1.Clinical study on estrogen supplementary treatment for urethra syndrome of menopausal women

Objective To improve the understanding,diagnosis and treatment for urethra syndrome of menopausal women.Methods 626 female patients with urethra syndrome took nilestriol of 2 mg/2 weeks orally after initating invalid antibiotic therapy.Then the therapeutic effects were observed and compared.Results 143 cases showed specially remarkable effect (2 weeks),426 cases presented remarkable effect (4 weeks),55 cases produced obvious effect (6 weeks) and 2 cases had common effect (8 weeks).The total effective rate was 100%.There was no complication.Conclusion Nilestriol supplementary treatment for urethra syndrome of menopausal women (1~2 mg/2 weeks) is safe and reliable with good effect.

Objective To study the management of female urethral syndrome complicated by mental diseases in the aged. Metho ds 103 patients were randomly grouped into A and B.Nilestrioli,2mg e very 2 weeks,was instituted to the patients in Group A whereas to patients in Gr oup B,sedatives was instituted in addition to nilestrioli.The therapeutic result was evaluated in the 4th and 8th week.In patients with symptoms unrelieved,diaz epom injection and urethral perfuson of lidocaine were undertaken and the therap eutic effect was studied in the first,second,third and the fourth week. Objective To evaluate zinc therapy in the management of infertility due to semen of poor quality. Methods Oral 0.05% zinc gluconate was instituted to 876 cases of male infertility due to semen of poor quality (group A) and 10% calcium gluconate orally to 116 patients as controls (group B).548 men with normal semen served as normal contrast (group C).Semen routine and zinc content in semen fluid and blood semen were assessed 4 weeks before and 4 weeks after the treatment in all.Their couples were followed up for pregnancy or not.
