Through consulting the domestic and foreign literatures,CO2 supercritical fluid technique is expounded including development overview,corresponding principle and characteristic.The CO2 supercritical fluid extraction is widely applied in many fields and the five application of chemical industry,food,medicine,biotechnology and tissue engineering are emphatically summarized,and meanwhile,the application prospect of the supercritical fluid technology is predicted.

Neonatology probation teaching is one of the difficulties in eight-year program pediatric teaching.There are some problems in the neonatology probation teaching,including partial comprehension of neonatal basic theoretical knowledge,few opportunities of clinical operations and observation,lack of effective physician-patient communication method,defective mastering of neonatal clinics skills.In order to refine the neonatology probation of eight-year program medical students and to improve the quality of hospitals' clinical teaching,an appropriate neonatology clerkship program of eightyear medical students should be investigated.A variety of teaching methods should be applied to enhance students' interest of learning the basic theory.Before entering the neonatal ward,it is necessary for eight-year program medical students to understand the workflow and a standard appraisal system should be established.At the same time,it is essential to strengthen the training of their interpersonal communication skills,clinical thinking and clinical skills.Finally,a standard out-department examination system should be established to evaluate the eight-year program medical students' neonatology learning effect objectively.

Objective To evaluate the tumor targeting characteristic by observing signal varying of human gastric cancer transplanted nude mice (SGC-7901) using Folate-Receptor MR contrast agent. Methods As a Folate-Receptor MR contrast agent, Gd-DTPA-Folate was obtained by conjugation of DTPA-Folate and GdCl3 under specific conditions. Nude mice of subcutaneously transplanted human gastric cancer (SGC-7901) were used as animal models, 12 mice were divided into experimental group(n=6) and control group(n=6) randomly. Both were injected with Gd-DTPA-Folate and Gd-DTPA (contained same gadolinium) via abdominal cavity respectively. Tumor signal varying was observed by T1WI after injection of contrast agent immediately,1,2,3,4,6,12 and 24 h, and tumor signal changing of experimental group was compared with that of control group. CNR (contrast noise ratio) was regarded as evaluating mark. Results Tumor signal intensity of experimental group was increased evidently between 1-2 hours after injecting Gd-DTPA-Folate. Comparison with pre-injection, there was a significant difference(evaluating mark is CNR: q1=5.80, q2=4.64; P0.05). Conclusion Gd-DTPA-Folate shows definite characteristic of tumor targeting effect to nude mice of subcutaneously transplanted human gastric cancer (SGC-7901).

Objective To investigate the effect of hypothermia on cytokine expression in rats with lipopolysaccharide- induced acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), and investigate whether or not hypothermia can inhibit inflammatory reaction and attenuated lung injuries, thereby preventing the development of ARDS. Methods A rat model of ARDS was established by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide (3 mg/ kg, 0.5 ml, LPS) at 16 h after LPS (1 mg/kg, 0.3 ml) intraperitoneal administration. Thirty-two male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: ARDS + Normalthermia (AN) , ARDS + Hypothermia (AH) , NS+ Normalthermia (NN), and NS + Hypothermia (NH) groups. At 3 h after ARDS, rats were killed by hemorrhage from carotid artery. Lung lavage was performed, tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF-?) , interleukin-6 (IL-6) concentrations in BALF were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) .Results Within (2.3?1.6) h the ARDS model in AN group and AH group was successfully replicated. Compared with the NN group, the concentrations of TNF-? and IL-6 increased significantly in the AN group ( P 0.05). Conclusion Hypothermia has inhibitory effect on the expression and release of the pro-inflammatory cytokine (TNF-?, IL-6) in rats with ARDS. Hypothermia may inhibit inflammatory reaction, attenuated lung injuries and serve as a new measure to prevent and treat ARDS.

Objective To investigate the social support and the quality of life of colorectal patients with permanent colostomy,and to examine the stability and change of the social support and the quality of life during the post-operative recovery period.Methods A convenience sample of 30 colorectal patients with permanent colostomy were recruited initially.19 completed the follow-up interview 3 months later.Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and the Quality of Life Instrument for Cancer Patients(QLICP) were used to measure the social support and the quality of life.Results The dimensions of SSRS were on decline during 3 months after surgery.The scores of the physical and psychological domains of QLICP increased and the scores of the social,general and specific domains decreased but not significantly during the 3 months after surgery.The scores of specific domain were negatively correlated with the scores of utilization degree of social support,as well as the correlation of scores of specific domain and the total scores of social support.Conclusions The enterostomal therapist should pay attention to the change regulation and relationship between social support and life quality of patients with permanent colostomy,and provide them with physical,psychological,psychiatric and social support according to their demands in order to promote their recovery.

