The smoke of anti-infrared smoke agent in a self-made miniature smoke chamber was determined by using Forier transform infrared spectrometer. The smoke changing and settling regulation with time were obtained by measuring the IR spectra of smoke at different time dynamically. Through testing the smoke of different quantity of the same smoke agent, it was found that the relationship between the concentration of the main smoke products and the absorbance obeyed Lambert-Beer′s Law. Finally, the relationship between the smoke screening ability and reactant agent amounts was obtained by calculating the screening ability of different amounts of reactant agent in three “atmosphere windows”.

According to recent studies, cardiovascular disease, infection and malnutrition are the most common complications of maintenance hemodialysis (MHD),which also the main causes of death. Further studies illustrate that dialysis patients with micro-inflammatory state, which relate to patient uremia and hemodialysis, further more, closely related to the existing micro-inflammatory response to the above complications. Accordingly,to explore the mechanism in MHD patients with micro-inflammatory response, and to search for the effective micro-inflammation treatment,in addition,to enhance the quality of life of patients with MHD and survival rate has become a hot spot in recent years.

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Ni-Ti memory alloy embracing fixator on the multiple fracture of ribs and flail chest. Method From January 2006 to December 2009, the effects of operation and long-term follow-up after internal fixation operation with memory alloy embracing fixator in patients with multiple fracture of ribs and flail chest were observed. Results The hospital stay of patients treated with memory alloy embracing fixator was 10.31 ± 3.14 days and pain was significantly reheved after treatment ( P= 0.02) .The rate of post-operative complications was 17.65% such as atelectasis, pulmonary infection, etc. There were fewer longterm complications and less influence to daily activity of life. Conclusions It is a advanced and practical method for patients with the multiple fracture of ribs by using Ni-Ti memory alloy embracing fixator with slighter trauma, simple, safe, reliable, good histocompatibility and fewer post-operative complications.

Objective:To explore the role of CXCR2 in the invasion and metastasis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).Methods:The expression of CXCR2 in HNSCC tissues of 105 cases was detected by immunohistochemical staining, the correlation between CXCR2 expression and cervical lymph node metastases of HNSCC was analysed.Then,3 stable HNSCC cell lines with CXCR2 interference were established, the effects of CXCR2 silencing on cell migration and invasion were observed by in vitro tests.Results:CXCR2 was positively expressed in 51.43% of HNSCC specimens and was statistically associated with the cervical lymph node metastases of HNSCC.CXCR2 silencing markedly inhibited the migration and invasion of HNSCC cells in vitro.Conclu-sion:CXCR2 may play a key role in the invasion and metastases of HNSCC.

Background and purpose:Recently, it was reported that tanshinoneⅡA (TanⅡA) could inhibit proliferation, induce differentiation and apoptosis of human cancer cells. Previous studies also indicated that TanⅡA could inhibit the migration and invasion of osteosarcoma. However, the effects of TanⅡA on the migration and invasion of gastric cancer and the mechanism remains unclear. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of TanⅡA on gastric cancer cell SGC7901 migration and invasion of in vitro. Methods:After different concentrations (0.5, 1, 2, and 4μg/mL) of TanⅡA treatment for 24, 48, and 72 h respectively, MTT assay were developed to detect the cell proliferation of SGC7901. The wound healing assay and 3D-transwell assay were used to observe the migration and invasion of SGC7901 cells, respectively. Expression of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1), matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 2 (TIMP-2) mRNA and protein were measured with real-time PCR and Western blot. Results: 1, 2, and 4 μg/mL Tan ⅡA showed a dose-and time-dependent growth inhibition on SGC7901 cells. 2μg/mL TanⅡA showed a time-dependent migration inhibition of SGC7901 cells. 1, 2, and 4μg/mL TanⅡA could inhibit the invasion of SGC7901 cells. Real-time PCR and Western blot showed a reduction in expression of ICAM-1, MMP-2, and MMP-9, as well as an increase in expression of TIMP-2 (P<0.05).Conclusion:TanⅡA inhibits human gastric cancer SGC7901 cell migration and invasion in vitro. TIMP-2 upregulation and, ICAM-1, MMP-2, MMP-9 downregulation might be one of the mechanisms of anti-tumor of TanⅡA.

Aims To establish a UPLC-MS/MS meth-od for the determination of plasma concentration of scutellarein and its metabolite and to study their phar-macokinetics in rat plasma. Methods The analysis was achieved by BEH C18 column with a mobile phase composed of 0 . 1 % formic acid in acetonitrile and 0 . 1% aqueous formic acid using step gradient elution. A TQD tandem mass spectrometry equipped with electros-pray ionization source was used as detector and opera-ted by multiple reaction monitoring( MRM) positive ion mode. After intravenous injection of scutellarein, the concentrations of scutellarein and its major metabolite glucuronide scutellarin in rat plasma were determined at different time points. The pharmacokinetic parame-ters were calculated by DAS 2. 0 software. Results Good linearity was achieved for scutellarein, the ex-traction recovery was between 80 . 5 % to 90 . 5 %, the precisions and accuracy were good. The result showed the pharmacokinetic profiles of scutellarein and glucu-ronide scutellarin both fit to the two-compartment mod-el. Conclusion The above mentioned method is spe-cific, rapid, sensitive and suitable for the pharmacoki-netic studies of scutellarein and its metabolite.

Objective To investigate the clinical value and safety of cedilanid, esmolol in the treatment of atrial fibrillation. Methods From August 2014 to August 2016 our Hospital from 117 patients with atrial fibrillation clinical data, according to the random number distribution principle, the patients were divided into observation group 59 cases and control group of 58 cases, all patients were given the treatment of primary disease, the clinical symptoms, the patients in the observation group were given oxygen, has given furosemide, cedilanid, after micro injection pump intravenous nitroglycerin, 5-20 g/min. Start after the injection of nitroglycerin, establish another vein channel, every 30 min to 0.2 mg patients, the treatment group were treated with intravenous injection of small dose esmolol. The clinical efficacy, ventricular rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Results The early and late effective rates of the two groups were not significantly different. The observation showed that after treatment, the ventricular rate, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion High dose cedilanid combined with small dose esmolol in treatment of atrial fibrillation, obvious curative effect, high safety, can choose the appropriate application.

AIM: To study the allergic disease in recurrent tonsillitis. METHODS: Immunohistochemical technique was used to investigate interleukin-4(IL-4) production in tonsil. RESULTS:The result showed that: a higher incidence of IL-4 producing cells were found in the tonsils of all ages, and a high density of IL-4 was found in the reticular crypt epithelium and extrafollicular, but low density in germinalcenter. IL-4 has been shown play a crucial role in the pathogensis of allergic disease. CONCLUSION:Allergic disease is an important reason of recurrent tonsillitis. The conclusion will give a new way to cure recurrent tonsillitis.
