1.Study on the Preparation of Azathioprine Liposomes

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the formulation and preparation technic of azathioprine liposomes and evaluation the quality.METHODS:The liposomes were prepared by a film-vibration technique.The optimal formulation and preparation technic were selected by means of an orthogonal design test.The entrapment ratio of liposomes was studied by titrimetric method.The size distribution and appearance of liposomes were observed under microscope.RESULTS:The entrapment ratio of azathioprine liposomes was49.19%.The liposomes consisted of spherical or similar to spherical multilamellar vesicles with78.17%of particles in the liposomes smaller than2.4?m.CONCLUSION:The selected formulation and preparation technic of azathioprine liposomes are rational and stable.

Social forces participating in non-profit medical institutions will help to insist on the commonweal of public medical and health care and realize the goal of access to basic medical and health services for everyone .At present , social forces participating in non-profit medical institutions have made some prominent improvements under a series of policy support .However , due to the absolute dominance of public hospitals , social forces participating in non-profit medical institutions are still potting a lot of restrictions on access threshold of basic medical services , devel-opment space and policy implementation .In order to promote the healthy development of social forces participating in non-profit medical institutions , we should first recognize its significance and guarantee its development potential , tal-ents construction and development space through implementing preferential policies , improving supervision mecha-nisms, exploring multi-sited license, optimizing allocation of resources and so on .
3.Influence of levocarnitine on micro-inflammatory state in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective To explore the impact of levocarnitine on microinflammatory state in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN) .Methods Sixty outpatients and inpatients with DN in the Second Aid Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected as the research subjects according to the inclusion and exclusion stand‐ards and randomly divided into DN conventional treatment group (conventional treatment group ,n=30) and levocarnitine treatment observation group (levocarnitine treatment group ,n=30) .Contemporaneous 20 individuals undergoing the healthy physical exami‐nation were selected as the healthy control group ,DN was excluded .The two treatment groups were given the insulin therapy ,on the basis of the routine therapy the levocarnitine treatment group was added with levocarnitine oral solution (2 g daily) .The treat‐ment in both groups lasted for 3 weeks .The efficacy was observed and the indicators were detected before and after treatment ,in‐cluding interleukin‐6 (IL‐6) ,C‐reactive protein (CRP) ,tumor necrosis factor‐α(TNF‐α) ,urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) , serum albumin (Alb) ,hemoglobin (Hb) ,endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Scr) ,total cholesterol (TG) and triglycerides (TC) .The above indicators in the healthy control group were detected in physical examination .Results The CRP ,IL‐6 ,TNF‐αlev‐els after treatment in the conventional treatment group and levocarnitine treatment group were higher than those in the healthy con‐trol group .The CRP ,IL‐6 and TNF‐αlevels after treatment in the levocarnitine treatment group were lower than those in the con‐ventional treatment group .The above 3 inflammatory cytokines levels after treatment in the levocarnitine treatment group were low‐er than before treatment .The TC ,TG and Ccr levels after treatment in the levocarnitine treatment group were lower than those in the conventional treatment group ,while the Alb and Hb levels were higher than those in the conventional treatment group ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The microinflammation level after levocarnitine treatment in main‐tenance dialysis patients with DN is alleviated to some extent ,the renal function and nutritional status have certain improvement .

5.Changes in Serum Inflammatory Cytokines, Plasma Hcy and Hemorheology in Patients with Diabetic Microangiopathy

Objective To explore the changes in serum inflammatory cytokines,plasma homocysteine (Hcy) and hemorheology in patients with diabetic microangiopathy of different severity.Methods A total of 180 T2DM patients admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to July 2015 were selected and randomized into either the no diabetic retinopathy (NDR) group,background diabetic retinopathy (BDR) group or proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) group,each including 60 patients.We compared serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) levels,plasma Hcy level,and hemorheological indicators across the three groups.Results Serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α levels,plasma Hcy level and hemorheological indicators were all significantly higher in BDR and PDR groups than in NDR group,with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).Serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αt levels,plasma Hcy level and hemorheological indicators were all significantly higher in PDR group than in BDR group,with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).Conclusion Serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α levels,plasma Hcy level and hemorheological indicators would raise constantly with disease progression in diabetic patients,which might be associated with the development and progression of retinopathy.

7.Analysis on Pharmaceutical Care for Critical Patients with Multi-drug Resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii Infection

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics of pharmaceutical care for critical patients with multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumanni infection.METHODS:Retrospective analysis was applied to analyze the distribution of pathogenic bacteria,drug resistance,therapeutic results and pharmaceutical care in 36 critical patients with multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumanni infection.RESULTS:Multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii had severe drug resistance to antibiotics.It is difficult for critical patients to treat Acinetobacter baumannii infection after infection.CONCLUSION:Clinical pharmacist should be engage in clinical practice,give full play to their clinical expertise and enhance pharmaceutical care.It is very important for prevention of multi-drug resistant strains and appropriate use of drugs that clinical pharmacist be involved in formulating therapeutic regimes for multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infection and strengthen pharmaceutical care.
8.Efficacy Observation of Metadoxine Combined with Tiopronin in the Treatment of Alcoholic Liver Disease

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of metadoxine combined with tiopronin in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease.METHODS:In retrospective study,70 patients with alcoholic liver disease were selected from Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital and Taiyuan Third People's Hospital during Oct.2013-Dec.2015,and then divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases in each group according to therapy plan.Control group was additionally given Tiopronin enteric-coated tablet 0.2 g,po,tid,based on routine treatment;treatment groups was additionally Metadoxine tablet 1.0 g,po,bid,on the basis of control group.Both groups received treatment for 6 weeks.Serum indicators as ALT,AST,γ-GT,TBIL,TC,TG and A/G and serum hepatic fibrosis indicators as Ⅳ-C,HA and Ln were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment as well as the diameters of MPV and SPV,spleen thickness and clinical efficacy.The occurrence of ADR was recorded.RESULTS:The serum levels of ALT,AST,y-GT,TBIL,TC and TG were decreased significantly in 2 groups,while A/G level was increased significantly;above indicators of treatment group were more significant than those of control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Serum levels of Ⅳ-C,HA,Ln,MPV,SPV and spleen thickness in treatment group were significantly decreased and lower than in control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Total response rate of treatment group (94.29%) was significantly higher than that of control group (62.86%),with statistical significance (P<0.05).No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups.CONCLUSIONS:Metadoxine combined with tiopronin shows good therapeutic efficacy for alcoholic liver disease with good safety.
9.Four Cases of Keloid.

Keloid is a hyperproliferative disorder of dermal connective tissues, that sometimes causes perplexy and cannot be managed with medical therapy alone, such as intralesional corticosteroids or interferon injections. In those cases, the best results can be obtained when medical therapy is combined with surgical therapy. Four cases of keloid that had been successfully treated with surgical keloidectomy and postoperative adjunctive therapy are herein reported.
