1.Analysis of clinical features and prognostic factors in young women with stage Ⅰ to Ⅲ breast cancers
Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 2004;0(06):-
Objective: To explore the clinical features and prognosis of breast cancers with different stages in young women. Methods: A retrospective study was made in 61 cases of young patients with breast cancer (≤35 years as young group) and 74 cases of breast cancer patients of control group (36-69 years), who were with stageⅠto Ⅲ disease underwent surgical treatment. Results: The significant differences were observed in pTNM staging and differentiation between two groups. There were no differences between the two groups in stage Ⅰand Ⅱ patients. Significant differences were found between the two groups in stage Ⅲ patients. Conclusion: Breast cancer was with strong invasion in young patients. Early diagnosis and treatment of young women with breast cancer were important to improve the survival rate.
2.The expression of Kallikrein 8 in hippocampus and serum of rats with white matter injury induced by intrauterine infection
Chinese Journal of Neonatology 2017;32(5):379-383
Objective To study the role of kallikrein 8 (KLK 8) in the pathogenesis of cerebral white matter injury induced by intrauterine infection.Method The pregnant Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned into two groups:the observation group and the control group. The rats in the observation group received intraperitoneal injection of lipopolysaccharide (500 μg/kg) by at day 18 and 19 of pregnancy, while the control group received the same dose of saline. The morphology of white matter of the newborn rats were observed at 1 d,3 d,7 d and 14 d after birth. The expression of KLK 8 in the hippocampus was examined using Western blot and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR);the concentration of KLK 8 in the serum was measured using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method at the same time.Result In the observation group, the brain tissue was loose and edematous, the cerebral white matter was weakly stained, and the number of cells reduced. The expressions of KLK 8 in hippocampus in the observation group were higher than the control group [1 d:(0.24 ±0.01) vs.(0.23±0.01),3 d:(0.72±0.02) vs.(0.55±0.04),7 d:(1.08±0.04) vs.(0.84±0.04)],the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The expressions of KLK 8 mRNA in hippocampus of the observation group [1 d:(0.013 ±0.003),3 d:(0.032 ±0.002),7 d:(0.060 ±0.005)] were higher than the control group [1 d:(0.008 ±0.002),3 d:(0.016 ±0.002),7 d:(0.026 ±0.002)],the differences were also statistically significant (P < 0.05).The serum KLK 8 concentration at 1 d,3 d,and 7 d were (5.13 ±0.24) μg/L,(6.46 ±0.24) μg/L,and (7.77 ±0.30) Iμg/L in the observation group, higher than the control group (4.73 ±0.25) μg/L,(5.65 ±0.29) μg/L,and (6.66 ±0.46) μg/L),the differences were also statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion KLK 8 may be involved in the pathogenesis of white matter injury induced by intrauterine infection.
3.Progress of clinical transformation research in malignant lymphoma in 2013
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(3):141-143
Advances in clinical transformation research has facilitated discovery of a number of novel somatic mutations and aberrant intracellular signaling pathways involved in malignant proliferative B-cell lymphoma.Meanwhile, small molecular inhibitors targeting those mutation genes or signaling pathways have also been shown to be effective in treating relapsed and refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This paper reviewed important discoveries in clinical transformation research in lymphoma field in 2013.
4.Translational research progress in malignant lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2017;26(2):74-75
Rituximab in the combination of CHOP regimen has been widely used as the standard treatment of several kinds of B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL),but there are still about 1/3 of the late B-NHL patients become primary and secondary resistant to the drug.Recently, many translational research progress in malignant lymphoma promoted the development of promising candidate drugs for the treatment of lymphoma. The advances in translational research field were summarized in this manuscript.
5.Study on constituents in sediment of Decoction Pulsatilla
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(04):-
Objective: To study the constituents in sediment of Decoction Pulsatilla.Method:The single constituents were separated by the methods of phytochemistry. Results:6 components were identified from sediment and compared with constituents from decoction. Conclusion:The of sediment are the main constituents of decoction.
8.Research and Practice of Full-time Visitation Model in Clinical Medical Education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
It is advocated on clinical medical education to let students contact clinical diagnosis and treatment earlier, visiting more patients and promoting the ratio of visitation and course. But as more and more students flood into university, clinical visitation has turned into a difficulty to improve students' ability. To resolve this problem, we have made some efficient practice and exploration.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(03):-
[Objective] The patients with osteoporosis in kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were observed,to evaluate the curative effect of the capsule.[Methods] 31 cases were collected in this research, treated with capsule for 6 months. The indexes of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),Ca2+,P-in blood serum and bone mineral density (BMD) were determined before and after the treatment.[Results] Invigorating kidney and promoting blood circulation capsule can decrease the measure deviation of ALPCa2+,P-,can evidently increase bone density.[Conclusion] Invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation capsule can increase BMD and meliorate bone metabolism.

Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2001;0(03):-
[Objective] To explore the counteractive mechanism of Tongmai Injection (IT) for excitotoxicity in rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion by observing the glutamic acid (Glu) content and N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor activity in rats cortex. [ Methods ] Rat models with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion were established by four-vessel occlusion. Glu content and NMDA receptor activity were examined by radioimmunoassay and the effects of TI on Glu and NMDA receptor were also observed. [ Results ] Glu content and NMDA receptor activity were both increased in the model group and TI could counteract the above changes. [Conclusion] Cerebral ischemia/reperfusion can induce excitotoxicity and TI can protect the cerebral cortex.
