Objective To investigate the effect of family supporting system on psychological emotion and quality life of leukemic children′s parents. Methods Fifty-eight parents of children with leukemia hosptalized from Juanary to December 2013 were set as control group, which received traditional education. Fifty-nine parents of children with leukemia hospitalized from Juanary to December 2014 were set as observation group which received family supporting system. The survey was done separately before intervention and 6 months after treatment by depression self rating scale (SDS), anxiety self-assessment scale (SAS) and SF-36 (the MOS 36 items short form health survey). Result There were statistical significances in the scores on SDS, SAS and SF-36 as compared those with the pre-intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion The leukemic children parents supporting system can effectively reduce the parents′depression and anxiety and improve their quality of life.

Objective To investigate the results and effects of freezing phrenic nerves for the patients of pulmonary lobectomy. To optimize the best freezing time by studying the effects of different time at-65 ℃.Methods 50 patients of pulmonary lobectomy were randomly entered into 5 groups, including control group,30 seconds group,60 seconds group,90 seconds group,120 seconds group. After operation, the patients' cardiotach, blood pressure,SaO2,breath rate, time period of pulling out drainage tube and VAS about referred pain of scapular region were noted. After pulling out the intrathoracic drain tube, the routine chest normal X ray film and chest ultrasonic inspection were processed and the post-operation remnant cavity were observed. The chest normal fluoroscopy was inspected in 90 days after operation in order to observe the motion information of trouble side diaphragmatic muscle. Results The chest fluid [first day (329±178) ml,(345±150)ml,(268±51) ml,(227±36) ml,second day (251±131) ml,(269±112) ml,(208±61) ml,(158±110) ml,time of pulling out intrathoracic drain tube (5.8±1.75) days,(4.6±1.77) days,(3.9±0.74) days,(3.6±1.07) days] and VAS [(3.6±2.9) scores,(2.2±2.4) scores,(1.0±1.3) scores,(0.7±1.2) scores] about referred pain of scapular region of freezing groups were obviously lower than those in the control group [(375±136) ml,(309±132) ml,(5.7±2.36) days,(4.0±3.3) scores].90 s and 120 s freezing groups were lower than that of 30 s and 60 s groups, andthe 90 s freezing group did not significantly different from the 120 s group. The heart rate, blood pressure, saturation of blood oxygen and breathing rate of each group also had no difference. The remnant cavity sizes were larger in the control group (>200 ml),they also had more fluidity (>200 ml),and one case had been taken punctuation. The remnant cavity sizes of freezing groups were small and didn' t need special treatment. The diaphragmatic muscle' s movement of each group were fine after 3 months of operation. Conclusion The freezing phrenic nerves can effectively reduce the chest fluid, the post-operation remnant cavity and the time of pulling out intrathoracic drain tube. The freezing phrenic nerves can reduce the pain of referred pain of scapular region. The best freezing time should be 90 s.The freezing phrenic nerves do not influence the respiration function, and should be advantages of for the clinic researches and applications.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the relation between endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) gene polymorphism and IgA nephropathy (IgAN).
METHODSThe variable number of tandem repeats (VNTR) polymorphism of eNOS gene was analyzed with PCR in 296 Chinese Han patients with IgAN groups and 310 healthy Han subjects from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, and the gene frequency and allele frequency were compared between the two groups.
RESULTSIn these Chinese Han subjects involved in this study, VNTR of eNOS gene showed 3 genetypes, namely eNOS4a, eNOS4b and eNOS4a/4b. No significant difference was found in the gene frequency between IgAN group and the healthy subjects.
CONCLUSIONSIgAN is not associated with VNTR polymorphism of eNOS gene, and no sufficient evidence has been obtained to establish the relation of eNOS VNTR polymorphism with the genetic factors of IgAN. The role of eNOS gene polymorphism in IgAN can be heterogeneous in regard to different races or areas.

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2007;27(1):72-75
OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effects and safety of Shuangfujin (SFJ) on acute eczema.
METHODSOne hundred and twenty patients with acute eczema were randomly assigned to 4 groups equally, the saline group, the boric acid group, the Pifukang lotion group and the SFJ group, treated with respective medicine.
RESULTSAfter 4 days of treatment, the symptom score was remarkably lower in the SFJ group than in the other three groups (P<0.01), score in the saline group was higher than that in the boric acid group and the Pifukang lotion group, and insignificant difference was shown between the latter two groups. The total effective rate and cured rate were 46.4% and 14.3% in the SFJ group, which were matched to those in the Pifukang lotion group and significantly higher than those in the other two groups (P <0.01), and the saline group showed the lowest efficacy. The effect of stopping itch in the SFJ and the boric acid group were matched, which was higher than that in the Pifukang lotion group, and the lowest was in the saline group. No skin irritant reaction and other adverse reactions were found.
CONCLUSIONSFJ is effective, safe and convenient in treating acute eczema.

Objective To discuss the effect of the calcaneocuboid joint arthrodesis on the weight- bearing area of subtalar joint and its clinical significance. Methods Twelve fresh-frozen cadaver foot specimens were used for determination of weight-bearing area of the subtalar joint on foot and ankle neutral position, dorsiflexion, plantoflexion, adduction, abduction, inversion and eversion motion by means of pressure sensitive film before and after calcaneocuboid joint arthrodesis under weight loading. Results Weight-bearing area of the subtalar joint averagely increased for (32.54?7.45)% in all positions after calcaneocuboid joint arthrodesis, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Weight-bear- ing area of the subtalar joint increases after calcaneocuboid joint arthrodesis, which contributes to decrea- sing the pressure and increasing the stability of the subtalar joint.

OBJECTIVETo analyze the radiological parameters of the conservatively in treating distal radius fracture and investigate whether the final re-displacement can be predicted after primary reduction.
METHODSFrom January 2013 to June 2014,212 patients with distal radial fracture conservatively were treated in our hospital, 107 patients of them were excluded because of their incomplete radiological parameters;the remaining 105 patients were available for radiological were assessed after injury, there were 56 male patients and 49 female patients in this study, the average age of the patients was 51 years old (ranged from 22 to 80 years). According to AO classification, there were 47 cases of type A2 and C1, and 58 cases of type A3, C2, C3. All patients were treated by closed reduction and below-elbow cast immobilization for 4 to 6 weeks. All patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months (means 4.5 months) by X-ray, all fractures were healed. Standard AP and lateral radiographic examination was conducted before reduction and after reduction and bony consolidation, the dorsal angulation and the radial angle were measured at each time point. The linear regression was used for the analysis to find out whether the final re-displacement can be predicted after primary reduction.
RESULTSAmong 105 patients, the significant correlations were found for the dorsal angulation between the reduction time and the end time (r = 0.82) and for the radial angulation between the reduction time and end time (r = 0.85).
CONCLUSIONThe dorsal angulation and the radial angulation after complete healing can be predicted from linear the regression functions. Due to the possibility of predicting the end result, whether the fracture should receive further conservative treatment or surgical treatment can be decided immediately.
