1.Current prevention and therapies in acute GVHD
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2010;19(9):567-569
Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is the major curative treatment for patients with malignant hematologic diseases. However, a number of serious complications limits successful outcomes. Acute graft-versus-host disease(GVHD) is a major cause of death following allo-HSCT.The mortality rate is 50 % in Ⅱ -Ⅳ aGVHD. At present, the major prevention methods conclude inhibiting T cell activation and proliferation, depleting of T cell in graft, and decreasing the dose of preconditioning. And only one quarter of these patients will have a complete response to first-line corticosteroid therapy. Patients with steroid resistant acute GVHD require second-line therapy to which the response rate is only 30 %-50 %.Second-line therapies including monoclone antibody, chemotherapy and cytokine inhibitor were used. Secondline options can impair immune reconstitution and increase the risk for infection. Therefore, novel approaches to prevent and treat GVHD are critically needed. This work will review novel immuno-modulatory therapy currently being employed both for the prevention and treatment of GVHD.
2.Clinical analysis of Foix-Chavany-Marie syndrome
Chinese Journal of Neurology 2016;49(7):560-563
Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of Foix-Chavany-Marie syndrome. Methods The clinical, electroencephalography and imaging characteristics,as well as etiology, treatment and prognosis of 4 cases of Foix-Chavany-Marie syndrome were retrospectively evaluated, and relevant literature was reviewed to investigate its pathogenesis. Results All the 4 cases presented with hypersalivation, facial diplegia, dysarthria and dysphagia with autonomic-voluntary dissociation.Brain MRI showed bilateral cortical or subcortical lesions in the opercula and perisylvian areas.Three cases were secondary to encephalitis, and 1 case was related to perinatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. After administration of antiepileptic drugs, they were free of seizures. But all the other symptoms remained. Conclusions Autonomic-voluntary dissociation is a feature of Foix-Chavany-Marie syndrome. Most patients are due to bilateral structural or functional lesions between motor cortices and brain-stem cranial motor nuclei. The prognosis depends on the heterogeneous etiologies, such as encephalitis and cerebrovascular disease.
3.Expression and role of SPARCL1 gene in tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(9):673-675
Abnormal expression of secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine like 1 (SPARCL1 )gene is closely related to the development, metastasis and prognosis of a variety of tumors.Recent studies show that SPARCL1 gene is high expressed in glioma. The protein product of SPARCL1 gene encoded can interact with collagen, thus affecting the metastasis ability of tumor, which is positively correlated with tumor malignant de-gree.SPARCL1 gene is low expressed in gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer and breast cancer, which is negatively correlated with the invasion and metastasis abilities of tumors. At present, the role of speci-fic molecular mechanisms of SPARCL1 gene remains controversial. The expressions and functions of SPARCL1 gene in tumor tissues seem to depend on the tumor microenvironment.

5.THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN PATHOLOGICAL TYPES AND INFILTRATING DISTANCES OF GASTRIC CANCER
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
In this paper are discussed the relationships between the infiltrating distances and the pathological types of gastric cancer by measuring the excised specimens of middle and dvanced stages in 50 cases. It is confirmed that the infiltrating distances vary according to the pathohistolog-ical types. The tubular adenocarcinoma may be divided into two subtypes: the large tubular adenocarcinoma and the small tubular adenocarcinoma. In all pathohistological types of gastric cancer the undifferentiated carcinoma, "signet-ring" cell carcinoma and tubular adenocarcinoma infiltrated farther, and the papillary adenocarcinoma and the small tubular adenocarcinoma into a less. The infiltraing type and gastric sinus carcinoma have tendency to infiltrate farther which can be observed with naked eye. These results may offered some assistance in the surgical treatment of gastric cancer.
