Based on a self-made questionnaire,this research is carried on to analyze the consumption psychology of mobile phone text among 400 university students of different grades,and finally discovered:(1)Mobile phone text has become a universally popular way of social intercourse among modern university students,and been wider used inside intimate communities.Its convenience and low expense are primary reasons for its widespread usage among university students.(2) The consumption of mobile phone text among university students displays remarkable differences between different genders and grades.(3) Some students formed certain psychological and behavioral problems during the usage of mobile phone text including mobile phone dependence and auditory hallucinations,and so on.

Objective To assess the academic influence of research on blood pressure in the world and its frontiers. Methods Papers on blood pressure published from 2004 to 2008 and from 2009 to 2013 in China and foreign coun-tries were retrieved from Web of Science. Their academic influencing power was assessed and their evolution in the past 10 years was displayed by Citespace. Results The world outputs in research on blood pressure increased steadily from 2004 to 2014. The competitive force of the USA-led developed Western countries was strong and stable. The out-puts in research on blood pressure in China increased rapidly, but its influencing power was relatively low. Although progress was made at micro and macro levels,greater advances were achieved at gene,molecular and big data levels in the past 10 years. Conclusion The USA and European countries-led development in research on blood pressure is steady, and it is urgent for China to reduce its gap with USA and European countries.

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the existence of DME and the SFCT in DR pa-tients. Methods We collected 70 cases which were clinical diabetic involving 122 eyes. They are 36 men with 64 eyes and 34 women with 58 eyes. The average age is 56.7 ± 9.7 year-old. All patients had been examined by oph-thalmologic examination. Grouping: patients without diabetic retinopathy (NDR) group; mild-to-moderate NPDR group; severe NPDR group; PDR group. The last three groups were divided into two subgroup groupsrespectively , which were cases with and without significant macular edema (CSME + / CSME). EDI was used to measure the SFCT. SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results The average SFCT of NDR group, mild-to-moderate NPDR group, severe NPDR group and the PDR group respectively were (282.94 ± 104.21)μm, (313.62 ± 94.40)μm, (382.44 ± 76.91)μm, (335.00 ± 73.82)μm. Compared with the NDR group, SFCT was thicker than the other three groups, and difference was statistically significant (F = 2.786, P = 2.786). There were no statisti-cally significant difference of SFCT between the mild-to-moderate NPDR/CSME - group and mild-to-moderate NPDR/CSME + group, severe NPDR/CSME - group and severe NPDR/CSME + group PDR/CSME-group, PDR/CSME + group. Conclusions The SFCT of DR patients could potentially be thickenedas disease became serious. When considered the same degree DR, there is no obvious difference of SFCT between patients with CSME and without CSME.

On the basis of the development of a new CE method for the analysis of α-lactalbumin (α-Lac), β-lactoglobulin A(β-LgA) and β-lactoglobulin B(β-LgB), different concentrations of acetic acid (HAc) and trichloroacetic acid (TCA) for the removal of proteins in raw milk, infant formula A and B, and yogurt were investigated.It was shown that TCA is better than HAc for eliminating of proteins in the above four samples.The proteins in 2 g of raw milk could be eliminated by 3 mL of 100 g/L TCA.0.5 g of infant formula A and B needs 5 mL of 10 g/L and 20 g/L TCA to remove the proteins, respectively.For 2 g of yogurt, 3 mL of 20 g/L TCA is enough.The present research may provide valuable information for protein-containing sample (such as raw milk, infant formula and yogurt) pretreatment.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets combined with gabapentin in the treatment of painful diabetic neuropathy.Methods Eighty patients with painful diabetic neuropathy were divided into group A and group B with 40 cases each by random digits table.Patients of group A received simple oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets,while patients of group B received oxycodone combined with gabapentin.The intensity of pain, oxycodone dosage, quality of life and adverse effect in two groups was observed and compared.Results The pain was obviously relieved in two groups, and the effective analgesic rate at 21-28 d after treatment in group B was superior to group A[95.0% (38/40) vs.62.5% (25/40)], there was significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Numerical rating scale NRS score at 28 d after treatment in group B and group A was 1.2 ± 0.3 and 2.8 ± 0.5 respectively,and there was significant difference between two groups (P＜ 0.01 );the oxycodone dosage at 28 d after treatment in group B was lower than that in group A[(32.2 ± 4.3 )mg vs.(40.3±5.5 ) mg], and there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05 ); the quality of life in group B was superior to group A, and there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05 or ＜ 0.01 );the incidence of dizzy at 7, 14 d after treatment in group B was higher than that in group A[35.0% (14/40) vs.15.0% (6/40) and 30.0% (12/40) vs.10.0% (4/40)],and there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Oxycodon hydrochloride controlled-release tablets combined with gabapentin is effective and safe for the management of painful diabetic neuropathy.

Objective To evaluate GGT in combination with B ultrasound for the diagnosis of biliary atresia (BA) infants suffering from obstructive jaundice.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 69 sick infants including 55 BAs and 14 non-BAs as identified by intraoperative cholangiography.The preoperative laboratory GGT and ultrasound data were collected and analyzed.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy were compared.Results BA patients had significantly higher GGT than Non-BA patients (t =-4.164,P ＜ 0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of GGT ＞ 306 U/L were 69.1％,92.9％,97.4％,43.3％,73.9％,respectively.In BA group,abnormal gallbladder was significantly associated with proadening portal vein,broadening hepatic artery compared with Non-BA patients (x2 =9.995,P ＜0.05).The accuracy of abnormal gallbladder on ultrasound was 78.3％.When two method combined for the diagnosis of BA,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value were 92.7％,92.9％,98.1％ and 76.5％ and accuracy can reach 92.8％.Conclusions For obstructive jaundice infants with GGT ＞ 306 U/L and abdominal gallbladder ultrasound finding intraoperative cholangiography should be carried out to make definite diagnosis of BA.

