1.Design and analysis of equipment repairing information system based on ThinkPHP
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(10):102-104,105
Objective:To design and implement equipment malfunctions online service system by using information technology, and to solve the defect of the traditional repair works, which makes traditional off-line repair service way transfer to online service mode, in order to improve the service quality of backup support. Methods: The actual situation of the hospital has been considered in this system. This system is developed by choosing ThinkPHP framework and jQuery technology, and it has set up four user management modes of administrator management, total audit management, department audit management, and common user management. Also the system has many functions: order with the repair personnel, the repair service, the repair progress review, and service statistics, etc. Results:This system effectively improves the work efficiency and management level, and it has a very good application prospect. Conclusion: Through the use of medical information system, the construction of hospital informatization will be promoted, and the clinical will also be better serviced.
2.Combined Irbesartan and Amiodarone in Maintaining Sinus Rhythm in Patients with Rheumatic Heart Disease after Mitral Valve Replacement
Chinese Journal of Hypertension 2007;0(04):-
Objective The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effect of combined irbesartan and amiodarone to maintain sinus rhythm in patients with rheumatic heart disease after valve replacement. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients of rheumatic heart disease after valve replacement operation complicated with persistent atrial fibrillation were randomized to amiodarone monotherapy (n=55) or irbesartan plus amiodarone group(n=61). Electrical cardioversion was administered 2 weeks after of pharmaceutical treatment. Patients were followed up for 18 months. Left atrial diameter was measured at before and 6, 12, 18 months after treatment. Results After 12 months, the left atrial diameter in amiodarone monotherapy group was significantly greater than irbesartan plus amiodarone combined group (P
3.Clinical Features of Adult Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder among Substance Abusers
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(09):-
Objective:To explore the clinical presentations and symptom distribution in adults with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) among non-alcohol substance use disorder population, and to prove the effectiveness of adult ADHD diagnosis. Methods:Thirty adults with ADHD and thirty non-ADHD controls were selected from Beijing Compulsory Detoxification Center, matched with sex, age, and education.Data collection included the following:(1)Self-report measures of developmental history, employment history, social history and ADHD clinical symptoms.(2)Psychiatric interview using structured assessments included the Clinical Diagonsitic Interview Scale(CDIS)for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders(DSM-IV).(3)Evaluation for cognitive function with the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Revised Chinese(WAIS-RC).Results:(1)The clinical core symptoms(such as attention deficit, restlessness, and impulsive symptoms)among adulthood ADHD were similar to childhood ADHD except for some hyperactivity symptoms.(2)The symptoms of attention deficit, restlessness and impulsiveness were more frequently in both of adulthood and childhood ADHD than non-ADHD controls(P
4.Origin of syndrome differentiation according to meridian and collateral theory and its clinical application.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(3):297-299
Through tracing to the source of syndrome differentiation according to meridian and collateral theory, Lingshu: Jingmai (Miraculous Pivot * Meridians) is studied in this article. Considered the requirement and concept of treatment according to syndrome differentiation, the application of proper syndrome differentiation methods based on meridian and collateral theory in acupuncture clinic is discussed. Theories, key factors as well as historical relations of syndrome differentiation according to meridian and collateral are also analyzed. The feature and origin of syndrome differentiation according to meridian and collateral, which are considered to be more important, are also discussed. Focuses of explanation are put on the functions, significances, connotations, relationship and clinical application of two major factors of syndrome differentiation, namely the running course of meridian and collateral and signs.

5.The diagnosis and surgical management of intra and extra middle skull base tumors
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(10):-
Objectives: Inquirying the ability of the earlier diagnosis and studying the surgical management of intra and extra middle skull base tumors. Methods: A retrospective study has been made on 43 cases of malignant skull base tumor extended into cavernouse sinus. CT and MRI evaluation were made for all patients. Different approaches have been utilized to remove tumors. Results: In early period there was no obviously clinical sign. 5 year survival rate was 35.1%. Seven cases of no removing totally tumors in cavernous sinus had been alive for 7 months. Conclusions: The symptoms of skull base carcinoma is less, which often leads to false diagnosis and management. Total resection via different approaches may improve clinical results.
6.Progress of research on tissue regeneration
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
For hundreds of years, scientists have been inspired by the regeneration phenomena in nature. Thanks to the development in the research tools for molecular biology, our understanding of the underlying molecular mechanisms involved in regeneration has been greatly deepened. Besides the increasing knowledge obtained from the studies on the molecular mechanisms of amphibian regeneration, accumulating evidence has proved that mammals may also have regenerative property, and the repair mechanisms should be conserved cross the species. Therefore, better clinical therapies are expected with the elucidation of regeneration mechanisms. Through introduction of the recent progress in amphibian appendage and mammalian regeneration, we expect the readers to have the fundamental understanding in this promising field.
7.Experience of ApplyingHuoxue Tongfu Therapy in Ancillary Treatment of Severe Traumatic Brain Injury Combined with Pulmonary Contusion Syndrome
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(7):118-120
Severe traumatic brain injury is a common clinical emergency, which is often combined with pulmonary contusion syndrome, and the treatment will be more difficult. This article started from the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and adoptedHuoxue Tongfu therapy by targeting the key pathogenesis qi stagnation and blood stasis of the disease, which achieved satisfactory efficay.
8.Experience in Treating Elderly Patients with Drug-resistant Bacteria Pulmonary Infection with Fuzheng Qinghua Therapy
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(6):121-122
Drug-resistant bacteria pulmonary infection in the elderly is increasing, which brings difficulties to the selection of antibiotics. Based on the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, targeting the key to the pathogenesis of the drug-resistant bacteria pulmonary infection deficiency of vital energy, phlegm and dampness, the author adopted Fuzheng Qinghua therapy to obtain satisfactory efficacy.

10.Antimicrobials Applying in a Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine:Investigations and Analysis
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the antimicrobial application in a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).METHODS Data of antimicrobial application in patients who were discharged within a month were investigated.RESULTS The usage rate of antimicrobials was 62.62%,the surgical departments were higher in antibacterial use than departments of internal medicine;the pathogenic detection rate was 17.28%;the usage rate of combinations accounted for 34.14%;the duration of preoperative and postoperative antimicrobial use was long, some patients didn′t receive rationally preoperative prophylactic antimicrobials.CONCLUSIONS Management of clinical antimicrobial application in hospital of TCM should be strengthened, especially on the indication of antimicrobial and pathogenic detection.