6.Effects of portal blood flow on intraductal radiofrequency ablation
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2008;7(3):203-205
Objective To observe whether coagulation zones can be produced by intraductal radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in vivo and investigate the effect of portal blood flow on the sizes of coagulation zones. Methods Fourteen bile duct targets in hepatic hilar from 6 swines were equally divided into non-Pringle manoeuvre group and Pringle manoeuvre group. A 13mm segment of non-insulated mono-electrode was inserted into the bile duct, then RFA was performed under the condition of 5 W power output for 4 minutes. The pathological changes of bile duct and adjacent hepatic tissues were observed. Results Semi-oval offwhite coagulation zones in the sections were observed in both groups, with obvious dark-red rims around them. Necrosis and denaturation of mucosal and submucosal layers of bile duct and denaturation of adjacent hepatic tissue in coagulation zones were observed under optical microscope. The dark-red rims revealed hepatic hemorrhage. The mean long axial diameter of coagulation zones in the non-Pringle manoeuvre group and Pringle manoeuvre group was (13.29±1.38)mm and (13.29±1.1 1)mm, respectively, with no statistical difference (t=0.000, P>0.05). The mean short axial diameter of coagulation zones in the non-Pringle manoeuvre group and Pringle manoeuvre group was (3.14±1.07)mm and (4.57±0.98)mm, respectively, with statistical difference (t=2.611, P<0.05). Conclusions Intraductal RFA can produce a typical ablation zone. The portal blood flow affects the short axial diameter of coagulation zone but does not affect the long axial diameter.
7.Clinical study on Yihong Kangnaoshuan capsule in treating lacunar infarction pure motor hemiparesis.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(11):2235-2238
With the treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction with pure motor hemiparesis (PMH) attach importance to the treatment effect, application benefit of Yihong Kangnaoshuan capsule in the treatment of further effect. Treatment of PMH is mainly depending on the thorough discussion on the cause, to determine the clinical value of treatment based on the principle of. Through the research of Zhejiang People's Hospital of Fenghua from 2013 March to 2014 September 178 cases of pure motor hemiparesis were the benefit of Yihong Kangnaoshuan capsule and vedrin capsule treatment, compared the indexes of efficacy after treatment and blood rheology. Finally found the benefits of Yihong Kangnaoshuan capsule in the application process with high safety, efficacy and greater proportion. And in favor of blood lipid and blood rheology indicators of stability, the repair of neurological function is more. Therefore, clinicians should be applied benefit of red brain thrombus capsule in the treatment of PMH. But the overall difference between drugs is need to further comparison, in order to ensure clinical curative effect.

9.Progress in researches of the receptor tyrosine kinase EphA1
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(03):-
EphA1,the first member of the Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family, not only plays a pivotal role in embryonic development and angiogenesis, but also expresses in some types of adult human tissues. Its specific characteristics of Eph/ephrin binding and the Eph/ephrin signaling transduction are fundamentally involved in tumor initiation, progression and metastasis. The expression levels of EphA1 vary considerably in different types of normal tissues and tumors,or even in different phases of tumor development, suggestive of its functional pluralism.Intensive studies of EphA1 on angiogenesis, carcinogenesis and metastasis may provide a method for the early diagnosis and a potential target for the treatment of cancers.
10.Analysis of Risk Factors for Nosocomial Infection of Multidrug-resistant Organism in ICU
China Pharmacy 2017;28(14):1916-1920
OBJECTIVE:To explore the risk factors for nosocomial infection of multidrug-resistant organism (MDRO) in ICU,and to provide reference for preventing and controlling MDRO in ICU. METHODS:In retrospective study,246 patients with nosocomial infection from ICU of Xi'an Aerospace General Hospital (hereinafter referred to asour hospital) during Jan. 2011-Dec. 2015 were selected and divided into non-MDRO infection group (140 cases) and MDRO infection group (106 cases). The detection and drug resistance of MDRO were analyzed in MDRO group. Univariate analysis and binary Logistic regression anal-ysis were used to explore risk factors for nosocomial infection of MDRO. RESULTS:During 2011-2015,435 strains of MDRO were isolated from 106 MDRO infection patients,in which Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 89.43%,showing severe drug re-sistance. Univariate analysis showed that the following 13 factors were related to nosocomial infection of MDRO,such as ICU ad-mission time, hypoproteinemia, acute cerebrovascular diseases, renal abnormalities, mechanical ventilation time, arterivenous cath-eterization time, urethral catheterization time, indwelling gastric tube time, type and time of using antibiotics, combined use of an-tibiotics,application of carbapenems and the third generation caphalosporins(P<0.05). Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that acute cerebrovascular diseases, type and time of using antibiotics were the independent risk factors for nosocomial infection of MDRO in ICU [odds ratios were 2.816,1.582,1.265,95%CI were (1.540,5.151),(1.085,2.306),(1.131,1.415)]. CONCLU-SIONS:Some prevention and control measures should be taken actively for high-risk MDRO infection patients in ICU to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection of MDRO and improve the quality of health care.
