3.Long-term graft survival of recurrent FSGS in renal transplants with large number of proteinuria treated by plasma exchange
Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 1996;0(03):-
(0.05)).Conclusions PE is an effective form of treatment for recurrent FSGS by removing circulating factor, especially if initiated early.Failure to achieve remissions and maintain stable remission after the initial period of PE imply a poor outcome and glomeruli lesion been sclerosis. Therefore,PE should be performed as early as possible until completely remissions.
4.The impact of different surgical method and different doses of euthyrox on bone mineral density
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(17):2577-2579
Objective To investigate the impact of different surgical methods and different doses of euthyrox on bone mineral density. Methods A sample of 40 patients received thyroid cancer operation (excised affected side leaf, aisthmus, most of offside and neck VI lymph node dissection)and 40 patients received nodular goiter operation (excised affected side leaf)were collected, the dose of euthyrox taken in was 85 .2μg in thyroid cancer patients and 36.2μg in nodular goiter patients daily, the bone mineral density 6 month and 1 year after operation was detected. Results There was no difference of BMD between the two group 6 month after operation (P>0.05),but BMD of the observation group was (0.64 ±0.28)g/m2,which was lower than that of control group (t=2.235,P=0.03).Com-pared with pre-operation,BMD of control group had no change and the observation group appeared drop 1 year after operation. Conclusion Patients received thyroid cancer taking in euthyrox may show BMD reduced, especial 1 year after operation, doctors should be on the alert and supplement calcium appropriately.
5.Prediction of abnormal neurodevelopment in children with congenital heart disease
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(7):658-661
A lot of children with congenital heart disease have an abnormal development of nervous system. A variety of biochemical and physical examination indices can be used to predict adverse outcome of neurodevelopment caused by congenital heart disease and they contribute to early intervention and improvement of neurodevelopmental disorders. In recent years, new progresses in the laboratory tests, neurological physiccal examination and perioperative management of the neurodevelopmental abnormalities caused by congenital heart disease have been made. The predictive factors of abnormal neurodevelopment caused by congenital heart disease were reviewed in this article.
6.THE STUDY OF THE DIFFERENTIATION OF NSCs MODIFIED WITH ISLET-1 GENE INTO CHOLINERGIC NEURONS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
Objective To explore whether Islet-1 gene of the rat could induce NSCs to differentiate into cholinergic neurons. Methods NSCs were transduced with Islet-1 recombinant retroviral expression vector. The protein expression of Islet-1 gene in NSCs was detected by immunofluorescence histochemical method. The ability of NSCs to differentiate into ChAT positive cells was observed in vivo and in vitro. Results The numbers of ChAT positive cells were significantly increased in the group of NSCs modified with Islet-1 compared with the control group in vitro.NSCs modified with Islet-1 could differentiate into ChAT positive cells when they were grafted into the corpus striatum of the adult rat brain. Conclusion Islet-1 gene could induce NSCs to differentiate into cholinergic neurons.
7.Separation of total coumarin in Artemisia capillaris by solvent sublation
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(05):-
Objective An effective method for separating coumarin from Artemisia capillaris by solvent sublation was established. Methods The effects of sublation solvent, the concentration of sample solution,N2 gas flow rate,pH value of solution, sublation time, and electrolyte NaCl etc.on the sublation efficiency were investigated and the optimal conditions of the solvent sublation were obtained. Results In the optimal conditions, the results of the solvent sublation were evaluated and compared with the solvent extraction. Conclusion The experimental results show that this method is simple and rapid, and the efficiency of coumarin by solvent sublation is far better than that by the solvent extraction.
8.Construction and transfection of neural stem cells of recombinant plasmid pLEGFP-mIFN?
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(04):-
Objective To construct a recombinant plasmid pLEGFP-mIFN? for developing the genetical therapy of tumor by stem cells. Methods PCR was used to amplify the mIFN? gene from plasmid pcDNA3.1-mIFN? in which the mIFN? was cloned.A new plasmid,pLEGFP-mIFN?,was then constructed by inserting the amplified mIFN? gene into pLEGFP-C1.Restriction analysis and sequencing were used to confirm the structure of pLEGFP-mIFN?.Neural stem cells were transfected by supernatant of PA317.Results A DNA fragment in size of 500 bp was amplified.Restriction analysis showed that the amplified gene was inserted into pLEGFP-C1 correctly.(Conclusion The) plasmid pLEGFP-mIFN? is constructed successfully, and it can transfect neural stem cells.
