ObjectiveTo investigate the moderating effect of psychological resilience in relation to depressive symptoms and suicidal risk among adolescents. MethodsThe research is a descriptive survey. A total of 71 137 adolescents were selected from 163 schools in Deyang by stratified cluster sampling. Their psychological resilience, depressive symptoms and suicide risks were measured oneline by using 10-item Connor-davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RICS-10), Patients’ Health Questionnaire Depression Scale-9 item (PHQ-9) and Suicidal Behaviors Questionnaire-Revised (SBQ-R). The moderating effect of psychological resilience in relation to depressive symptoms and suicidal risk was examined by multivariate stratified regression analysis. Results① The score of CD-RISC-10 was negatively related to PHQ-9 score and SBQ-R score (r=-0.305, -0.268, P<0.01). ② Psychological resilience significantly moderated the relationship between depressive symptoms and suicidal risk (β=-0.100, t=-31.716, P<0.01). ③ In both male and female adolescents, resilience played a significant role in depressive symptoms and suicide risk (β=-0.086, -0.084, t=-17.502, -18.839, P<0.01). ConclusionPsychological resilience could significantly alleviate the impact of high-level depressive symptoms on suicidal risk among adolescents, and this effects both male and female adolescents.

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical status and correlation of ruminant thinking and sleep quality in isolated population during the COVID-19 epidemic. Methods Insomnia Severity Index Scale (ISI) and Rumination Thinking Scale (RRS) were used to investigate 107 persons in a centralized isolation site in Deyang,Sichuan. Results The detection rate of insomnia among isolated personnel was 37.4%. Correlation analysis showed that the total score of the RRS was positively correlated with the ISI (r=0.468,P<0.05);the repeated deep thinking was positively correlated with the ISI (r=0.35,P<0.05);the compulsive thinking dimension was positively correlated with the sleep ISI (r=0.382,P<0.05);the depression-related dimension was positively correlated with the ISI (r=0.468,P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that marriage was a risk factor for sleep disturbance (P<0.05);however,increasing age was a protective factor (P<0.05). Conclusion Quarantined people are prone to sleep disorders during the epidemic, and ruminant thinking is strongly positively related to sleep disorders. For public health emergencies, improving ruminant thinking may have important research value for regulating sleep disorders.
3. Cytological diagnosis of one burn patient with cicatrix carcinoma after amputation combined with right thigh proximal medial metastasis
Chinese Journal of Burns 2020;36(1):64-66
On 18th October 2018, a 49 years old man with right thigh proximal medial swelling and pain was received in the Department of Pathology, People′s Hospital of Deyang of Sichuan Province. The patient had experienced amputation twice because of burn in right lower limb 46 years ago. Cicatricial squamous cell carcinoma metastasis in right thigh proximal medial was diagnosed by fine needle aspiration cytology in our hospital. The wound remained ulcered and unhealed after biopsy in a higher level hospital. The patient died in ten days after first chemotherapy which was required by the patient. This case suggests that clinician should perform pathological examination on burn patients with scar ulcer as soon as possible to avoid delay in treatment, which may cause carcinogenesis deterioration and metastasis.

Objective To analyze and discuss the epidemiological characteristics of HBV infection in people with hepatitis B virus (HBV) surface antigen (HBsAg) positive in Deyang Area. Methods The health checkup information of the region in 2020 was selected to screen the subjects with the results of HBV serological markers, and 1645 HBsAg-positive patients were selected as the main subjects to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of the population. Use Epidata to enter data, and use SPSS statistical software package to analyze the data. Results Except for the differences in occupational distribution between the sexes, the differences in age, education level, family history, and vaccination history (hepatitis B vaccine) were not statistically significant among men and women in this study. Among the 1645 HBsAg-positive subjects, 41 were double-positive for anti-HBs at the same time, and the double-positive rate was 2.49%. Compared with HBs-negative people, HBs-positive people have a relatively higher proportion of males, junior high school education level, occupation as a farmer, unvaccinated, and positive family history. AmpliPrep/COBAS quantitative detection reagent was used for HBV DNA viral load detection, 92.69% were quantitatively positive (38 cases), of which 23 cases (60.53%) with HBV DNA < 20 IU/mL, and 15 cases (39.47%) with HBV DNA >20 IU/mL). The epidemiological characteristics of the double-positive population suggest that the proportion of males, junior high school education level, occupation as a farmer, unvaccinated and positive family history is relatively higher. Analyzing the potential influencing factors of anti-HBs positive (double positive) in HBsAg-positive people, it can be seen that the increase in age, the occupation is a farmer, the first injection of hepatitis B vaccine is not in time, and the family history of liver disease is positive as potential risk factors for the occurrence of double positive. Conclusion In the future, this region should pay special attention to farmers who are older, have a family history of liver disease, and lack or incomplete hepatitis B vaccination for hepatitis B prevention and control.

