From the first human case operated in Hospital No103 in June 11, 1992, till now, 19 cases of kidney transplantation were performed there. A 48 years old male patient with chronical kidney failure at end-stage was receive a procedure of anesthesia-resuscitation in the kidney transplantation at March 23, 2003. Authors noted that a safe and effective anesthesia depends on a good knowledge of the pathophysiology of the disease, and the effect of uremia on the pharmacokinetic and the metabolism of anesthetic agents
