1.Roles of transient receptor potential canonical channels in tumors

Transient receptor potential(TRP)channels as an important non-selective cation channels family mainly permeate Ca2 + ,Na + and other cations. TRPC channel is a subtribe of TRP family which regu-lates the second messenger of Ca2 + concentration and variety of protease activity,and which can directly or in-directly affect the biological behavior of cells. Recently,more and more evidences have certificated the TRPC channels affect the tumorigenesis and development,such as regulation of proliferation,differentiation,migra-tion,apoptosis and resistance of chemotherapeutic agents during cancer progression.

5.The blood vessel damage and clinical prognosis in patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus and acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) on vascular damage characteristics of acute cerebral infarction and the impact on the short term prognosis.Methods One hundred and fifty-six cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were selected and divided into the T2DM group with 64 cases and non-T2DM group with 92 examples.According to the whole cerebral angiogram,the results and the results of the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and prognosis were analyzed.Results The incidence of intracranial artery stenosis of the T2DM group was 79.69% (51/64),of non-T2DM group was 58.70% (54/92),the difference between two groups was significant(x2=12.856,P<0.05).The incidence of before andafter intracranial artery stenosis coexist,circulation narrow coexist in T2DM group was 50.00% (32/64),59.36%(38/64) respectively,in non-T2DM group was 21.74%(20/92),29.35%(27/92) respectively,the difference between groups was significant(x2 =9.652,8.659;P<0.05).The incidence of multivessel lesions and diffuse lesions and without collateral compensatory in T2DM group was 71.88% (46/64),65.63% (42/64) and 71.88%(46/64) respsctively,in non-T2DM group was 54.35%(59/92),39.13%(36/92) and 31.52%(29/92) respectively,thedifference between groups was significant(x2=8.625,9.354,11.053;P<0.05).The total effective rate after 2 weeks of treatment in T2DM group was 46.88%(30/64),in non-T2DM group was 90.22%(83/92),the difference between groups was significant(x2=8.061,P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of intracranial artery stenosis in patients with intracranial artery stenosis combined with T2DM is higher than the control group,and lesion range widely,diffuse damage,vascular damage moderately severe stenosis and occlusion are significantly higher than in non-T2DM group,especially without collateral compensatory rates is higher than non-T2DM group,while the neural function damage of T2DM group is heavier and poorer prognosis.
6.Influence of Zhibai Qianqing Decoction Combined with Levofloxacin on Sperm Quality of Chronic Prostatitis Patients

Objective To observe the influence of Zhibai Qianqing(ZBQQ) Decoction combined with Levofloxacin on sperm quality of chronic prostatitis(CP) patients and explore its possible mechanism through sperm apoptosis rate.Methods Fifty eight cases were divided into 2 groups randomly.Twenty eight cases were served with ZBQQ decoction combined with Levofloxacin(observe group),30 cases were treated by Levofloxacin tablets(control group).The curative effect of the two groups was compared one month later.All the cases underwent semen analysis.Sperm apoptosis rates were measured by TUNEL before and after the treatment.Results Sperm liquefaction time of CP group was significantly longer than the normal group(P0.05).The clinic cure rate of observe group was 35.71%,and overall effective rate was 85.71%,significantly higher than that of control group(P
7.Toll-like receptor 4 signal transduction pathway and its role in ischemic stroke

Patients with ischemic stroke is often accompanied by inflammtory response. Studies have suggested that toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) has induced the occurrence,development and of ischemic stroke and secondary brain injury. This article reviews the toil-like receptor 4 signal transduction pathway and its roles in ischemic stroke in order to provide certain basis for the development of TLR4-targeted medication.
8.Clinical observation on every 3-week oxaliplatin plus 5-FU/CF regimen as postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal cancer

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of every 3-week regimen of oxaliplatin (OXA) plus 5-fluorouracil (5-FU)/leucovorin(CF)as postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.Methods:Ninety eight patients with stage Ⅱ to stage Ⅲ colorectal cancer received every 3-week OXA plus 5-FU/CF adjuvant chemotherapy for six cycles after resection surgery. All the patients received a complete reexamination every 3 months after the end of adjuvant chemotherapy. The disease-free survival period and 1- and 2-year disease-free survival rates were observed.Results:The total 2-year disease-free survival rate was 74.5%. It was 87.0% for stageⅡpatients and 63.5% for stage Ⅲ patients. The main adverse reaction included peripheral neurotoxicity, neutropenia and diarrhea at grades Ⅰ to Ⅱ. Grades Ⅲ to Ⅳ adverse reactions occurred rarely.Conclusion:The every 3-week OXA combined with 5-FU/CF adjuvant chemotherapy regimen had definite efficacy and good tolerance, which was a rational choice of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.
9.Purification and Characterization of Lipases from Rhizopus chinensis

Two lipase active fractions Lip1 and Lip2 were purified from the cell extract of Rhizopus chinensis CCTCCM201021.Both gave a single band on SDS-PAGE after using ammonium sulfate precipitation、Phenyl-Sepharose FF、DEAE-Sepharose FF and Sephadex G100 gel filtration chromatographies.The molecular masses of two lipases were 59.2kD and 39.4kD respectively.Lip1 and Lip2 showed optimal pH at 8.0 and 8.5 and their optimal temperatures were 40℃ and 35℃ respectively.The substrate specificity of the two lipases was obviously different.Lip1 was more specific to long chain fatty acid of p-nitrophenyl esters while Lip2 had a preference for the hydrolysis of short chain fatty acid of p-nitrophenyl esters.Lip1 had 1,3-position specificity for triacylglycerols hydrolysis while Lip2 had nonspecific position.Both lipases were stimulated by Ca 2+、Mg 2+ while SDS had strong inhibition on their activities.Lip1 and Lip2 had good stability in cyclohexane、hexane、heptane and isooctane(30% V/V).
10.Analysis on relationship between MTHFR C677T locus polymorphism and unexplained adverse pregnancy by gene chip method

Objective To investigate the relationship between 5 ,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene C677T locus polymorphism and unexplained adverse pregnancy.Methods Three hundreds and twenty pregnant women with unknown ad-verse pregnancy ≥ 2 times in the infertility department ,and obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the case group and 388 healthy non-abortion parous women were taken as the control group.The MTH-FR gene C677T locus polymorphism in the two groups was analyzed by using gene chip method.The differences in genotype and al-lele frequency distribution were compared between the two groups ,and the relationship between unexplained adverse pregnancy and MTHFR C677T locus polymorphism was analyzed.Results The frequency distribution of MTHFR genotype C677T C/C had sta-tistically significant difference between the case group and control group (P<0.05 ,OR=0.284).The frequency distribution of gen-otype C/T had no statistical difference between the case group and control group (P=0.400 ,OR=1.140).The frequency distribu-tion of genotype T/T had statistical difference between the case group and control group (P<0.05 ,OR=7.672).The frequency distribution of allele C and T had statistical difference between the case group and control group ( P< 0.05 ,OR= 0.304 ). Conclusion The high expression of MTHFR C677T genotype T/T may be a risk factor of unknown adverse pregnancy in child-bearing age women.
