1.Histocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis: a clinicopathological analysis

Objective To describe the clinicopathological features of histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis ( HNL). Methods Routine lymph node biopsies of 10 HNL cases were reviewed and their immunophenotyping were performed using S-P immunohistochemical staining. Results Histologically, HNL had discrete or integrated nodules variable in size in the paracortex,expecially in the interfollicular area,which were full of proliferating pleomorphic histocytes,transformed lymphocytes,and karyorrhectic debris without infiltration of the neutrophils, plasma cells and/or eosinophils. Immunohistochemistry revealed CD45RO + for transformed lymphocytes,CD68 +for histiocytes.and CD20 +for lymphocytes in the residual germinal centers. Conclusion The presence of pleomorphic histiocytes, transformed T-cells, and karyor-rhectic debris in the biopsy of lymph nodes, together with the absence of neutrophils support the diagnosis of HNL.

TIMI Flow as a method to assess myocardial reperfusion has been employed clinically ever since 1980's.TIMI Frame Count grading is a more objective,repeatable and correlative in variablity than those of TIMI Flow.TMBG and TMP provide the reperfusion evaluation on myocardial microvascular level.Doppler contrast echocardiography could be used as an additional index to assess vessel recanalization and myocardial reperfusion.Moreover,MCE,continuous ECG monitoring of ST-segment,isotope imaging of myocardial reperfusion and myocardial-enhanced MRI can all be used as non-invasive evaluating approaches with great clinical value.(J Intervent Radiol,2006,15:250-253)

Objective And effect of psychological intervention observation and analysis of iron combined with erythropoietin in the treatment of anemia in hemodialysis patients and the effect of. Methods 110 cases of Shaoxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in anemic hemodialysis patients with January 2015 to February 2016 underwent diagnosis and treatment as the research object of the study, all the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, respectively for the test group and control group, 2 groups of 55 cases. The control group was treated with erythropoietin receptor activator and psychological intervention treatment, experimental group was treated with ferrous succinate combined with erythropoietin receptor activator for treatment, but also psychological nursing intervention, observation and comparison of the symptoms of anemia, 2 groups of patients after treatment of adverse reaction etc. Results The experimental group patients with red blood cells, serum ferritin, hemoglobin and hematocrit were significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); side effects in test group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Iron combined with erythropoietin treatment in anemic hemodialysis was more effective at the same time, then the implementation of the corresponding psychological intervention, can reduce the adverse reactions in patients with symptoms, improve the safety of the treatment, and has high applicationvalue.
5.The effect of HGF-mediated Skp2 down-regulation on suppression of proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells

Objective To investigate the effect of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)on the proliferation of human hepatocellualr carcinoma cells,and the mechanism of HGF-induced proliferation inhibition.Methods Human hepatocellualr carcinoma cell line HepG2 were treated with different concentrations of HGF for different time periods,and the proliferation of these cells was examined by colorimetric BrdU cell proliferation enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The expression of S-phase kinase associated protein 2(Skp2)was examined using Western blot and RT-PCR.Plasmids pcDNASkp2 was introduced into HepG2 cells,then the clones showing up-regulation of Skp2 were selected,and the effect of HGF on the proliferation in these clones was investigated.Results HGF inhibited the proliferation of hepatoma cells in a dose and time dependent manner.The expression of Skp2 was significantly suppressed by HGF.Furthermore,HGF did not suppress the proliferation of HepG2 cells transfected with Skp2.Conclusions This study suggests that HGF could inhibit HepG2 cell proliferation,and the down-regulation of Skp2 could be closely related to this suppressed proliferation.
6.Strategies for automatic extraction of key words from medical news

The strategies for automatic extraction of key words from medical news were put forward by adding the MeSH terms into the general classification table in combination with the length of MeSH terms and location-weigh-ted MeSH terms.The key words randomly selected from 100 papers reporting medical news on 10 Websites were in-dexed and verified by machine indexing.The extraction accuracy was 0.34 and the recall rate was 0.30, showing that the strategies can be used for automatic extraction of key words from medical news.
7.Research in different measurement methods of nursing human resources

