1.The Prospective and Simulation on the Financing Amount of Basic Medical Insurance in Liaoning
Chinese Health Economics 2014;(1):29-31
Objective: Using system dynamics to provide prospective and simulation of double exponential smoothing on Basic Medical Insurance Fund and related indexes from 2013-2022 in Liaoning. Methods: Using the post testing to select the best value of αand projecting the whole procedure of forecast into the software of system dynamics to get the prospective result. Results: In ending of simulation, the increase of fund and other objects will reach about 2 times as much as those in 2013 , and out-of-pocket in total expenditure on health will be declined greatly. Conclusion: The economy of province is developing fast while Basic Medical Insurance is in relatively lower level.

Objective To analyze the surgical treatment and pathological manifestations in patients with hyperparathyroidism. Methods The clinical data of 368 patients undergoing parathyroidectomy with hyperparathyroidism in Peking Union Medical College Hospital between Oct 1974 and Jan 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 368 cases underwent parathyroidectomy. There were 249 women (67.7%) and 119 men (32. 3% ). Parathyroid lesions were located in normal positions in 318 cases (86. 4% ), and in ectopic positions in 50 cases (13.6%). The pathology of 264 cases (71.7%) was adenoma, 91cases (24.7%) was hyperplasia, 11 cases (3.0%) was carcinoma, and two cases was parathyroid cyst. Postoperatively 257 cases (68.0%) presented with hypocalcaemia, and 159 cases (66. 0% ) recovered within 7 days. Conclusions The main pathological diagnosis was adenoma. It is common for a ectopic parathyroid gland in which a parathyroid lesion is located.

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Jianpi Yishen granule in the relief for toxic and negative effects of chemotherapy in treating cancer. Methods Five hundred and twenty eight cases were randomized into two groups:the treatment group in which Jianpi Yishen granule and chemotherapy were used and the control group in which chemotherapy only was given.Total two cycles were performed for two groups. The effective rate, the changes of Karnofsky scores and immunity, the adverse reaction to chemotherapy in the two groups were observed before and after the treatment. Results The effective rate (CR+PR) in the treatment group and the control group was 61.4% and 60.5% respectively, and the improvement in Karnofsky scores in the fomer was higher than in the latter (P

China Pharmacist 2016;19(7):1337-1339
Objective:To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the development of individualized drug treatment regimens for the osteosarcoma children with irregular body weight .Methods:Clinical pharmacists involved in the calculation of body weight surface area increased to that of adult for one case of osteosarcoma child during the chemotherapy , comparatively analyzed the suitable calcula-tion formula of surface area for the children in our country and helped clinicians make accurate dose of chemotherapy drugs .Mean-while, according to the pathological and physiological characteristics of the child , clinical pharmacist also provided advice on adjuvant drug use such as antiemetic regimen etc .Results:Physicians adopted the suggestions of clinical pharmacists and the chemotherapy was successfully completed .Overdose adverse reactions were avoided without the use of foreign general calculation formula of body surface area for the overweight child , and inadequate dose was also avoided for the conservative treatment , which could lower the risk of re-duced potential anticancer efficacy .Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists can help doctors perform safer and more effective drug treatment program and reduce adverse drug reactions in the treatment of special patients through participation in the development of individualized medication for cancer children to obtain maximum profit .

0.05). The movement and invasion ability were evidently inhibited in AQP1-siRNA groups compared with those in blank control groups and negtive control groups [(36? 3), (23?4)/HP vs(70?5),(65?4)/HP and(72 ?4),(69?4)/HP, respectively, P0.05).CONCLUSION The knock down of AQP1 by RNAi have no effect on the adhesion ability of Hep-2 cells, whereas could prevent the movement and invasion ability of laryngocarcinoma cells, which may be related with the metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.

Objective To study the clinical significance of the proinflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines in acute pancreatitis with systemic inflammatory response syndrome. MethodsIn this study, 13 cases of mild acute pancreatitis (MAP), and 19 cases of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) were recruited to evaluate acute physiology and chronic health evaluation (APACHEⅡ) on post admission day 1,3,5,7 and Balthazar CT criteria on post admission day 1,7. Values of serum IL-6?IL-8?IL-10?IL-12 were measured. ResultsThe scores of APACHEⅡ and Balthazar CT criteria were lower in the MAP patients than those in the SAP patients(5.6?2.1 and 1.5?0.6 vs. 13.6?4.3 and 6.3?1.5, all P

BACKGROUND: Temporal cortex is related to human and animal's learning and memory capability, it not only accepts the casting fibers of auditory sense, but also closely connects with many brain areas where are related to spatial cognition.OBJECTIVE: To observe the improving effect of thrombolytic capsule on spatial cognitive capability of rats with lateral temporal cortical infarction DESIGN: Completely randomized controlled study SETTING: Department of Neurology, the 175th Hospital of Chinese PLA;Department of Neurology, General Hospital of Chinese PLA; Institute of Psychology of Chinese Academy of Science MATERIALS: This experiment was carried out at Brain Function Laboratory of Institute of Psychology of Chinese Academy of Science from August 1998 to February 1999, 28 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, namely brain stroke group with 10 rats, treatment group with 10 rats and sham operation group with 8 rats.METHODS: Brain infarction model was established on SD rats by using three-dimensional directional photochemistry induction. Rats were anaesthetized with hydrochloride and intravenously injected of rose pink solution in dosage of 20 mg/kg from tail vein. Then incision was made on the left temporal scalp to expose temporal bone, cold photosource with the guidance of optical fiber was used for directional illumination for 20 minutes in area of 2 mm2. Twenty minutes later, rats in treatment group were given intraperitoneal injection of thrombolytic capsule physiological saline of 40 g/L in dosage of 200 mg/kg, which replaced by the same volume of physiological saline in brain stroke group. Rats in sham-operation group received the same operative lamination and injected with the same volume of physiological saline from tail vein and intraperitoneal cavity.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Achievement of Morris water labyrinth(edge type scored 1, randomize type of 2, trend type of 3 and straight-line type of 4).age response time: it was shortened in treatment group and sham operation group than brain infarction group [ on 1st day: 58,50,65 s; 2nd day: 24,27,46 s; 3rd day: 14,17,20 s; 4th day: 11,9,15 s, (P < 0.01 )], but it was similar ing strategy grades: on the 1st day, scores were slightly higher in treatment group and sham operation group than infarction group, but were instable (F=1.167, P > 0.05). On the 2nd day, it was higher in sham operation group than brain stroke group[2.9,2.3, (F=5.5 ,P < 0.05)], but it was similar between treatment group and infarction group[2.6,2.3 scores, (F=3.34,P > 0.05)]. on the 3rd and 4th day, it was higher in treatment group than infarction group [ 3.5,2.7 minutes; 3.7,3.3 minutes, (F=8.92, 14, P > 0.05)]and similar between treatment group and sham operation group(P > 0.05).CONCLUSION: Rat response time was reduced by thrombolytic capsule during the early time of cerebral infarction, changing searching tactics gradually from randomized and edge type to tendency type and straight line type, suggesting thrombolytic capsule can improve the post-ischemia cognitive function, raise training record of cerebral infarctional rats.
