the relationship between 5 ,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene C677T locus polymorphism and unexplained adverse pregnancy.Methods Three hundreds and twenty pregnant women with unknown ad-verse pregnancy ≥ 2 times in the infertility department ,and obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the case group and 388 healthy non-abortion parous women were taken as the control group.The MTH-FR gene C677T locus polymorphism in the two groups was analyzed by using gene chip method.The differences in genotype and al-lele frequency distribution were compared between the two groups ,and the relationship between unexplained adverse pregnancy and MTHFR C677T locus polymorphism was analyzed.Results The frequency distribution of MTHFR genotype C677T C/C had sta-tistically significant difference between the case group and control group (P<0.05 ,OR=0.284).The frequency distribution of gen-otype C/T had no statistical difference between the case group and control group (P=0.400 ,OR=1.140).The frequency distribu-tion of genotype T/T had statistical difference between the case group and control group (P<0.05 ,OR=7.672).The frequency distribution of allele C and T had statistical difference between the case group and control group ( P< 0.05 ,OR= 0.304 ). Conclusion The high expression of MTHFR C677T genotype T/T may be a risk factor of unknown adverse pregnancy in child-bearing age women.

Objective To study CT features of liver abscesses caused by the fasciola hepatica infection , and discuss its pathologic basis.Methods CT images of 15 Patients were collected. All patients underwent both unenhanced and biphasic enhanced CT scanning, then its CT performances were analyzed. Results round and nodular lesions were observed in 15 cases, branching and stripping lesions like dilated bile duct in 9 cases. The density of lesions was inhomogeneous, and the lesions were multifocal and multiform. The liver abscesses caused by the fasciola hepatica infection had no “rim sign” or “target” sign, Liver abscesses were less than 3.0 cm in diameter, and the dilation of the bile duct were not observed. Conclusion Liver absessed caused by the fasciola hepatica infection have characteristic CT features. Combined with clinical examination and laboratory test, the reliability of diagnosis will be considerably increased.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the lifestyle actual-ideal self-discrepancy and the self-regulatory fatigue.Methods A sample of 434 healthy undergraduate students were recruited from September to October 2015.They were inquired the demographic information questionnaire,the lifestyle actual-ideal self-discrepancy of Chinese Adolescent Lifestyles Scale(CALS) and the Self-Regulatory Fatigue Scale (SRF-S).Results The scores of lifestyle actual-ideal self-discrepancy in study habits ranked the highest(1.00(0.60,1.40)),followed by physical exercise(0.86(0.43,1.29)),sleep status(0.80(0.40,1.00)),diet (0.75 (0.50,1.25)),recreational activities (0.63 (0.00,1.00)),coping style (0.50 (0.25,0.75)),interpersonal relationship (0.46(0.17,0.67)) and health habits(0.25(0.00,0.50)).Furthermore,the scores of actual-ideal self-discrepancy in interpersonal relationship,study habits,sleep,physical exercise,coping style and diet were positively correlated with the scores of self-regulatory fatigue (r=0.22,0.19,0.19,0.16,0.13,0.12,P＜0.05).There was no relationship between the scores of actual-ideal self-discrepancy and the scores of self-regulatory fatigue in health habits and recreational activities(r=0.31,0.04).Conclusion The actual-ideal self-discrepancy in interpersonal relationship,study habits,physical exercise,coping style,sleep and diet were positively correlated with the self-regulatory fatigue.The reduction in these lifestyle actual-ideal self-discrepancy may help college students ease their self-adjustment fatigue.

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty (PKP) on bone density and serum leptin in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures. Methods One hundred and two patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures and 100 cases of healthy control were treated with PKP surgery. The serum leptin and adiponectin, and the bone mineral density of the lumbar spine were determined. Results patients Levels of the serum leptin and adiponectin in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture were significantly higher than those with non osteoporotic fracture patients (P < 0.05). One month post-PVP, the levels of serum leptin and adiponectin in the two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). postoperative group of The lumbar bone density at 1 month post-operation was is significantly higher than that before operation in each group (P < 0.05, respectively), with no significant difference between the two groups. The levels of serum leptin and adiponectin were negatively correlated with the bone mineral density (BMD) (P < 0.05). Conclusions tLevels of serum adiponectin and leptin were both increased in osteoporotic or non bone osteoporosis thoracolumbar vertebral compressor fractures. The percutaneous vertebroplasty forming operation could effectively reduce the serum level of leptin and adiponectin, and improve the bone mineral density of the lumbar vertebrae.

Objective To explore the cause and the interventional treatment of restenosis after percutaneous transhepatic biliary stent.Methods 20 patients with biliary restenosis after percutaneous transhepatic biliary stent placement were collected.According to drainage volume from biliary tract and degree of amelioration of jaundice,post-operation hepatic function,blood,urine and stool routines,ultrasound,CT scan and cholangiography were performed to determine the nature and location of biliary restenosis,and then all cases underwent recanalization with intervention method by the exteriorized drainage tube approach.The China-made nickel-titanium alloy stents with diameter of 10 mm and length ranged from 40 mm to 80 mm were used.Results The biliary restenosis occurred in mid-inferior segment of common bile duct in 9 patients, common hepatic duct in 7 patients and hepatic porta in 4 patients. As regarding the causes of restenosis included tumor compression in 9 cases, angulation in upper segment of stent in 3 cases, obstruction in stent by bile, food or clot in 4 cases, cholangitic stenosis in 2 cases and granulation proliferation in 2 cases.The obstruction in all cases was relived by extraction through drainage tube, drug irrigation,dredging by wire, balloon dialtion or stent replacement, so that the total survival rate was beyond 6 months.Conclusion After percutaneous transhepatic biliary stent placement in treating the malignant biliary obstruction,the rate of biliary restenosis is still high,which should be attached importance to.

