Objective To explore the application effect of the wechat public platform in follow-up management of patients with moderate or severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 98 patients admitted in the craniocerebral department of our hospital from February to November 2014 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 48 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group;the traditional follow-up management mode using telephone was adopted to patients in the control group,while the follow-up management mode using the wechat public platform was adopted to those in the observation group,with a follow-up period of 3 months;for patients in both groups,their activities of daily living (ADL) and exercise of self-care agency (ESCA) abilities before and after intervention,occurrence of adverse events and complications within the follow-up period,and their degree of satisfaction towards the follow-up management were collected.Results After intervention,ADL score,total scores of ESCA and total scores of satisfaction towards the follow-up management among patients in the observation group were 87.34±15.26,24.36±17.24 and 86.07±14.82,which were significantly higher than that among patients in the control group were 66.72±14.62,99.37±15.29 and 61.14±13.19 (t=7.941,7.982,6.962,all P ＜0.01);within intervention,the observation group had significantly lower total occurrence rate of adverse events and complications which was16.00％ (8/50) compared to the control group 39.58％ (19/48) (x2=6.824,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions By establishing the follow-up management mode for patients with craniocrerbral injury through the wechat public platform,effect of the follow-up management can be effectively promoted,prognosis of patients can be improved and patients' degree of satisfaction can be enhanced;it is worth of being further promoted clinically.

Objective To establish the reference ranges of blood reticulocyte (Ret)among healthy Uygur adults in Xinjiang and to compare the difference between genders.Methods The Beckman Coulter LH750 instrument was adopted to determine the pe-ripheral blood Ret multiple parameters in 1024 Uygur healthy adults.The SPSS 17.0 statistical software was adopted to establish the database and perform the statistical analysis.Results The reference range of Ret multiple parameters in Uygur healthy adult men and women aged 20-79 years old in Xinjiang region were as follows:Ret were (1.5 ±0.5 )% and (1.4 ±0.4)%;IRF were (68.4±17.3)and (58.9±15.4);HFR were (0.5±0.3)% and (0.5±0.4)%;MFR were (4.5±2.3)% and (4.6±2.4)%;LFR were (94.7±2.6)% and (95.1 ±3.0)% respectively.Ret among 1024 cases of healthy Uighur population had statistically signifi-cant difference between genders,while IRF,LFR,MFR,HFR had no statistically significant differences.Conclusion The Ret multi-ple parameters reference ranges in Xinjiang Uygur healthy adults are established and the obtained conclusion is that the nationality and gender factors can affect the Ret multiple parameters in healthy adults.

Objective\ To evaluate the efficacy of atrial lead implantation during atrial fibrillation.Methods\ In 10 patients(group A),the atrial leads were implanted during atrial fibrillation and the sensing and pacing parameters before and after restoring to sinus rhythm were compared with the parameters of patients whose atrial leads were implanted during sinus rhythm (group B).Results\ During follow-up,the sensing and pacing parameters were measured,and there were no significant difference between group A and B.In group A,mean atrial potential amplitude during atrial fibrillation was correlated with the telemetered atrial potential amplitude during sinus rhythm.Conclusion\ Atrial lead implantation during atrial fibrillation is feasible.

Objective To explore the experience of nursing patients with Crohn’s disease.Method The nursing histories of 80 patients with Crohn’s disease were retrospectively reviewed to analyze and summarize the measures for nursing them.Result After active treatment and effective nursing,all the patients were improved and discharged.Conclusion Effective nursing is of positive significance to improve the curative effect of Crohn's disease.

Objective To provide the anatomic basis of flap which was anatomized to the ankle by Anatomy study of vascular net around ankle joint.Methods 32 lower limbs were infiltrated into red emulsion;4 perfusions of lower limbs,artery;2 cases of radiography;1 lower limb was infiltrated into black ink.Application anatomy was observed the origin,track-way,branches and configuration in ankle and foot.Results The blood provision in ankle includes three parts;All the patients recovered well after treatment by careful flap-design.Conclusion The vascular net around anatomy of the ankle can provide help for the design,the choice and the operation of ankle's,tissue flap,and the function's,recovery after surgery.

Objective To investigate the effect of intrathecal injection of lentiviral vector-mediated up-regulation of glial cell line-derived neurotrophicfactor (GDNF) on neuropathic pain of chronic constriction injury (CCI) rats.Methods The CCI model was prepared by ligating the sciatic nerve of Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats.Seven days after CCI modeling,a single intrathecal injection of lentiviral vectors (LV)-GDNF was given.Before CCI and 3,5,7,14,and 21 days after CCI modeling,the mechanical pain threshold was tested in rats,and 21 days after surgery,Western blot was used to detect the expression of GDNF protein.Results On 21 days after CCI modeling,GDNF expression was reduced compared to sham group.After intrathecal injection of LV-GDNF,GDNF expression was up-regulated in the spinal cord,and CCI-induced mechanical hyperalgesia in rats was alleviated.Conclusions Intrathecal injection LV-GDNF can up-regulate the expression of GDNF and alleviate neuropathic pain in CCI rats.