Objective To use three different methods-different nursing level,different ADL and nursing manhour to allocate nursing human resources,and find their difference.Methods Using observation method to record nursing time,and then using three different methods to allocate nursing human resources.Results 22 persons were needed using nursing level to allocate,20 persons were needed using ADL method and 15 persons were needed using nursing manhour to allocate nurses.The difference of direct nursing time between patients with primary care and secondary care had statistically significant difference.The difference of direct nursing time between patients with different ADL had statistically significant difference.Conclusions It is different using three methods to allocate nursing human resources.How to select a suitable method to accurately calculate nursing human resources and combine computer and the present methods is the problem which we should solve currently.
8.Effects of Danhong mixture on water and calcium content in brain tissue of rats with acute cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury

Objective To Study the effects of Danhong mixture on water and calcium contents in brain tissue of rats with acute cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.Methods 60 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,respectively,a sham operation group,a model control group,and 4 drug treatment groups.Models of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury were established by 4 blood-vessel method,and administrated with different doses of Danhong mixture injection and compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection.Effects of Danhong mixture on water and calcium content in brain tissue of rats with acute cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury were observed.Results Water and calcium content in brain tissue of rats with acute cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury were significantly decreased in Danhong mixture of high dose group (P<0.01),(water was 75.84% and calcium was 114.56 μg/g).Water and calcium content were also significantly decreased in Danhong mixture of medium dose group (P<0.01),(water was 80.13% and calcium was 132.35 μg/g)Water and calcium content showed decreasing tendency in Danhong mixture of low dose group,but without statistical significance,its numerical value was respectively 73.94% and 106.32 μg/g.Conclusion Danhong mixture can reduce water and calcium content in brain tissue of rats with acute cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,which indicated its neuroprotective effects.
9.Research progress of polyamidoamine dendrimer in targeting drug delivery system.

Targeting drug delivery system (TDDS) is one of the most concerned research fields in cancer treatment because it can bind selectively and react with the target diseased sites at the cellular or sub-cellular level, making distribution and release of drugs in a controlled manner, thus enhance therapeutic effects and reduce toxic and side-effects on normal cells. Polyamidoamine dendrimer (PAMAMD) is a kind of newly developed polymer in nanometer degree. Hyper-branched, monodispersity, three-dimensional structure and host-guest entrapment ability make it used as drug carrier, gene delivery system and imaging agent. Various targeting ligands, which have high affinity to specific organs, tissues or cells in human body, can be linked to surface functional groups of PAMAMD. And drugs and theoretical gene are carried by encapsulation or chemical conjugation. Finally, PAMAMD targeting drug delivery system can carry drugs and theoretical gene to diseased sites and then release them for targeted therapy. The PAMAMD-based conjugates have small size, ligh permeability and retention effect (EPR), low toxicity and so on. The research progress of PAMAMD modified by different ligands in targeting drug delivery system is reviewed, and research direction of the PAMAMD targeting delivery system in the future is also suggested.
10.Efficacy of silver ion dressings combined with hydro gel in treatment of diabetic foot: A Meta-analysis

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of silver ion dressings combined with hydro gel in treatment of diabetic foot by using Meta-analysis.Methods The Cochrane Library,EMbase and domestic main databases were searched,the quality of included studies which screened by certain standards was evaluated.The Review Manager 5.0 software was taken for analysis.Results Totally 11 studies were included,containing 765 patients with diabetic foot.The Meta-analysis showed that there were significant differences between two groups in treatment efficiency,granulation tissue growth time and basic healing time.But the epithelial formation time showed no significant difference between two groups.Conclusions Silver ion dressings combined with hydro gel in treatment of diabetic foot was effective.However,the quality and quantity of most studies included in this review are low,studies of higher quality and quantity are needed to confirm the results in the future.
