2.Economic Efficiency of OEM on Drugs
China Pharmacy 2005;0(24):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the economic efficiency of original equipment manufacture(OEM)on drugs.METH?ODS:The economic efficiency of OEM on drugs was evaluated on the basis of transaction cost theory by analyzing the realistic and economic significance of OEM on pharmaceuticals and combining the current situation of supervision.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The OEM on drugs should be encouraged at the proper time,by which the problem of repeated construction and low percentage of utilization of asset will be solved, and the rationalization of pharmaceutical industrial organization should be realized.
3.Programmed Cell Death of Leukemic Cell(HL-60) Induced by Quercetin in Vitro
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(10):-
To study anti-leukemic cell mechanism of quercetin, its effects on the proliferation activity of human leukemic cell (HL-60) in vitro were investigated by flow cytometric method and MTT assay. The studies indicated that quercetin showed strong suppression on the proliferation activity of leukmic cells in the time and dose-dependent manner. The value of IC50 and 95% confidence limit were 43. 1 (30. 5~60. 8)?mol/L after 48h. The flow cytometry indicated that it could induce programmed cell death of leukmia HL-60 ecll.
4.Developments in chemotherapy for patients with advanced colorectal cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2006;0(09):-
Surgical resection has been accepted as a radical therapy for patients with colorectal cancer, but most of them will develop regional recurrence or distant metastasis. With the development and improvement of novel drugs and methods, they will bring survival hope to patients. In this article, we review the developments in chemotherapy for patients with advanced colorectal cancer.

Yeungnam University Journal of Medicine 1992;9(2):218-223
Serum C-reactive protein (CRP) levels and erythrocyte sedimentation rates (ESR) were measured in 46 patients treated with uncomplicated primary hip replacements, 39 total tip replacements and 7 bipolar hip replacements. In uncomplicated primary hip replacements, ESR levels were slightly elevated preoperatively and were variable postoperatively. But CRP was normal before surgery and elevated in postoperative course, but back to normal within three weeks in most cases. Early success of hip arthroplasty is in indicated by normalization of CRP within three weeks, regardless of ESR. Since ESR seems to react somewhat differently from the CRP, both methods are useful in the monitoring of complications after hip arthroplasty.

8.Efficacy of adjunctive intravitreous injection with Lucentis for neovascular glaucoma
International Eye Science 2014;(6):1077-1079
AIM: To observe the clinical efficacy of adjunctive intravitreous injection with Lucentis for the treatment of neovascular glaucoma ( NVG) .
METHODS:The retrospective case series study included 25 eyes of 25 patients who underwentintravitreous injection with Lucentis. Patients firstly received an intravitreous injection with Lucentis (0. 5mg/0. 05mL), after the regression of neovascularization of the iris, patients accepted different surgical treatments according to different etiopathogenesis condition. Iris, chamber angle neovascularization condition, intraocular pressure, and visual acuity were observed postoperatively. The follow-up duration was 3mo.
RESULTS:After 3-7d of intravitreous Lucentis injecting, iris and chamber angle neovascularization was totally faded in 20 cases (20 eyes) and was not completely faded in 5 cases ( 5 eyes ) . Additional treatments were compound trabeculectomy ( 14 cases, 14 eyes ) , vitrectomy ( 4 cases, 4 eyes ) . The patients' mean intraocular pressure was 43. 42 ± 10. 99mmHg before treatment, which decreased rapidly when they came out of the hospital (14. 26±7. 64mmHg, P<0. 05) and stabilized during the follow-up 3mo (18. 76±5. 96mmHg, P<0. 05). Follow-up at 3mo, visual acuity improved or remained in 20 cases ( 20 eyes ) and decreased in 5 cases ( 5 eyes ) . The complete success, qualified success and failure were 21 eyes, 3 eyes and 1 eye, respectively.
CONCLUSION:Intravitreous injection with Lucentis can be used as an assisted treatment of NVG. According to different etiopathogenesis condition, it is an effective treatment to combine with other treatment methods for NVG.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2009;24(5):362-364
Objective To investigate the micrometastases of No 13 lymph node in gastric carcinoma. Methods In this study, the expression of CK20mRNA, a specific tumor marker of gastric carcinoma, was detected by RQ-PCR for No. 13 group lymph node micrometastasis in 44 gastric carcinoma patients undergoing D2 radical gastrectomy plus No 13 lymph node dissection. Patient's survival was compared with those of 49 gastric cancer eases receiving standard D2 gastrectomy. Results No 13 lymph node micmmetastasis was detected in 11 out of the 44 gastric cancer cases (25%). Micrometastasis was correlated with tumor histological type (P < 0.01) such as mucoid adenocarcinoma and ring cell carcinoma, but not with age, sex, tumor location, tumor size, Bonnann type, depth of invasion (P > 0.05). Group No13 lymph node micrometastasis was detected in 2 out of 6 cases with positive No[2 lymph nodes and in 4 out of 11 cases with positive No14 lymph nodes, the differences were significant with P <0.01, and P < 0.01 respectively, when compared with those with negative No12 lymph nodes and No14 lymph nodes. After a respective median 448 and 419 days follow-up, no obstructive jaundice caused by No 13 lymph node metastasis was detected after No 13 lymph node dissection in radical gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma and such obstructive jaundice was found in one case in the control group. However, there was no significant difference in tumor recurrence between the two groups (Log Rank x2 = 0.426, P = 0.514). Conclusions Dissection of No 13 lymph node in D2 gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma is recommended in patients with poor-differentiation adenocarcinoma, mucous-cell cancer and signet-ring cell cancer, or when No 12 and No 14 lymph node metastasis is suspected.

International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;(4):377-380
Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)infection is quite prevalent in population. HCMV triggers important disorders in pregnant women,immune-compromised individuals and organ-transplant patients. For dec-ades,more and more scholars believe that NK cells are important immune cells against HCMV. The activity of NK cells largely depends on the balance between the signals transducted by inhibitory receptors and activatory re-ceptors,therefore the study of NK receptors is of great importance. It may be helpful to the basic research and clinical treatment of HCMV infection. Here, this paper reviews the changes and the molecular mechanism of NK receptors in the control of HCMV infection.