Objective To investigate the retinal pigment epithelium cells(RPE) and makeit the base of clinical application for transplantation.Methods The cultured RPE cells labeled by BrdU was injected into the host's subretinal space by external transcleral.The structure and ultrastructure of the transplanted RPE cells were observed by microscope and transmission electron microscope.Results The transplanted cells had the normal structure as the host's cells.They attached to Bruch's membrane with basal infoldings and forming microvill on the surface of the cells.Conclusion The external transcleral is a practical method for RPE transplatation.The transplanted cells can vitalize and form some normal ultrastrcture.

Objective： This study was designed to investigate the effects of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors on proliferation and growth of gastric cancer cells. Methods： MTT colorimetric assay and flow cytometry were used to measure the proliferative activity and the cell cycle progression of gastric cancer MNK450 cells. Results： Gastric cancer cells treated with Simvastatin had reductions in proliferative activity, S-phase fraction and proliferative index in a dose dependent manner with statistical significance at the concentrations of more than 1 μ mol/L as compared with normal control. The inhibitory rate ranged from 8.0％ to 51.5 ％ when cells were treated with Simvastatin at the concentrations of 0.2 -100 μ mol/L for 72 hours. Inhibition induced by Simvastatin was reversed by simultaneous addition of mevalonic acid at the concentation of 10 mmol/L. Gastric cancer cells were arrested by Simvastafin in G1 at the concentations of 1-20 μ mol/L. The fraction of S-phase cells was reduced from 32.1％ to 15.0％ after exposure to 20 μ mol/L Simvastatin for 36 hours. The addition of 10 mmol/L mevalonic acid overcome G1 arrest induced by 5 μ mol/L Simvastatin. Otherwise, the percentage of cells in G2 plus M2 remained rather constant throughout the treatment. Meanwhile, Pravastatin had no significant effect on the proliferatiive activity of gastric cancer MNK450 cells. Conclusion： Simvastatin could inhibit the proliferation and growth of gastric cancer cells, which suggests that Simvastatin has the effect of antitumor.

Objective To study the changes in interleukin-32 (IL-32) in rats with Klebsiella bacillus pneumonia and approach its significance. Methods Seventy-two Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were divide into control group,model group and experimental group by the method of random digits table,then the experimental group was subdivided into 4 hours and 1,3 and 5 days experimental subgroups(each n=6). The rat model of Klebsiella bacillus pneumonia was established by injection of 0.3 mL Klebsiella bacterial suspension into the trachea. Before the establishment of the model in the experimental group,IL-32 inhibitory agent,protease activated receptor-2(PAR2) was injected into the abdominal cavity. After model establishment,at different time points,blood was collected via tail vein to observe the changes in serum levels of IL-32,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IL-6 and IL-8 in all the groups. The lungs were removed and stained with hematoxylin-eosin(HE)method to investigate the histopathological changes of the lung tissues under the light microscope. Results Compared to the control group, with the prolongation of time the levels of IL-32,TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-6 were increased gradually in the model group,and reached their peaks at 3 days〔IL-32(ng/L):84.40±28.24 vs. 18.57±3.86,t=5.544,P=0.002;TNF-α(ng/L):79.27±14.64 vs. 17.82±3.86, t=9.994, P=0.000;IL-8(ng/L):55.85±10.90 vs. 16.66±3.76,t=8.544, P=0.000;IL-6(ng/L):56.65±2.57 vs. 28.48±2.11,t=19.693,P=0.000〕;PAR2 could inhibit above indexes significantly,there was statistical difference at 3 days compared with the model group〔IL-32(ng/L):54.13±6.68 vs. 84.40±28.24,t=2.560,P=0.046;TNF-α(ng/L):49.12±3.56 vs. 79.27±14.64,t=4.901,P=0.003;IL-8 (ng/L):22.95±2.52 vs. 55.85±10.90,t=7.204,P=0.000;IL-6(ng/L):36.49±2.63 vs. 56.65±2.57,t=13.443, P=0.000〕. Under the light microscope,the inflammatory changes in the lung tissue in experimental group were milder than those in the model group. Conclusion As a pro-inflammatory cytokine,IL-32 can induce the production of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8,and the inhibition of IL-32 production may play a role in suppression of the development of Klebsiella bacillus pneumonia.
