X-ray is the most important method to measure the pathological changes of hallux valgus. The multiformity of hallus valgus pathological changes makes manner of repairing variety. The main methods include operation on soft tissue, osseous surgery, fusion of joint and figuration of joints. The selection of the surgical methods should be individualization according to the idiographic pathological changes of hallux valgus patients.
5.EFFECTS OF THE COMBINATION OF ASPIRIN AND VERAPAMIL ON PLATELET AGGREGATION AND THROMBOGENESIS
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
The effects of Verapamil ( Ver ) . Aspirin ( ASA ) and ASA+ Ver on platelet aggregation and generation of thrombosis were studied. ASA and Ver inhibited rabbit platelet aggregation in vitro and rat platelet aggregation in vivo induced by ADP, also prolonged the occlusion time of thrombosis that was induced electrically in the carotid artery of the rat, and reduced the death rate resulted from pulmonary thrombosis that was induced with inducer composed of collagen and epinephrine iv in mice. The effects of Ver and ASA were markedly increased when combined, meanwhile all showed good dose-dependant manner.
6.Effect of low-dose erythromycin combined with salmeterol-fluticasone in stable COPD with remission stage of life
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(2):255-257
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of low-dose erythromycin combined with salmeterol-fluticasone in the treatment of stable COPD, focus on the quality of life and respiratory function of patients. Methods 87 patients with stable COPD admitted to Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected.Patients were divided into two groups by therapeutic methods, observation group ( salmeterol-fluticasone+erythromycin) 46 cases and control group (salmeterol-fluticasone) 41 cases.Six months of treatment, the quality of life of two groups of respiratory function assessment, acute COPD and peripheral inflammatory factor and other indicators of change. Results After treatment, both of the two groups got significantly decreased in SGRQ and MMRC scores, while the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, FEV1/FVC%levels were significantly increased in both groups, but the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The cumulative incidence of acute exacerbation of COPD was 10.87%(5/46) in the observation group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group 29.27%(12/41), the difference was statistically significant(Log-rankχ2 =4.833, P=0.028).After treatment, the levels of IL-1βand TNF-αin the peripheral blood of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of stable COPD, low-dose erythromycin could significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve the quality of life and respiratory function.
7.Clinical Observation of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Transient Ischemic Attack in the Elderly
China Pharmacy 2016;27(27):3783-3784,3785
OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of transient ischemic attack in the elderly. METHODS:90 elderly patients with transient ischemic were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(40 cases). All patients received conventional treatment, statins, low molecular weight dextran and urokinase, etc.,symptomatic treatment was conducted for patients combined with other underlying diseases. Based on it,con-trol group received 100 mg Aspirin enteric-coated tablet, once a day;observation group additionally received 75 mg Clopidogrel bi-sulfate tablet, once a day. No other antiplatelet drugs were allowed. They treatment for 6 months. Clinical efficacy, platelet func-tion indexes(CD63,CD62p)before and after treatment, recurrence rate and incidence of cerebral stroke after 6 months follow-up in 2 groups were observed, and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded. RESULTS:The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group, recurrence rate and incidence of cerebral stroke were significantly lower than con-trol group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,CD63 and CD62p levels in 2 groups were sig-nificantly lower than before, and observation group was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). And there were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment. CONCLUSIONS:Based on conventional treatment,clopido-grel combined with aspirin shows better efficacy than aspirin alone in the treatment of transient ischemic attack in the elderly,it can reduce the incidence of cerebral stroke and recurrence rate, with good safety.
8.Nosocomial Infections Caused by Coagulase Negative Staphylococcus and Drug-resistance
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE To study drug-resistance status of nosocomial infections caused by coagulase negative staphylococcus(CNS)to offer scientific basis for reasonable usage of antibiotics.METHODS CNS were all identified by VITEK32 system. The drug suspectivity was tested by K-B method. The results were judged according to NCCLS/CLSI2004.RESULTS Among 258 strains of CNS,111 strains of Staphylococcus haemolyticus ranked the top, accounting for 43.0% and followed by 98 strains of S.epidermidis(38.0%).The isolating rate of meticillin-resistant coagulase-negative staphylococcus(MRCNS)was 51.9%(134/258).The drug-resistance rate of MRCNS was higher obviously than that of methicillin-susceptible coagulase-negative staphylococcus(MSCNS).CONCLUSIONS CNS has been one of the important pathogens of nosocomial infections.MRCNS with higher isolating rate showed multi-drug resistance. The glycopeptide antibiotics are the first choice to cure MRCNS infections.
