3.Progress of primary angiosarcoma of breast
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(3):202-205
Primary angiosarcoma of breast is a rare malignant tumor, about 0.05%of all the malignant tumor of breast. The heteromorphism, such as endothelioeyte, blood vessel even caryocinesia, distinguishes this disease from other carcinoma of breast.Positive ratio of endothelial cell makers(Anti-FⅧR,CD3 1,CD34,UEA-1,et al)and VEGF is relatively high.Besides fine needle aspiration and biopsy,ultrasound,X-ray and MRI maybe helpful to di agnosis.Surgery is certainly the first choice to care this disease. The effect of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and tar geted therapy is still in research.
5.Effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on stress reaction in elderly patients with intravenous patient-controlled analgesia after total hip replacement operation
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(24):3352-3354
Objective To observe the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on stress reaction in elderly pa-tients with intravenous patient-controlled analgesia after total hip replacement operation. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia spinal anesthesia after total hip replacement surgery were randomly divided into exper-imental group (n=30)and the control group (n=30).The experimental group respectively at the completion of surgery,postopera-tive 4,24,48 h was treated by transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation. The serum cortisol and blood glucose was detected in two groups at preoperative 30 min (T1 ),30 min after operation (T2 ),1 d after operation in the morning (T3 ),2 d after operation (T4 ).The pain scores, sedation scores, adverse reactions and analgesic dosage were investigated in two groups after operation.Re-sults In the experimental group, cortisol and blood glucose levels increased compared T2 and T1 (P <0.01 ).Compared with the control group, cortisol and blood glucose levels in the experimental group decreased at T3 and T4 (P <0.05 ).Compared with the control group, the VAS scores was significantly different in the experimental group(P < 0.01 ).The side effects in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).After TEAS treatment, the physic liquor consumption and press the number decreased significantly (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion TEAS technology for elderly total hip replacement operation PCIA could effectively inhibit stress, enhance the analgesic effect, reduce or avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions.

[Objective] To summarize the experience of professor Ding Caifei in treating threatened abortion happened on IVF-ET early pregnancy. [Method] Discussed from identified syndromes, herbal prescription, and other aspects.[Result] When treating Professor Ding Caifei emphasizes on the com-bination of syndrome differentiation and disease. She is experienced in using single herb for adjuvant therapy and combing internal to external treatment flexibly. [Conclusion] Professor Ding Caifei has obtained good curative effect in treating threatened abortion happened on IVF-ET early pregnancy ,pro-viding reference for clinical reference.
7.The Cognition and Reflectionon Mediation of Doctor-Patient Disputes
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(6):715-719
Through analyzing the current situation of mediation of doctor-patient disputes, this paper cleared the connotation of mediation of doctor-patient disputes and explored diversified measures of mediating medical dis-putes.It included changing the concept of medical education actively and deepening the reform of medical system constantly, improving the level of hospital management actively and cracking down the occupational medical trouble and hospital scalper, taking litigation as backed mediation mechanism and playing the advantage role of people in mediation, taking initiative to communicate the mission knowledge and playing the role of media fully, and thus to reduce the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes from the source.
8.Clinical Observation on Xuezhikang Capsule for 116 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease with Abnormal Blood Lipid
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1992;0(11):-
Objective To observe the different effect of Xuezhikang Capsule on the patients of coronary heart disease (CHD) with abnormal blood lipid in different syndromes. Methods Of the 116 patients of CHD with abnormal blood lipid diagnosed by coronary arteriography and blood test, 30 were blood stasis syndrome, 23 phlegm turbid syndrome, 26 phlegm retention syndrome, and 37 non-phlegm non-stasis syndrome. Based on the standard treatment with modern medicine, Xuezhikang Capsule was given 0.6g each time, twice a day, for 24 weeks in succession. Results After the treatment, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein-C (LDL-C) were decreased (P
9.Computerized quantitative analysis of the effects of platelet-activating factor on endothelial cell morphological parameters
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(05):-
Software for quantitative analysis of endothelial cell (EC) area, form fac-tor, intercell-plasma-membrane distance and percentage of intercellular gap area in the cellmonolayer was established in a computer image analysing system with great capacity, highspeed and high resolution. The effects of platelet activating factor (PAF) on EC morpho-logical parameters were studied. The results showed that the untreated EC monolayer hadclose contact and narrow gap among cells. After 60 min treatment with 10~(-8)mol/L PAF,the cells showed obvious retraction, with procession of different size from the plasma mem-brane and increased intercellular gap. Computerized quantitative analysis revealed thatthe treatment with PAF for 10 min increased intercellular distance and percentage of inter-cellular gap area in cell monolayer. Thirty minutes treatment decreased cell area butincreased form factor ascertaining to the retraction of EC. This is probably an importantmechanism of increased vascular permeability induced by PAF It is also suggested thatcomputerized image analysis is helpful in rapid, precise and quantitative measurement ofEC morphological changes. It provides a new method for studying the effects of endothe-lial cells in increased vascular permeability.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2009;41(6):702-706
Objective:To compare the newborn piglet models of hypoxic ischemic brain damage in hypoxia and hypoxia combined with occlusion of both carotid arteries. Methods: Twenty four 7-day-old piglets were divided into two groups. Group H: mechanical ventilation with low concentration of oxygen,Group HI; mechanical ventilation with low concentration of oxygen combined with occlusion of both carotid arteries. The piglets were inhaled with 10%, 8%, and 6% low-concentration oxygen for 30 min, and grouped into mild, moderate, and severe hypoxia ones. The changes of physiological parameter, cerebral blood flow and cerebral oxygen perfusion were detected. Results: There were no significant differences in blood gas analysis of oxygen saturation, blood lactic acid and pH between the two groups(P>0. 05) . The mean arterial pressure of severe hypoxia in HI was significantly lower than in H(P<0.05). The cerebral blood flow in H and HI was relatively stable after different degrees of hypoxia. As compared with the cerebral blood flow perfusion in group H and HI, there were no significant differences between them ( P>0. 05). The cerebral oxygen perfusion in H and HI was significantly descent after different degrees of hypoxia (P< 0.05). As compared with the cerebral oxygen perfusion in groups H and HI, there were no significant differences between them. Conclusion: H and HI have the same effect on physiological parameter, cerebral volume and cerebral oxygen perfusion of newborn piglets. The mechanical ventilation with low concentration of oxygen to newborn piglets can develop the HIBD model, it is not necessary to occlude carotid arteries.
