Objective To investigate the regulating function of p120-catenin (p120ctn) on proliferation and invasion of human bladder cancer cell T24.Methods Special siRNA was used to silence the expression of p120ctn in T24 cells.MTT assay was used to examine the T24 cell growth rate. The invasion of T24 cells and the control cells were measured by transwell chamber assay. Results The silencing of p120ctn could improve the proliferation and the invasiveness of T24 tumor cells.Transwell chamber assay showed that the in vitro invasion function of T24 cells was significant increase after p120ctn-siRNA.Conclusion p120ctn inhibited the bladder cancer proliferation and invasiveness of bladder carcinoma cells.

BACKGROUND: Recent researches demonstrate that transplantation of bone marrow stem cells in the area of myocardial infarction can directionally differentiate into myocardial cells having normal physiological function and can promote newborn vascularization so as to repair infarction myocardium and improve injured cardiac function.OBJECTIVE: To observe short-term clinical effect of autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation (ABMSCT) in percutaneous coronary artery on the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.DESIGN: Self-control study.SETTING: Department of Cardiology, Xiangtan Central Hospital.PARTICIPANTS: A total of 27 patients with acute myocardial infarction, including 16 males and 11 females, were selected from Department of Cardiology, Xiangtan Central Hospital from June 2004 to December 2006. Their ages coronary artery was finished after onset emergently; in addition, blood flow of infraction related vessels recovered to grade TIMI3. All patients provided the confirmed consent.METHODS: Operative procedure: All patients were performed with emergently interventional therapy of coronary artery after onset of acute myocardial infarction. One week later, percutaneous cavity tube technique was used to establish infarction related arterial pathway, and guiding filament was used to send micro-perfusion tube into stents. And then, separated bone marrow stem cell suspension was poured through central cavity of micro-tube into the distal end of infarction vessels. Operative evaluation: Dynamic electrocardiogram was evaluated for 24 hours before and after transplantation; in addition, left ventricular ejection fraction and myocardial perfusion defect scores were detected before and at 6 and 12 months after transplantation; otherwise, recovery state and complication were observed in follow up at 6 and 12 months after operation.defect scores: At 6 and 12 months after operation, left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that before transplantation, and there was significant difference before and after transplantation (P<0.05). While, myocardial perfusion defect scores were lower than those before transplantation, and there was significant difference before and arrhythmia were not found out, cardiac arrhythmia was not increased, and cardiac arrhythmia combining with malignancy not have any complications and in-stent constriction after operation.

Objective:To identify the risk factors of anxiety disorders among patients undergoing coronary angiography (CAG) and to determine whether the decision of revascularization affect anxiety level following coronary angiography.
Methods:A total of 379 patients undergoing CAG in Fuwai Hospital from Dec. 2012 to Dec. 2013 were invited to participate this study. A data-collecting form, which included questions about demographic features, health history, Type A Behavior Questionnaire (TABQ) and Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), was completed by the participants on the day before and the day after CAG.
Result:Among these patients, SAS score of both before and the day after CAG were higher than Chinese normative SAS score. Female patients had a higher SAS score level than male patients (40.57±9.53 vs 38.26±9.61, P<0.05) before CAG. Patients with these factors of female, over 50 years old, duration of coronary artery disease over 1 year, lower education level had a higher SAS score after CAG. SAS score declined signiifcantly after CAG except those scheduled to receive CABG. Multivariable linear analysis found the D-value between SAS scores before and after CAG was negative correlated with degree of education and positive correlated with the duration of coronary artery disease.
Conclusion:The anxiety level decreased after CAG, except those who need coronary revascularization surgery.

Objective To investigate dermoscopic features of onychomycosis and nail psoriasis. Methods From March 2017 to March 2018,128 patients with onychomycosis and 128 with nail psoriasis were enrolled from Department of Dermatology,Xiangyang Central Hospital.Dermoscopic images of the lesional nails were compared.Enumeration data were analyzed by chi-square test and Fisher's exact test. Results There were 7 kinds of dermoscopic patterns in onychomycosis, including jagged edge (69/128,53.91%),longitudinal striae (72/128,56.25%),cone-shaped keratosis (30/128,23.44%),nail plate thickening (21/128,16.41%),black dots (5/128,3.91%),onycholysis (26/128,20.31%),and nail discoloration (23/128,17.97%).The jagged edge and longitudinal striae occurred more frequently in distal/ lateral subungual onychomycosis (DLSO) than in the other 3 clinical subtypes of onychomycosis (all P < 0.001),and cone-shaped keratosis occurred more frequently in total dystrophic onychomycosis (TDO) than in the other 3 clinical subtypes of onychomycosis (x2 =42.020,P < 0.001).There were no significant differences in the prevalance of nail plate thickening, black dots, onycholysis and nail discoloration among the 4 clinical subtypes of onychomycosis (all P > 0.05).There were 7 kinds of dermoscopic patterns in nail psoriasis, including pitting corrosion (61/128,47.66%),oil drop sign (41/128,32.03%),splinter hemorrhage (41/128,32.03%),dilated hyponychial capillaries (23/128,17.97%),nail plate thickening (20/128,15.63%),onycholysis (20/128,15.63%),and nail discoloration (13/128,10.16%).The oil drop sign occurred more frequently in psoriasis vulgaris and psoriasis arthropathica than in the other 2 clinical subtypes of psoriasis (P =0.019).The dilated hyponychial capillaries occurred more frequently in pustular psoriasis than in the other 3 clinical subtypes of psoriasis (P =0.047).There were no significant differences in the prevalance of pitting corrosion, splinter haemorrhage, nail plate thickening and nail discoloration among the 4 clinical subtypes of psoriasis (all P > 0.05).Conclusions The dermoscopic features of onychomycosis include jagged edge, longitudinal striae,cone-shaped keratosis and black dots, and the dermoscopic features of nail psoriasis include pitting corrosion, oil drop sign, splinter haemorrhage and dilated hyponychial capillaries.Their common dermoscopic features include nail plate thickening, onycholysis and nail discoloration.