BackgroundWith the acceleration of population aging in China, studies have documented an increased prevalence of dementia in the elderly. Behavioral and psychological symptoms and impaired cognitive function are important problems affecting the quality of life in the elderly with dementia. It has been noted that there are certain limitations on the management of problems mentioned above by drug treatment alone, while its combination with music intervention is emerging as an effective approach. However, the application of this approach in the elderly with moderate to severe dementia is still in its relative infancy. ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of music assisted drug treatment on behavioral and psychological symptoms and cognitive function in the elderly with moderate to severe dementia, so as to provide insights for the development of effective intervention. MethodsA randomized controlled study was utilized to enroll a coherent of 43 elderly patients with moderate to severe dementia who were hospitalized in Geriatric Psychiatry of Deyang Mental Health Center from January to July 2023 and met the International Classification of Diseases, tenth edition (ICD-10) diagnostic criteria for dementia. Eligible subjects were divided into study group (n=22) and control group (n=21) based on random allocation using SPSS 26.0. Both groups received routine drug treatment and nursing care, while the study group added music intervention, which consisted of two 30-minute sessions per week for 8 weeks. Neuro Psychiatric Inventory (NPI) and Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) were administered to all patients before and after intervention. ResultsA total of 36 patients completed the study, including 20 case in study group and 16 case in control group. No statistical difference was noted in baseline NPI score and MMSE score between two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, study group reported a statistical reduction in NPI total score [58.00 (49.00, 79.25) vs. 78.50 (55.00, 95.50), Z=-3.902, P<0.01)] along with a clinically unremarkable increase in MMSE score (P>0.05) compared with baseline data. After intervention, NPI total score and scores on sub-domains including agitation/aggression, depression/dysphoria, anxiety and aberrant motor behavior were all significantly lower in study group than those in control group (Z=-2.183, -2.438, -2.691, -3.716, -2.250, P<0.05 or 0.01), while there was no significant difference in MMSE score between two groups (P>0.05). ConclusionMusic assisted drugintervention may ameliorate behavioral and psychological symptoms in the elderly with moderate to severe dementia, while no significant improvement is documented on cognitive function. To explore the effect of doctor-patient relationship perception on work performance among medical staff in public hospitals and its mechanism. The convenient sampling method was used to select 380 medical staff working in four public tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province, Zhejiang Province, and Fujian Province from August 2022 to October 2022 as the research objects, and the General Information Questionnaire, Doctor-Patient Relationship Scale, General Self-Efficacy Scale, Perceived Organizational Support Scale, Work Performance Questionnaire were used. This paper showed that the doctor-patient relationship perception of medical staff was negatively correlated with self-efficacy (r=-0.392, P<0.01) and work performance (r=-0.286, P<0.01), self-efficacy was positively correlated with perceived organizational support (r=0.538, P<0.01) and work performance (r=0.507, P<0.01), perceived organizational support was positively correlated with work performance (r=0.510, P<0.01). Self-efficacy played a partial mediating role between doctor-patient relationship perception and work performance, and its effect value was -0.241, accounting for 64.78% of the total effect. Perceived organizational support weakened the negative predictive effect of doctor-patient relationship perception on self-efficacy, which moderates the first half path of the mediating model that doctor-patient relationship perception affects work performance through self-efficacy. It indicated that the doctor-patient relationship perceived by medical staff in public hospitals is poor. Measures should be taken from the aspects of policy support, hospital and society levels to alleviate the doctor-patient relationship, play the mediating role of self-efficacy and the moderating role of organizational support, minimize the negative impact of doctor-patient relationship on the work performance among medical staff, and improve the work performance of medical staff, so as to improve the overall quality of medical services.

