1.Effects of Di ao Xin xue Kang on connexin 43 of myocardial gap junction after acute ischemia injury

Objective To observe the effects of Di ao Xin xue Kang on connexin 43 ( Cx43 ) , in order to make clear the protective mechanism against ischemia -induced arrhythmias .Methods The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the digital table:SM operation group(group SM,n=10),ischemia group(group IM,n=10),Di ao Xin xue Kang group(group DA,n=10).Myocardial infarction was induced by legation the left anterior descending coronary artery for 120 min.The expression of Cx43 of the ischemic myocardium was studied by immunohistochemistry technique .The ventricular arrhythmia was observed , and MDA, SOD levels were measured . Results Compared with the SM group ,the arrhythmia score[(3.8 ±0.7)points vs.(0.7 ±0.2)points,t=13.466, P<0.01]and serum MDA level[(8.3 ±0.8)nmol/mL vs.(4.2 ±0.7)nmol/mL,t=12.197,P<0.01]in the IM group were significantly increased,SOD activity in the IM group[(68.2 ±5.5)U/mL vs.(144.1 ±7.9)U/mL,t=24.932,P<0.01]decreased,and serum Cx43 content[(0.39 ±0.06) vs.(0.92 ±0.05),t=21.459,P<0.01] significantly decreased.Compared with IM group,the arrhythmia score of the DA group [(2.6 ±0.8) vs.(3.8 ± 0.7),t=3.570,P<0.01]decreased,and serum Cx43 content[(0.60 ±0.08) vs.(0.39 ±0.06),t=6.641,P<0.01]increased and distributed regularly.Conclusion Di ao Xin xue Kang can effectively alleviate Cx43 degrading induced by acute myocardial infarction ,the mechanism of this effect is associated with resisting oxidative stress .
2.Application of animation video in epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with preoperative visit

Objective To explore the application effect of postural animation video instruction mode in elderly patients undergoing epidural anesthesia. Methods A total of 300 patients with epidural anesthesia were registered from January 2015 to February 2016. The patients were divided into trial group and control group with 150 cases each. The trial group was preoperatively interviewed by the postural anatomy video instruction mode, and the control group was only preoperatively interviewed by oral interpretation. The epidural anesthesia effect and anxiety between the two groups were compared. Results The difference of anesthesia posture and anatomical position, the average time of epidural puncture, the success rate of one puncture and the degree of anxiety before and after mission were 90.67% (136/150), (14.50 ± 10.20) s, (425.60 ± 78.30) s, 97.33% (146/150) and (21.65 ± 6.62) points respectively. The control group was 22.00%(33/150), (112.60 ± 60.80) s, (589.40 ± 90.70)s, 82.67%(124/150) and (6.65 ± 5.40) points respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups (χ2=8.79, t=13.54-19.88, all P < 0.01). Conclusions The postural anatomical video teaching mode can relieve anxiety, improve the degree of fit of epidural anesthesia and the success rate of puncture, shorten the time of posture, thus shorten the average time of epidural puncture, improve the quality of nursing in the operating room, work efficiency.
3.Effects of Zhibitai capsule on blood lipids,blood glucose and the adipocytokine omentin in hyperlipidemic rats

Objective To study the effect of Zhibitai capsule on blood lipids,blood glucose and omentin in hyperlipidemic rats.Methods Thirty SPF male rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and Zhibitai group.The control group was fed with common diet,while the rest rats were fed with high-fat diet.After the model was successfully established,the Zhibitai group was orally administered 8mg/kg Zhibitai capsule powder twice daily,the rats in the control group and the model group were given the same amount of normal saline respectively. After 4 weeks,the serum levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein (HDL-C),low density lipoprotein (LDL-C),blood glucose and omentin were evaluated.Results Compared with the model group, the serum levels of TC[(3.97 ± 0.62) mmol/L vs.(6.33 ± 1.10) mmol/L,t =5.910,P <0.01],TG[(1.51 ± 0.47)mmol/L vs.(2.18 ± 0.64)mmol/L,t=2.472,P<0.05]and LDL-C[(0.30 ± 0.04)mmol/L vs.(0.48 ± 0.16) mmol/L, t =3.451, P <0.01)] of the Zhibitai group were significantly decreased,the HDL -C level was significantly increased[(1.35 ± 0.28) mmol/L vs.(1.06 ± 0.31) mmol/L,t =2.195,P <0.05],blood glucose decreased significantly[(5.04 ± 0.82)mmol/L vs.(6.43 ± 1.10)mmol/L,t=3.204,P<0.01],and the concentration of omentin was significantly increased[(68.59 ± 24.82) ng/L vs.(46.86 ± 20.12) ng/L,t =2.151,P <0.05]. Conclusion Zhibitai capsule can effectively reduce the serum levels of TC,TG and LDL-C of hyperlipidemic rats and increase the content of HDL-C,effectively reduce blood sugar,and can increase the content of omentin.
