3.Application of classification and decision trees in the analysis of the examination paper of introduc-tion of nursing
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(11):856-859
Objective To analyze the correlation between students' scores and master degree of knowledge points in the close examination of the unit introduction of nursing. Methods A classification decision tree model was used to analyze the relationship between students' achievement and knowledge points in 321 grade 2014 nursing students. Results There were 20 knowledge points in the paper, 7 of which had significant influence on scores; there were 27 nodes,16 of which were leaf nodes; the overall predicted percentage was 86.0%. Conclusions The total score is related to knowledge score; the total score of gifted students is higher;and for total score of medium students is medium;and for total score of poor is lower. Measures to reform teaching methods and evaluation scheme should be taken.
4.2 967 cases of hospitalized children with hepatitis B vaccine based immune level of immunity after investiga-tion and analysis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;(17):2596-2598
Objective To understand the protective effects of children after hepatitis B vaccine immunization since 1992,when the hepatitis B vaccine into childhood immunization strategy .Methods Hospitalized children from venous blood, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),to investigate and analyze the immune status based hepatitis B immune of hospitalized children (Infection,Pediatric),by five indicators of hepatitis B as the judgment standard. Results The total anti-HBs-positive rate was 55.05%,including infection anti-HBs-positive rate 52.18%, the pediatric anti-HBs-positive rate 55.92%.Male anti-HBs positive rate was 54.17%,the female anti-HBs positive rate was 56.6%,there was no statistical significance among departments and sexs (P>0.05).Conclusion Hepatitis B vaccination is the effective control means for hepatitis B ,however, the anti-HBs positive rate is low in this region after hepatitis B vaccine immunization ,needed to reseed .
5.Relationship between metabolic syndrome and cerebral stroke type, complication and prognosis
Journal of Clinical Neurology 1997;0(06):-
Objective To explore the relationship between metabolic syndrome(MS) and cerebral stroke type, complication and prognosis. Methods Clinical data of 568 cerebral stroke patients with MS(MS group) and 209 cerebral stroke patients without MS(no-MS group) were compared and analyzed. Results In MS group, the incidence of cerebral infarction was significantly higher(93.0%) than that in the no-MS group(85.2%)(P
6.Resistance mechanisms of trastuzumab and treatment strategies in patients with breast cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(4):274-277
In the treatment of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (Her-2) overexpressing breast cancer, some patients have drug resistance to trastuzumab.Potential mechanisms of resistance to trastuzumab include impaired access of trastuzumab to Her-2 ; alternative signaling from insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R),hepatocyte growth factor receptor (HGFR) and so on; aberrant downstream signaling caused by loss of phosphatase and tensin homologs deleted from chromosome 10 (PTEN);phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase catalytic alpha polypeptide gene (PIK3CA) mutation; over-expression of heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) and CD44. Additionally, potential strategies for overcoming resistance to trastuzumab include using new targeted medicines, such as pertuzumab, lapatinib and trastuzumab-DM1.
7.Mechanisms of carbapenem resistance in Enterobacteriaceae and the strategies for control of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2013;(4):300-302
Monitoring data of antibiotic susceptibility from both home and abroad showed that carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE) are being on the rise, which represents an increasingly urgent clinical danger and an emerging public health concern worldwide. In order to effectively prevent CRE transmission in healthcare settings,we should not only pay high attention to the capability building of the laboratory of clinical microbiology, but also actively explore into the mechanisms of carbapenem resistance in Enterobacteriaceae. What's more,we should substantially raise the detection capacity of laboratory on CRE,effectively carry out the antimicrobial stewardship program, and strictly implement hand hygiene and contact precautions.(Chin J Lab Med,2013,36:300-302)
8.Clinical application of glycopeptide antibiotics in hospitalized patients
Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2017;16(5):429-433
Objective To survey the clinical application of glycopeptide antibiotics in hospitalized patients, and evaluate the rationality of drug use, so as to provide reference for rational clinical drug use. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to investigate the application of glycopeptide antibiotics among inpatients in a hospital from January to December in 2014, relevant clinical data were recorded. Results A total of 727 cases were included , 471 (64.79%) of which were infected cases.Respiratory tract infection was the main site of both healthcare-associated infection and community-associated infection (39.17% and 45.98%, respectively). The average days of glycopeptide antibiotic use were 6.06 day (4 403/727).Patients who used glycopeptide antibiotics were mainly from intensive care unit, department of oncology, and department of neurosurgery, accounting for 20.36%(n=148) , 12.10%(n=88), and 11.14%(n=81) respectively.Glycopeptide was used in 338 patients(46.49%),the average types of combined use was 4.43, triple and above was used in 99 patients(13.62%),combination of the second generation cephalosporins was the highest(20.48%).450(61.90%) patients used vancomycin, 260(35.76%)used teicoplanin,17(2.34%)used both vancomycin and teicoplanin.A total of 847 pathogenic strains were isolated, the major were Acinetobacter baumannii (n=111, 13.10%), Klebsiella pneumoniae (n=80, 9.45%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (n=68, 8.03%), and Staphylococcus aureus (n=54 , 6.37%), methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus was 50 strains.490 (67.40%) patients treated with glycopeptide antibiotics were effective.Of 727 patients, 86 (11.83%) used antibiotics rationally, 315(43.33%) basically rational, and 326 (44.84%) irrationally. Conclusion Application of glycopeptide antibiotics in this hospital is basically rational, but indications should be paid attention.
9.Protection of Ginkgo biloba extract (EGb761) against doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity without interfering with its antitumor activity
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 1999;(2):90-
OJECTIVE:To explore whether EGb761 could protect against doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity, and whether it affects on doxorubicin antitumor activity. METHOD: Doxorubicin-induced rat heart mitochondria damage in vitro and doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity in mice were used. The cardiotoxicity were evaluated via spectrophotography, electromicrography and other methods.RESULTS: Doxorubicin markedly induced malondialdehyde formation, adenosine 5′-triphosphatase activity loss, membrane rigidification, swelling, disintegration and lysis of rat heart mitochondria in vitro, all the above pathological and biochemical damages were reduced significantly by EGb761. Cardiotoxicity of doxorubicin in mice as measured by increases of heart Malondialdehyde level and serum creatine phosphokinase activity was significantly alleviated by EGb761. Moreover. The antitumor activity of doxorubicin, as assayed by prolonged life span of mice bearing with H22 hepatoma, was not reduced by EGb761 treatment. CONCLUSION:Ginkgo biloba extract may protect heart against doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity without interfering with its antitumor activity in mice.
