Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(02):-
Objective To explore the mechnism of toxicity induced by cisplatin on renal proximal tubular cells(RPTC) line and anti-apoptosis mechanism of BCL-2 with transfection of different mutant BCL-2 in vitro.MethodsRPTC was translocated with different mutants BCL-2(s).Cell apoptosis induced by cisplatin on RPTC was analyzed with confocal and flurencent microscope. The cell apoptosis was measured with Hoechst33258 after treatment with cisplatin. Results Different mutant BCL-2(BCL-acta,BCL-cb5)were translocated on mitochondrial and Endoplasmic Reticulum(ER) respectively.BCL-acta protected RPTC from apoptosis induced by cisplatin more easily than BCL-cb5 group in a time-dependant manner(P

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
Objective: To study the relationship between mental health and achievement motivation of teachers. Methods: 322 high school teachers completed SCL-90 and Achievement Motivation Scale. Results: The percent of high-score teachers with at least one SCL-90 subscale scored more than 3 is more than 5%.There is obvious correlation between the score of SCL-90 and the AMS's.Conclusion: The high level of achievement-seeking or the high level of failure-avoiding is harmful to the mental health of teachers.

Cell-cycle deregulation leading to excessive cellproliferation is an important mechanism of human tumorigenesis. CDK6 and CDK4 have been found to be significant regulators of cellcycle, particularly in promoting cell -cycle progress. Moreover, these proteins are usually overly active in most tumors and closely related to tumor development. Recently, research has confirmed CDK4/6 as prospective targets for cancer therapy. However, the mechanism of excessive CDK6 activation leading to tumorigenesis is not completely understood. Therefore, further understanding of the role of CDK4/6 in cell -cycle regulatory pathways and celldifferenti-ation is essential, as well as their overexpression in different types of tumors. This information will elucidate the mechanisms of tumor development and treatment. Therefore, this review intends to discuss the structure and biological function of CDK6, the role and mecha-nism of CDK6 in carcinogenesis, and the clinical application of CDK6 inhibitors.

In order to established a method for simultaneous determination of isoquercitrin, astragaline, quercetin and kaempferol in Lysimachia clethroides, the ionic liquid 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([HMIM]PF6) methanol was used as the ultrasound-assisted extraction solvent combing with RP-HPLC. A Purospher star RP-C1 column was used with the mobile phase of aceto- nitrile, methanol and 0. 4% phosphate acid by gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 360 nm. The flow rate was 0.7 mL x min(-1), and the column temperature was the room temperature. Under the optimized conditions, the linear ranges were 2.54 x 10(-2)-2. 54, 2.50 x 10(-2)- 2.50, 1.54 x 10(-3)-0.154, 1.49 x 10(-3)-0.149 microg for isoquercitrin, astragaline, quercetin and kaempferol, respectively. The average recoveries of the four constituents were 101.1%, 98.90%, 101.0%, 101.6%, respectively. The method was green, simple, rapid and accurate, and provided a valid method for analysis of isoquercitrin, astragaline, quercetin and kaempferol in L. clethroides.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(29):2242-2244
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of mouth gag which can inserted into lavage tube during gastric lavage. Methods The Sixty- six cases of acute poisoning patients with gastric lavage according to random number table method were randomly divided into two groups, 33 cases in each group. Observation group used the inserted mouth gag, and the control group used the metal ones. Results The observation group were lower than the control group at the time required to insert the lavage tube [(2.23±0.19)s to (3.26±0.30)s] and the incidence of complication rate [18.2%(6/33) to 45.5%(15/33)], the oral cavity bleeding [6.0%(2/33) to 30.3%(10/33)], lavage tube displacement [0(0/33)to 24.2%(8/33)], lavage tube twisting[0(0/33) to 24.2%(8/33)], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), while higher in the rate of successful intubation[100.0%(33/33)] to [54.5%(18/33)], the difference was statistically significant, χ2=19.4,P<0.01. Conclusions The application of the mouth gag which can insert into gastric lavage improved the successful intubation rate, saved the rescue time, reduced the complication and improved the nursing quality.

Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine 2011;31(5):320-323
Objective To evaluate the assistant diagnostic value of low dose CT in patients with pulmonary embolism (PE) based on ventilation/perfusion (V/Q) SPECT imaging. Methods One hundred and two patients with clinical suspected PE had been enrolled for this retrospective study. The final diagnosis of PE was made according to the 2008 guidelines of European Society of Cardiology (ESC).All patients underwent V/Q SPECT/CT (Hawkeye 4,GE).The imaging findings from low dose CT lung window were used for differential diagnoses of abnormal regions in SPECT imaging. The diagnostic efficiency of V/Q SPECT alone was compared with that of V/Q SPECT combined with low dose CT scan.Crosstabsx2 test was performed using SPSS 13.0 software. Results Twenty-nine patients (28.43%,29/102) were finally diagnosed as PE.V/Q SPECT alone had a sensitivity of 93.10% (27/29),a specificity of 90.41% (66/73),and an accuracy of 91.18% (93/102).With additional diagnostic information from low dose CT,the diagnostic specificity increased to 95.89% (70/73,X2 =1.72,P > 0.05 ),and the accuracy increased to 95.10% (97/102,x2 =1.23,P > 0.05) though the sensitivity remained the same. Conclusion Imaginginformation from low dose CT in hybrid SPECT/CT may enhance V/Q diagnostic accuracy for PE.
