This article briefly summarized the meaning, category and function of qi, tubes and viscera in human body respectively after combining exploring the theories of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and clinical practices. Afterward, we put forward the theory of Qi-Tube-Viscera and elaborated its close relationship with the physiological status of the human, and then we thought the relationships of qi, tube and viscera respectively, at last we draw a conclusion that qi, tube and viscera only came from qi. And the clinical guiding significance of the theory of Qi-Tube-Viscera and itsBalanced steady state, Nature and Man in One, State medicine were narrated to demonstrate that new theory of Qi-Tube-Viscera has high signifance in the theory of TCM and clinical practice.

National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(5):463-466
Prostate cancer, bladder cancer, and rectal cancer are common malignancies in the male pelvis. The incidence rate of erectile dysfunction (ED) following radical prostatectomy, cystectomy or rectal cancer surgery is about 25% - 100%. The main cause of post-surgery ED is mainly attributed to injury of neurovascular bundles, which may lead to reduced oxygenation in and fibrosis of the penile tissue. Early penile rehabilitation after surgery can improve or restore the erectile function of the patients. This article focuses on penile rehabilitation after radical pelvic surgery.

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1994;0(01):-
Objective:To evaluate the inhibitory effect of Herceptin on HeLa,SiHa cells and to investigate the synergistic mechanism of Herceptin and Carboplatin. Methods:HeLa and SiHa cells were treated with Herceptin(at 5,10,20,40,and 80 ?g/ml),Carboplatin(at 0.5,1,2,4,and 8 ?g/ml),and Her+CBP[(10+1),(20+2),and(40+4)?g/ml] separately. The untreated cells were taken as control.SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the protein expression of HER-2/neu and downstream Ras oncogene.MTT method was used to study the inhibition effect of Herceptin on HeLa,SiHa cells and its synergetic effect with carboplatin.FCM was used to detect the cell apoptosis and cell cycle. The mRNA expression of her-2/neu and ras were assessed by RT-PCR;the protein expression of HER-2/neu and Ras were studied by Western blotting. Results:Herceptin significantly inhibited cervical cancer cells proliferation, and there was a synergistic effect when combined with carboplatin(P

In the progress of the new healthcare reform, China has carried out a series of reform exploration in the drug distribution system. But fluctuating markups of drugs are still the main cause of high drug price. In order to simplify the distribution procedure, the National Health and Family Planning Commission proposed to encourage the implementation of two-receipt system nationwide. As the important part of the price system of drug circulation, drug distribution system made a great impact on the implementation of two-receipt system policy.Focusing on two provinces namely Fujian and Shaanxi provinces, this paper will discuss the typical drug distribution system in china. This paper has evaluated the main body and operation pattern in the implementation of two-receipt system, and by analyzing the benefits and drawbacks, in the same provinces. It has put forward the optimized distribution mode and provided policy suggestions for strengthening the two-receipt distribution system.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(09):-
Objective To observe the significance of expressions of CD14+CD16+ on peripheral monocytes in children with Kawasaki di-sease (KD).Methods The expression of CD14+ and CD14+CD16+ monocytes in 16 children with KD (1-11 years old) were analyzed by flow cytomety both pre-treatment and post-treatment.And the percentages of CD14+CD16+ monocytes among CD14+ monocytes were calculated.Sixteen healthy children (10 months -10 years old) were served as normal control group.Statistical analysis was performed using t test. Results The levels of CD14+ monocytes, percentage of CD14+CD16+ monocytes among CD14+ monocytes and CD14+CD16+ monocytes in children with KD during acute phase (n=16) were (1.03?0.58)?109 L-1,(12.53?5.31)% and(1.20?0.79)?108 L-1.They were significantly higher than those in the normal controls[(0.57?0.21)?109 L-1,(3.86?1.84)% and (0.21?0.10)?108 L-1](Pa0.05).And the expressive levels remained high when the patient recurred. Conclusions The expressive levels of CD14+CD16+ monocytes increase in children with KD.And they change when the patient's clinical condition change.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2023;35(8):669-676
Objective:
To systematically evaluate the correlation between selenium in the body and the risk of chronic kidney disease (CKD), so as to provide insights into CKD prevention and control.
Methods:
Publications pertaining to the correlation between selenium level and CKD were retrieved from electronic databases, including CNKI, WanFang Data, PubMed and Web of Science from inception until July 28, 2022. Meta-analysis was performed using the software Stata 16.0, and all measures were expressed with standardized mean difference (SMD) and its 95%CI. The source of heterogeneity was analyzed using subgroup analysis and meta-regression, and sensitivity analysis was performed using the leave-one-out method. In addition, the publication bias was evaluated with d funnel plot, Egger's test and Begg's test, and the robustness of the result was evaluated using the trim and filling method.
Results:
A total of 2 990 publications were screened, and 63 eligible publications were included in the final analysis, including 18 cross-sectional studies, 40 case-control studies, 2 cohort studies and 3 randomized controlled trials (RCTs), which covered 5 099 CKD patients and 6 334 controls. Meta-analysis showed lower selenium levels in CKD patients than in controls (SMD=-1.828, 95%CI: -2.132 to -1.523, P<0.001). Subgroup analysis showed lower selenium levels among CKD patients than among controls from Asia, Europe and multiple continents (P<0.05), and lower selenium levels were detected in patients undergoing conservative treatment, hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis than in controls (P<0.05), while the selenium levels were significantly lower in CKD patients than in controls in cross-sectional studies, case-control studies and RCTs (P<0.05). The selenium level was significantly lower among CKD patients than among controls regardless of the study year, sample size and score for quality of publications (P<0.05). Sensitivity analysis showed robustness of this meta-analysis. Publication bias was identified by funnel plot, Begg's test and Egger's test, and the robustness of the result was found using the trim-and-fill method.
Conclusion
There may be a possible correlation between selenium and the risk of CKD.
