1.The role of specific IgE in allergic rhinitis by house dust mite

Studied group includes 42 patients with allergic rhinitis in whole the year by house dust mite. Control group includes 14 healthy, no allergic subjects. In normal person serum specific IgE level was nearly none. The most of allergic rhinitis patients had serum IgE with variois levels. The assay gave the same sensivity and specificity of 85.71%. In 6 patients non-consistent result of the assays was 14.29%. There is a correlation of these 2 assays with a coefficient of r = 6.12

2.Resistant to insecticides of three mosquito species: Aedes Aegypti, Culex quinquefasciatus and culex tritaenyorhynchus in Ha Noi

Background: Currently, tracking, monitoring insecticide resistance of mosquitoes transmitting disease is an urgent need.\r\n', u'Objectives: To evaluate resistance to insecticide of three mosquito species: Aedes Aegypti, Culex quinquefasciatus and culex tritaenyorhynchus in Ha Noi\r\n', u'Subject and method: Aedes Aegypti, Culex quinquefasciatus culex tritaenyorhynchus mosquito species was collected from some districts of Ha Noi city. These mosquito species was tested sensitivity with 4 insecticides: permethrin 0.75%, lambda-cyhalothrin 0.05%, alpha-cypermethrin 30mg/m2 and DDT 4.0%.\r\n', u'Results: Three main vectors of Dengue fever, Japanese Encephalic and Filariasis mosquitoes were found in a very high density in some areas of Ha Noi City. Aedes aegypti mosquitoes in the districts of Thanh Xuan (TX), Dong Da (DD) and Hoang Mai (HM) was found highly resistant to permethrin, alpha - cypermethrin, lambda - cyhalothrin and DDT with the mortalities rates of 51 % (TX) and 59%(DD); 70%(HM); 90%, 82% and 96%; 74%, 54% and 59%; 1 %, 8% and 32%, respectively. \r\n', u'Culex tritaenyorhynchus was found also highly resistant to permethrin with the mortality rate of 29%, alphacypermethrin - 18%, lambdacyhalothrin - only 3% and DDT x36%. Culex quinquefasciatus was found also highly resistant to those insecticides. \r\n', u'Conclusion: Other insecticides should choose to replace the chemicals used in this experiment to control, kill mosquitoes when epidemics occur.\r\n', u'

3.Ursane-type Triterpene Glycosides from Rubus cochinchinensis Exhibited Insulin-Mimetic Activities in Differentiated 3T3-L1 Adipocytes

Diabetes mellitus is characterized by hyperglycemic due to impaired insulin secretion or resistance. In our search for anti-diabetic agents, we found that a 70% EtOH extract of Rubus cochinchinensis(Tratt) enhances glucose uptake in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. R. cochinchinensis is predominantly found in East Asia, particularly in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and southern in China. Despite its widespread distribution, there have been few studies on its bioactivity or chemical constituents. In this study, activity-guided fractionation of 70% EtOH extract from the leaves of R. cochinchinensis resulted in the isolation of one new ursane-type glycoside, 3-O-β-acetyl-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-rotundioic acid (1), along with four known compounds (2–5). The structures of these compounds were elucidated using 1D and 2D NMR and HRESIMS data. Notably, compound 4 significantly increased the uptake level of 2-deoxy-2-[(7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazol-4-yl)amino]-D-glucose (2-NBDG) in differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes. This study suggests the potential of R. cochinchinensis as a promising medicinal plant for treating diabetes via glucose uptake.
4.HER2 Status and Its Heterogeneity in Gastric Carcinoma of Vietnamese Patient.

BACKGROUND: Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) is related to the pathogenesis and poor outcome of numerous types of carcinomas, including gastric carcinoma. Gastric cancer patients with HER2 positivity have become potential candidates for targeted therapy with trastuzumab. METHODS: We investigated 208 gastric cancer specimens using immunohistochemistry (IHC), fluorescence in situ hybridization and dual in situ hybridization (ISH). We also investigated the concordance between IHC and ISH. The correlation between HER2 status and various clinicopathological findings was also investigated. RESULTS: In total, 15.9% (33/208) and 24.5% (51/208) of gastric cancers showed HER2 gene amplification and protein overexpression, respectively. A high level of concordance between ISH and IHC analyses (91.3%, κ = 0.76) was found. A significant correlation between HER2 status and intestinal-type (p < .05) and differentiated carcinomas (p < .05) was also noted. The HER2 heterogeneity was high in gastric cancers; we found 68.8% phenotypic heterogeneity and 57.6% genotypic heterogeneity. Heterogeneity in HER2 protein expression and gene amplification showed a close association with diffuse histologic type and IHC 2+. CONCLUSIONS: HER2 protein overexpression and gene amplification were detected in 24.5% and 15.9% of gastric cancer specimens, respectively. Intestinal-type showed a higher level of HER2 protein overexpression and gene amplification than diffuse type. HER2 status also showed a significant relationship with well- and moderately-differentiated carcinomas. The ratio of phenotypic and genotypic heterogeneity of HER2 was high in gastric carcinomas and was associated with HER2 IHC 2+ and diffuse histologic type.
