Objective To study the effect of leukoreduction transfusion on improving medical quality. Methods The cases in our hospital which had RBC transfusion records in the past 3 years were collected and divided into two groups: leukoreduction group(LR) and non-leukoreduction group(NLR). Through statistical analysis, the items related to leukoreduction were found out and the differences in these items between the two groups were compared. Results Operation complication, non-operation complication, infectious rate, transfusion reactions and mortality rate in LR group were significantly lower than those in NLR group. The transfusion of single components-RBC had less clinical side-effect than the transfusion of complex components including RBC. Conclusions Leukoreduction transfusion can effectively improve clinical therapy and promote the medical quality.
4. Research progress and application of 3D printing technology in preparation process
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2019;50(17):4013-4019
With the development of high and new technology, such as material chemistry and computer technology, the formulation process is also constantly innovating and improving. In recent years, 3D printing technology has become a research hotspot in the formulation industry. Different from traditional preparation methods, 3D printing technology can realize personalized production and solve storage problems of drugs. Because of its advantages of simple production, convenient carrying, low cost and strong patient compliance, it may change the design and production mode of drugs in the future and have good development prospects in the field of preparation. This paper reviews principles, the latest research progresses, advantages and challenges of 3D printing by searching CNKI, SCI, Springer databases and collating relevant literatures, and forecasts the development of 3D printing technology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, aiming to provide some references for the application of the technology in the traditional Chinese medicine preparation industry.

Objective To study the protein expression and gene amplification of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(Her-2)in adenocarcinoma of the gastroesophageal junction and its association with the clinicopathological features .Methods Immunohistochemical method and fluorescence in situ hybridization ( FISH) were used to detect Her -2 expression and gene amplification in 80 surgically resected gastroesophageal junction cancer tissue .We further analyzed the relationship between the gastroesophageal junction cancer histolog -ical differentiation ,as well as depth of invasion ,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis .Results Her-2 am-plification of gastroesophageal junction carcinoma by FISH was 22.5%,while the overexpression by IHC was 15%.Her-2 gene amplification and protein overexpression were correlated with the differentiation ,clinical TNM stage, invasive depth and lymph node metastasis of the carcinoma (all P<0.05).Her-2 expression was not asso-ciated with the patients age, gender, invasive depth and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Her -2 protein expression and gene amplification may be a prognostic indicator for the patients with gastroesophageal junction cancer .The joint detection of Her -2 protein expression level and the gene amplification can guide the prognosis and therapy for adenocarcinoma of the gastroesophageal junction .

ObjectiveTo investigate the ultrasonic clinical value of scalpel in abdominal surgery for D2 radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.MethodsA retrospective analysis was made in Zhengzhou University Affiliated Luoyang Central Hospital from September 2008 to September 2010 gastric group. The patients were divided into ultrasound knife group and normal operative in 136,including 75 cases using ultrasonic scalpel,61 using cases electric knife. The lymph node dissection time, intraoperative blood loss, the drainage 72 h after were compared between the two groups. Results The average operation time ultrasound knife group was ( 114 ± 35 ) min,the surgery blood loss was ( 110.4 ± 32) mL.The drainage 72 h after operation was (180 ± 24) mL,which were significantly reduced compared with the normal operative group. The difference in detection rate between the two groups was not statric cancer can improve efficiency, reduce trauma, accelerate postoperative recovery, showing good application prospect in radical resection of gastri cancer.ConclusionsUltrasound knife used in D2 radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer can improve efficiency, reduce trauma, accelerate postoperative recovery, showing good application prospect in radical resection of gastric cancer.

Objective To probe imaging manifestations of bronchogenic cysts,as that to improve the knowledge of this disease. Methods Imaging features of congenital bronchial cyst in 32 cases confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed. Results 4 cases of cyst localized in mediastinum ,all were liquid cyst.28 cases of cyst localized in lungs, aqmong them,22 cases were air-liquid cyst and 6 cases were air cyst, the diameter of lesions was 1~10 cm,there were 2 cases with pyothorax,4 cases with pulmonary maldevelopment, one case with brochio-pleural fistula. The cysts appeared as round or similar round, the walls of cyst was thin. The wall of cyst was obscure and there was infiltrating shadow around cysts when in company with infection. Conclusion X-ray and CT are very important in diagnosing congenital bronchial cysts,CT scan is of very help in diagnosing the compley cysts.

Objective To investigate the CT,MRI features and differential diagnosis of central nervous system primitive neuroec-todermal tumors (cPNET).Methods The CT and MRI findings of 1 5 cases with cPNET proved by pathology were analyzed retro-spectively,and we summarized the imaging features and differential diagnosis. Results For this group, the average age was (8.82± 2.53)and the male to female ratio was 9 ︰6.All lesions located in supratentorial region, which had relatively large volume (average diameter of 6.3 cm),cystic necrosis (12/15),and no or mild peritumoral edema.cPNET showed isodensity, slight hyperdensity or slight hypodensity on CT plain scan, and demonstrated uniform or inhomogeneous enhancement. On MRI plain scan, solid part showed isointensity or slight hypointensity signal on T1 WI,isointensity or slight hyperintensity signal on T2 WI,hyperintensity sig-nal on DWI(12/15),isointensity(9/15)or slightly hyperintensity signal on FLAIR,and showed obvious uniform, honeycombed or irregular enhancement after enhanced scan,no enhancement in cystic necrosis. Conclusion cPNET have certain characteristics,inclu-ding the lower onset age, relatively large volume with well-defined edge and no or mild peritumoral edema, hyperintensity signal on DWI,isointensity signal on FLAIR.

Objective To assess the clinical significance of three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging (3D-STI) in the evaluation of left ventricular myocardial function in breast cancer survivors with postoperative anthracycline-based chemotherapy. Methods A total of 51 breast cancer survivors with postoperative anthracycline-based chemotherapy were recruited and 31 female healthy volunteers as the controls.Conventional echocardiography and 3D-STI derived parameters [including global longitudinal strain (GLS) and global area strain (GAS)] were measured before and at 3 and 6 anthracycline-based chemotherapeutic cycles. The receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve was constructed to determine optimal sensitivity and specificity of 3ID-STI derived parameters for the prediction of future cardiotoxicity. Results In comparison with the controls and baseline cases,GLS and GAS deteriorated significantly (P < 0.05 for both). No statistical difference in GCS and conventional parameters showed before and after the initiation of chemotherapy (P <0.05,respectively).The ROC curves showed that GAS as the best 3D-STI predictor of patients who develop cardiotoxicity during the follow-up.The area under ROC(AUC) of GAS was 0.894,and its optimal cut-off value was-28.4%,with a specificity of 88.0% and a sensitivity of 82.9%.AUC of GLS was 0.802,and its optimal cut-off value was-14.3%,with a specificity of 62.0% and a sensitivity of 85.4%.Conclusions Early decreases in GAS and GLS based on 3D-STI may allow the prediction of subsequent cardiotoxic development accurately in breast cancer survivors with postoperative anthracycline-based chemotherapy.