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of integrin αvβ8, p38 and extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase 1/2 (ERK1/2) proteins, which are TGF-β1 pathway related regulatory protein, in liver fibrosis of children with biliary atresia (BA). Methods Fifteen cases of BA (Kasai group) and 10 cases of congenital biliary dilatation (CBD group) were collected in Tianjin Children’s Hospital. And liver biopsy specimens were collected in Tianjin first central hospital, including 10 cases of BA children who underwent liver transplantation due to liver failure after Kasai operation (liver transplantation group). The specimens of front part of the right lobe of the liver were taken for HE and immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining. The expressions ofαvβ8, p38 and ERK1/2 in liver were observed by IHC staining in three groups of liver tissues. Results HE staining showed fibroblast hyperplasia occasionally in CBD group, portal area expansion, fibrous tissue proliferation and wide spread bridging fibrosis with few pseudo lobules in Kasai group. In transplantation group, portal area was widened, the degree of fibrosis was severe and bridging fibrosis generally formed resulted in pseudo lobules widely. Imunohistochemistry showed that the expressions of αvβ8 and ERK1/2 were weakly positive, and the expression of p38 was negative in CBD group. In Kasai group, the expressions of αvβ8, p38 and ERK1/2 proteins were all strongly positive in liver cytoplasm, biliary epithelial cells and vascular endothelial cell cytoplasm. In liver transplantation group the expressions of αvβ8, p38 and ERK1/2 proteins were all strongly positive. The semi-quantitative analysis showed that the expressions levels of αvβ8, p38 and ERK1/2 were significantly higher in Kasai and liver transplantation groups than those of CBD group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in expression levels ofαvβ8, p38 and ERK1/2 between Kasai group and transplantation group (P>0.05). Conclusion The expressions ofαvβ8, p38 and ERK1/2 are gradually increased in liver of BA with the process of fibrosis, which indicate that they may be involved in
the process of BA liver fibrosis.

Objective To establish a simple and rapid method for the determination of 1,3-dideoxygalactonojirimycin in Bombycis Faeces, a potent glucosidase inihibitor, by HPLC. Methods A RP-HPLC method with fluorescence detection has been developed. Results The HPLC method developed in this research has a good reliability including accuracy and precision. The detection limit was less than 72 ng. Conclusion This method is sufficiently sensitive for determining 1,3-dideoxygalactonojirimycin in Bombycis Faeces and other related products.

Objective To evaluate the possible association among serum folate,polymorphisms related reduced folate carrier gene (RFC-1) AS0G,methionine synthase reductase gene (MTRR) A66G,and cervical cancer,and to provide clues for the etiology of cervical cancer.Methods Based on a hospital-based case-control study,107 cases diagnosed as cervical cancer pathematologically and 107 controls with hysteromyoma,were selected by frequency,matched with age and habitation.Serum folate concentration was detected by RIA and polymorphism RFC-1 A80G and MTRR A66G was examed by RFLP-PCR.Results Serum folate concentration in patient group [(1.86±0.60) ng/rml] was significantly lower than that in control group [(2.30 ± 1.14) ng/ml],and risk of cervical cancer increased with the decreased serum folate levels (x2trend =12.57,P =0.001).Risks to catch cervical cancer for women with RFC-1 80 GG were 2.42 times (95 ％ CI 1.01-5.81) as much as for those with RFC-1 80 AA,and 1.65 times (95 ％ CI 0.77-3.53) for those with RFC-1 80 AA and RFC-1 80 AG,risks to catch cervical cancer for women with MTRR 66 GG were 1.35 times (95 ％ CI 0.40-4.56) as much as for those with MTRR 66 AA and 1.26 times (95 ％ CI 0.38-4.16) for those with RFC-1 80 AA and RFC-1 80 AG.Conclusion Serum folate deficiency to a certain degree can increase the risk of cervical cancer.RFC-1 A80G mutation may be a risk factor for cervical cancer and homozygous (GG) gene may increase the susceptibility of cervical cancer.MTRR A66G gene mutation may have nothing to do with cervical cancer.

Objective To discuss the criteria for the evaluation of rational antibiotic drug use in medical cases ( paper edition) of the antimicrobial agent clinical application monitoring network administered by The Ministry of Health. Methods Based on the relevant provisions from The guiding principles for clinical applications of antibacterial drugs and“The notice by the General Office of the Ministry of Health on related questions of clinical application management of antibacterial drugs” ( the General Office of the Ministry of Health [2009] NO. 38), combined with the actual situations of antibacterial drugs in clinical use, relevant laws, regulations, and guidances, the evaluation items in the feedback form were studied. Results The study, to a certain extent, contributed to the understanding of evaluation criteria on antimicrobial agent use in clinical application monitoring network of The Ministry of Health for monitoring net members by investigating related questions regarding the evaluation criteria, and will make the evaluation results more consistent. Conclusion The discussion of the evaluation criteria can reduce the deviation of the evaluation results and make the evaluation process more standardized.