Objective To evaluate the approaches of percutaneous trans-hepatic stent for relieving malignant biliary obstruction and its clinical effect. Methods 20 stents were set up in bile duct to treat malignant biliary obstruction in 18 cases using two steps under x-ray fluoroscopy. After the stents set up successfully, the contrast agent was injected through the long sheath in order to find out the expansion and expedition of the stent. The stents were provided by Micro-Tech co.1td.(Nanjing). The patient’s jaundice, liver function and amylase (AMY)levels were observed after the procedure and all the patients were followed up for three to eleven months. Results Twenty stents were placed in 18 patients successfully in one time.STB , ALT, AST, r-GT and ALP decreased 66.27%, 57.83%, 62.21%, 44.74% and 47.57% respectively one week after the procedure. Early complications included hyperamylasemia , acute pancreatitis,hernobilia, bile leakage,ect.Late complications were displacement and restenosis of the stent . A patient died due to failure of heart and lung. Conclusion The percutaneous transhepatic insertion of biliary stent is an effective method in relieving malignant obstructive jaundice.

Objective To investigate the lifestyles of internet addiction disorders and explore the relationship between lifestyles and internet addiction among Chinese adolescents.Methods In this cross-sectional stratified cluster sampling study,Demographic Information Questionnaire,Chinese Adolescent Lifestyles Scale (CALS)and Young's Internet Addiction Test were applied.Results (1) Adolescents with internet addiction were 275,accounting for 11.20％.Boys(15.45％) addicted the internet more than girls(7.48％).The prevalence rate of IAD was higher in students from urban(13.55％) than that in students from rural area(9.67％).The ratio of IAD was the highest in junior school students (14.01％),the second in university students (13.84％),the third in senior high school students(9.66％),and the lowest in primary school students(7.67％) (P＜0.01).(2) The internet addicts scored significantly lower on sleep,study habits,physical exercise,interpersonal relationship and coping style,compared to the normal group(P＜0.01).(3) Sleep status,study habits,physical exercise,interpersonal relationship and coping style were negatively correlated with internet addiction (r=-0.193,r=-0.319,r=-0.175,r=-0.225,r=-0.105,P＜0.01).(4)Multiple logistic regression analysis indicated learning habits and interpersonal relationship had negative predictive effects on internet addiction; whereas,the coping style showed a weak positive prediction effect on Internet addiction.Conclusion Internet addict teenagers have poor lifestyles which should be suggested to start the good behavior habit and insist on a healthy lifestyle to prevent the internet addiction disorder.

Objective To examine the short-and middle-term efficacy and refracture rate in patients with thoracolumbar fracture having percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) and determine their correlation with the severity of osteoporosis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 247 patients with thoracolumbar fracture undergone PKP from January 2008 to February 2014.Mean age of the patients (94 males and 153 females) was 63.2 years (range,50-81 years).Ground-level falls occurred in 119 patients,traffic injuries in 72 patients and high falls in 56 patients.The patients were assigned to osteopenia group and osteoporosis group based on the preoperative bone mineral density.Visual analogue score (VAS),Roland-Morris disability survey scale (RDQ),vertebral compression rate,kyphotic Cobb angle and refracture rate were recorded before and after operation.Efficacy in correlation with the severity of osteoporosis was evaluated.Results Mean duration of follow-up was 24.3 months (range,18-36 months).Three days after operation,VAS descended from (7.7 ± 2.1) points to (4.3 ± 1.1) points in osteopenia group and from (7.7 ± 2.0) points to (4.2 ± 1.5) points in osteoporosis group (P ＜ 0.05);RDQ descended from (21.2 ± 1.5) points to (10.4 ± 2.5) points in osteopenia group and from (20.8 ± 1.9) points to (11.2 ± 1.7) points in osteoporosis group (P ＜ 0.05);rate of vertebral body compression descended from (42.2 ± 10.5) ％ to (3.2 ± 0.5) ％ in osteopenia group and from (46.2 ± 12.7) ％ to (2.9 ± 0.8) ％ in osteoporosis group (P ＜ 0.05);kyphotic Cobb angle descended from (21.2 ± 9.5) ° to (7.2 ±2.4) °in osteopenia group and from (23.1 ± 8.9) ° to (7.1 ± 2.6) ° in osteoporosis group (P ＜ 0.05).Three years after operation,all the parameters remained better than these before operation,with the value higher in osteoporosis group than in osteopenia group (P ＜ 0.05).Rate of refracture was higher in osteoporosis group after operation,compared to that in osteopenia group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The clinical short-term result is satisfactory,but refracture rate is increased with the osteoporosis aggravation.Targeting osteoporosis therapy is important to obtain a better mid-term results.
