1.Recent advances in primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma

Depending on the classification of WHO. Primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma (PMBCL) belongs to a subgroup of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL),has a different clinical presentation,morphology,and immunophenotype,molecular genetics with other subgroups of DLBCL.And some studies of PMBCL have in fact supported a strong relationship between PMBCL and classical Hodgkin lymphoma.Here we summarized the recent advance in PMBCL to help the clinical work.
2.Feasibility study of differentiation of invitro induced rat bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells into retinal pigment epithelial cells

Objective To investigate the feasibility of differentiation of invitro induced rat bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(rMSCs) into retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cells.Methods The rMSCs from Brwon-Norway (BN) rats were isolated and cultured by adherent screening method.RPE cells lysate made by repeated freeze-thawing was put into the rMSCs culture system to identify whether the induced cells could express characteristic label cytokeratin(CK)and S-100 simultaneously or not.Results The growth rate of rMSCs induced by RPE cells lysate was slower and protuberant burr surrounded the fusiform cells.The results of immunoblotting and double immunofluorescence showed that partial induced cells expressed CK and S-100 simultaneously.The result of flow cytometry indicated that 14.1% induced cells expressed CK and S-100 simultaneously.Conclusion Induced by RPE cells lysate,rMSCs can differentiate into RPE cells.
3.The effect of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis pregnancy ;and regulation of cytokines

Objective To observe the effect of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis pregnancy(ICP)and regulation of cytokines.Methods 124 patients with ICP were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with SAMe +UDCA therapy,the con-trol group was added low molecular weight heparin.All patients were treated for 10 days.Alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),total bile acid (TBA),tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF -α)and IL-18 were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,ALT,AST and TBA levels were lower in the two groups(t=64.48,110.14,45.75,40.76,62.54,24.67,all P=0.000),which of the observation group were higher(t=62.42,49.42,23.03,all P=0.000).After treatment,the TNF-αand IL-18 levels were lower in the two groups(t=13.14,25.07,all P=0.000),the TNF-αlevel in the observation group was lower than the control group(t=4.91,P=0.000).After treatment,the incidence rates of neonatal meconium,neonatal asphyxia of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(7.14%vs.20.69%,χ2 =4.33,P=0.037;8.93% vs.24.14%,χ2 =4.75,P=0.029).The incidence rate of fetal and maternal hemorrhage between the two groups had no statistically significant differences (1.79% vs.1.72%,χ2 =0.00,P=0.980;5.17% vs.3.57%,χ2 =0.17,P=0.680).Conclusion The effect of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy is exact,it can reduce the biochemical markers and inflammatory cytokine expression and improve perinatal outcome,which deserves to promote in the clinical treatment application.

This study was aimed to observe curative effect of periarthritis of shoulder with activating brain and re-gaining consciousness acupuncture method combined with surrounding needling acupuncture on shoulder joint. A to-tal of 120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (60 cases) and the control group (60 cases) on the basis of routine internal medicine treatment and rehabilitation exercises. Cases in the control group received conven-tional acupuncture treatment. And cases in the treatment group received activating brain and regaining conscious-ness acupuncture method combined with surrounding needling acupuncture on shoulder joint. The treatment course was 28 days. And then, the curative effect evaluation was conducted. The results showed that the effective rate was 73.33% in the control group and 93.34% in the treatment group. There was statistical significance on effective rate between both groups(P< 0.05). It was concluded that the activating brain and regaining consciousness acupuncture method combined with surrounding needling acupuncture on shoulder joint had significant curative effects for peri-arthritis of shoulder. This treatment method is worthy of further popularization and application.
9.Effects of dopamine and norepinephrine on blood oxygen,heart rate and internal environment in patients with septic shock

Objective To analyze the effects of dopamine and norepinephrine on blood oxygen,heart rate and internal environment in patients with septic shock.Methods 80 patients with septic shock were collected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given dopamine treatment,the observation group was given dopamine and norepinephrine.Results The heart rate (HR)[(90.39±15.29)/min],ScVO2 index[(77.03±7.68)%] of the observation group were better than those of the control group (t=4.122 5,2.141 5,all P<0.05).The urine volume[(94.05±22.39)mL/h],creatinine clearance rate[(53.12±14.45)mL/min] of the observation group were better than those of the control group (t=3.660 6,2.023 2,all P<0.05).ConclusionDopamine combined with norepinephrine has significant effect on patients with septic shock,which can effectively improve the HR,ScVO2,urine volume,creatinine clearance rate and other indicators,thus to restore the patients'' internal environment.
10.Primary observation on bone mesenchymal stem cells accelerating bone-tendon junction healing

[Objective]To evaluate tho effects of Bone Mesenchymal Stem Cells(BMSCs) on healing of bone-tendon junction in a patellar tendon complex.[Method]The BMSCs of rabbits were harvested by bone marrow aspiration. Adherent cells were selected as BMSCs after the whole marrow was cultured.Standard partial patellectomy was conducted in 36 18-week-old rabbits divided into 2 groups.