Objective To explore the Application value of hand acupuncture holographic method in endosco -py.Methods According to randomized controlled holographic method ,200 patients who underwent endoscopy were divided into the hand acupuncture holographic group (68 cases),the hand acupuncture group (65 cases) and the con-trol group(67 cases).The hand acupuncture holographic group pushed the needle sticking and made use of press and hand acupuncture combination of both methods ,and the hand acupuncture group was taken hand-hole method ,and the control group was taken normal gastroscopy operation .A questionnaire survey ( after checking the content of what dis-comfort,fear,are you willing to accept gastroscopy retest ) was taken and observed the patient's discomfort after the op-eration that nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension and pain,salivation volume,mirror smooth interpolation degree. Results The subjective feelings of the hand acupuncture holographic group were better than those of the hand acu -puncture group and the control group (all P<0.05);The adverse reactions of the hand acupuncture holographic group were lower than those of the hand acupuncture group and the control group before and during the endoscopy ( all P<0.05).Conclusion The hand acupuncture holographic therapy is a combination method of hand side of the second metacarpal holographic acupuncture massage gastroscopy which can reduce pain and fear of the patients ,and its side effects is small ,and it is inexpensive ,the risk factor is small ,and it is easy to operate easy to spread .

Objective To evaluate the changes of growth hormone(GH), brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and adrenomedullin(ADM) in congestive heart failure patients. Methods The blood samples were obtained from 60 pa-tients with congestive heart failure(CHF) and 30 patients without CHF,and their serum/plasma levels of GH,BNP and ADM were measured by enzyme-labeled immunosorbentassay(ELISA) and radioimmunoassay. At the same time all the patients received colorful Doppler ultrasonocardio-gram to determine left ventricular end-dilation diameter (LVED) and left ventrieular ejection fraction(LVEF). Results The levels of BNP and GH in heart failure group were[(0.83±1.06) μg/L,(115.31±191.16) ng/L] higher than eontrol group[(0.15±0.42) μg/L, (33.51±49.85) ng/L] (t = 2.689, t = 2.765, P < 0.01); The efficiency and total efficiency in heart failure group was (39.7% ,76.5%) higher than control group (32.3%, 61.3%) (t = 1.894, P > 0.05, t = 2.265, P < 0.05); The sensitivities and specificities of BNP were 89.3% and 63.0%; The sensitivities and specificities of GH were 85.7% and 59.3%; The BNP combined with GH were 75.0% and 74.0%. Condusion The combination of GH and BNP is better than application alone in the diagnosis of CHF.

Objective To analyze the effect of meniscus tear on prognosis of tibial plateau fracture and the effect of fracture on meniscus healing by comparing the outcomes of simple tibial plateau fractures and the fractures combined with meniscus injury. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 57 cases of tibial plateau fractures treated with internal fixation in our hospital from January 2004 to June 2006. Twenty-three of them were complicated with meniscus tear and received repairing. Knee joint functions were evaluated by the HSS (The Hospital for Special Surgery) score. The menisci were examined by Joint-line tenderness, McMurray, Apley and Thessaly tests. The femorotibial angle (FTA), tibial plateau angle (TPA) and posterior slop angle (PA) were measured on X-ray images. Results Fifty cases were followed up for an average Of 15 (6 to 24) months. The HSS scores for the simple tibial plateau fracture and the tibial plateau fracture combined with meniscus tear were 87.9 and 87.1, respectively. There were no statistical signifi-cances in HSS score(t=0.351, P=0.727), FTA, TPA and PA results between the 2 groups. No more positive physical signs of meniscus tear were found in the group of tibial plateau fracture combined with meniscus tear than in the other group. Conclusions Meniscus tear may not affect the postoperative re-habilitation of the knee joint with tibial plateau fracture; neither is there evidence that tibial plateau fracture may hinder meniscus healing.

Objective To explore the effect of Feier Recuperates Fluid on lipid metablism, fat weight, fatty cell shape. Method Trophism fat rat model was induced by feeding hyperalimentation feedstuff for six weeks in infancy rat. Drugs were administered orally after two week for four weeks. The cholesterol total (TC), triglyceride total (TG) and high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) contents in the serum were determined. Fat weight was weighted. Number and diameter of fat cells were observed. Result Feier Recuperates Fluid (63.0 g/kg) could reduce fat weight, TC and TG contents, and increase HDL-C. Feier Recuperates Fluid could decrease diameter of fat cells, and increase fat cells number slightly. Conclusion Feier Recuperates Fluid could improve markedly lipid metablism of trophism fat rat.