Journal of Public Health and Preventive Medicine 2022;33(5):144-147
Objective To explore the pathogen spectrum of hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) in Deyang, and the serological epidemiological characteristics of enterovirus 71 (EV71). Methods The general clinical data and etiological data of 287 patients with HFMD in Deyang from June 2019 to June 2021 were statistically analyzed. Blood samples were collected to detect serum EV71 neutralizing antibodies by neutralization test. Results Among the 287 patients with HFMD, most of the critically ill patients were between 1 and 6 years old. There was a statistically significant difference in clinical classification between different age groups (P < 0.05). A total of 254 (88.50%) EV-positive cases were detected, including 131 (45.64%) positive for EV71, 98 (34.15%) positive for CVA16, and 25 (8.71%) positive for other EVs. The EV71 positive rate was higher in critically ill patients (P < 0.05). The positive rate of EV71 antibody increased with age within 15 years old, with statistically significant differences among different age groups (P < 0.05). Among the 287 serum samples, there were 156 (54.36%) samples with neutralizing antibody titer <1:8, 86 (29.97%) with titer between 1:8 and 1:32, and 45 (15.68%) with titer >1:32. Patients with EV71 neutralizing antibody titer>1:32 were over 15 years old. There were statistically significant differences in EV71 neutralizing antibody titer between different age groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The positive rate of EV is different in patients with different clinical types. EV71 and CVA16 are main pathogens of HFMD in Deyang. HFMD patients under 6 years old have lower EV71 antibody level. It is recommended to strengthen EV71 vaccination for children under 6 years old.

OBJECTIVETo retrospectively assess serious systemic adverse effects of standardized dust-mite vaccine in children with asthma.
METHODSMedical records of 704 children (5-17 years in age) with asthma between January, 2005 and December, 2011 were reviewed. Serious systemic adverse events following treatment with a standardized dust-mite vaccine in these children were analyzed.
RESULTSA total of 336 systemic adverse reactions were observed in 17.0% (120/704) of the patients analyzed of these adverse reactions, 18 (5.4%) were serious (level 3), 318 (94.6%) were not serious (below level 3), and no single case of anaphylactic shock (level 4) was recorded. Systemic adverse events occurred most frequently in the 5 to 11-year age group and in the summer season (from June to August). In the 18 severe cases, the peak expiratory flow (PEF) dropped by 20% immediately after the vaccine injection, and other major clinical symptoms included cough, wheezing and urticaria. All children with serious systemic adverse effects were given inhaled hormone and atomized short-acting beta agonists, oral antihistamines, intravenous dexamethasone and/or intramuscular adrenaline. After these treatments, the clinical symptoms were significantly relieved.
CONCLUSIONSThe rate of serious systemic adverse events following allergen-specific immunotherapy is relatively low in children with allergic asthma. Conventional medications are effective in managing these immunotherapy-associated adverse events.

To estimate the national prevalence of paternal postpartum depression in China and evaluate its association with maternal postpartum depression.
Methods: Systematic literature searches were conducted in databases including PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Medline, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wangfang Database, Chinese science & technology journal database (VIP) and SinoMed database. The articles reported the prevalence of paternal postpartum depression in China were collected from inception to October 1, 2015. Random effect models were used to calculate pooled estimates and 95% confidence intervals. Subgroup analysis were undertaken by period of measurement, case identification, study location and study quality.
Results: Fourteen studies with a total sample size of 3 819 partners were included in this study. The pooled estimate of paternal postpartum depression was 13.6% (95% CI 8.7%-21.3%). The Pearson correlation coefficien between maternal PPD and paternal PPD was 0.295 (95% CI 0.218-0.367). The subgroup analysis showed that the estimates of paternal PPD in 0-5+6 weeks postpartum, 6-8 weeks postpartum and 8+1-24 weeks postpartum were 28.7%, 11.4% and 5.5%, respectively; when the rating scale was used as case identification method, the estimate of paternal PPD was 16.8%, and it was 4.1% when interview was used. The estimate of paternal PPD in inner areas was 22.2%, in coastal areas was 13.3% and in Hongkong/Taiwan was 7.8%. In studies with lower quality, the estimate of paternal PPD was 23.0%, and it was 9.1% in studies with higher quality.
Conclusion: The national prevalence of paternal postpartum depression in China was at a high level, particularly during the postpartum 0-5+6 weeks. Paternal postpartum depression also showed a moderate positive correlation with maternal postpartum depression.
