7.The disseminated intravascular coagulation in patients with the malignant hepatitis B.
Journal of Practical Medicine 2000;376(2):23-25
A study on the 11 patients (male: 8; female:3) in the Army Central hospital 108 and the Institute of the Clinical Medicine and Tropical diseases with clinical diagnosed as malignant hepatitis B has shown that the the clinical symptoms were nausea, vomiting, tired, weakness, coma, skin haemorrhage, internal haemorrhage, hepatic contraction. This is the first time of hepatitis B for all 11 patients. The hepatic functional tests and viral marker in 11 patients expressed the syndrome of the disseminated intravascular coagulation. The coagulation factors were significantly reduced related with hepatocellular damage level and disease’s status
