Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
Heart failure is one of the most common acute and critical disease in pediatric, early diagnosis of diseases is an important cli-nical value. The current study found that brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)is a peptide hormone, which is secreted mainly by ventricle and may reflect the state of cardiac function;BNP level of detection is contributive to the diagnosis, treatment of heart failure, etc.J Appl Clin Pediatr,2009,24(1):64-66

The low mass cutoff ( LMCO) is the main weakness of ion trap when it performs tandem mass analysis by collision induced dissociation (CID). LMCO means that some daughter ions of m/ z are less than about 1 / 3 of the m/ z of parent ion could not be detected during the tandem mass spectrometry processing. A new method which can significantly improve the effect of low mass cutoff was proposed and investigated. By simply changing the scan method of digital potential frequency, some low mass ions can be effectively observed during the tandem mass spectrometric experiment. In the experiment, the frequency of the digital ion trapping power and ion activation power were scanned from lower value to higher value, and some lower mass product ions could be detected during CID process. For example, some lower mass ions were observed during the CID of reserpine precursor ion when the frequency of its digital trapping power was scanned from 500 kHz to 560 kHz. The tandem mass spectra of Reserpine ion showed that the experimental results both from this work and the triple quadrupole mass spectrometer were exactly the same.

Objective To explore the application effect of the wechat public platform in follow-up management of patients with moderate or severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 98 patients admitted in the craniocerebral department of our hospital from February to November 2014 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method, with 48 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group;the traditional follow-up management mode using telephone was adopted to patients in the control group, while the follow-up management mode using the wechat public platform was adopted to those in the observation group, with a follow-up period of 3 months;for patients in both groups, their activities of daily living (ADL) and exercise of self-care agency (ESCA) abilities before and after intervention, occurrence of adverse events and complications within the follow-up period, and their degree of satisfaction towards the follow-up management were collected. Results After intervention,ADL score, total scores of ESCA and total scores of satisfaction towards the follow-up management among patients in the observation group were 87.34±15.26,24.36±17.24 and 86.07±14.82,which were significantly higher than that among patients in the control group were 66.72±14.62,99.37±15.29 and 61.14±13.19 (t=7.941,7.982,6.962,all P <0.01);within intervention, the observation group had significantly lower total occurrence rate of adverse events and complications which was16.00% (8/50) compared to the control group 39.58% (19/48) (x2=6.824,P < 0.01).Conclusions By establishing the follow-up management mode for patients with craniocrerbral injury through the wechat public platform, effect of the follow-up management can be effectively promoted, prognosis of patients can be improved and patients' degree of satisfaction can be enhanced;it is worth of being further promoted clinically.

Psoriasis is a kind of immune-mediated chronic inflammatory disease, characterized with skin and joints. This paper reviewed the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on thepsoriasis related cytokines, such as interleukin, interferong, tumor necrosis factorα, colony stimulating factor, chemokines and transforming factor, in order to provide theoretical reference for TCM treatment of psoriasis.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2015;24(7):415-419
In recent years, studies committed to the myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) pathogenesis suggest that potential somatic genetic alterations, and epigenetic events might contribute to MPN development, influence the MPN disease phenotype, progression, and promote transformation. The most relevant mutations identified so far can be broadly classified into two main groups.Mutations associated with dysregulated JAK-STATsignal transduction pathway, including mutations in JAK2,CALR,MPL,CBL,LNK,SOCS.Mutations in several epigenetic modifiers, including mutations in TET2,ASXL1,IDH1/2,DNMT3A,EZH2 and so on.In this paper, the abnormal clones and clonal evolution of MPN were reviewed.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2015;(1):32-35
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of electroacupuncture (EA) plus acuoint-injection for nerve root sciatica.
Methods:A total of 114 cases were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 57 cases in each group. The observation group was given EA plus acupoint-injection therapy with Cobamamide. The control group was given oral administration of Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Tablets plus muscular injection of Cobamamide. After one-course treatment, the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.
Results:The total effective rate was 96.5%in the observation group and 91.2%in the control group, without a statistical significance in the difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The curative rate was 57.9%in the observation group and 21.1% in the control group, with a statistical significance in the difference between the two groups (P<0.05). In the follow-up on the fourth day after the treatment, the recurrence rate was 23.1%in the observation group and 47.9%in the control group, with statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion: EA plus acupoint-injection therapy for sciatica of nerve roots is remarkable in the clinical effect and needs promotion in clinic.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2002;0(08):-
Objective\ To evaluate the efficacy of atrial lead implantation during atrial fibrillation.Methods\ In 10 patients(group A),the atrial leads were implanted during atrial fibrillation and the sensing and pacing parameters before and after restoring to sinus rhythm were compared with the parameters of patients whose atrial leads were implanted during sinus rhythm (group B).Results\ During follow-up,the sensing and pacing parameters were measured, and there were no significant difference between group A and B.In group A,mean atrial potential amplitude during atrial fibrillation was correlated with the telemetered atrial potential amplitude during sinus rhythm.Conclusion\ Atrial lead implantation during atrial fibrillation is feasible.

Objective To investigate the changes of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)in serum and urine of lupus nephritis(LN)patients in active phase and remission phase. Methods The levels of MCP-1 in serum and urine of 58 LN patients(27 of active phase and 31 of remission phase)were measured by ELISA.The correlation between the levels of MCP-1 in variant phase of LN and other relevant factors were analyzed. Results The MCP-1 levels in sera of both active phase and remission phase of LN patients were markedly higher than those in controls(548.5?347.2 ng/L and 469.1?298.4 ng/L vs 273.3?146.7 ng/L,P0.05).Conclusion The MCP-1 levels in urine of LN patients is more suitable to evaluate the activity of disease as a sensitive marker.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(26):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the general pattern and the characteristics of macrolides-induced anaphylactic shocks. METHODS:The original articles of 78 macrolides-induced anaphylactic shocks cases reported in Chinese medical science journals during the period from 1985 to 2009 were retrieved from CNKI literature base, and a related database was established for statistical analysis. RESULTS:Seven kinds of macrolides involved in the anaphylactic shocks, with azithromycin, erythromycin and kitasamycin respectively dominated the first 3 places. The anaphylactic shocks were predominantly induced by intravenous drip infusion(88.46%). Of all the 78 cases,4 cases were dead. CONCLUSION:Great attention should be paid to the macrolides-induced anaphylactic shocks in clinical practice to ensure medication safety.
