Objective To explore the clinical effect of moist dressing combined with high energy narrow band phototherapy on chronic dermal ulcer. Methods Sixty cases with dermal chronic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups equally. The experimental group was treated by moist dressing combined with high energy narrow band phototherapy, while the control group was treated by moist dressing. The areas of wound surface were compared after treating for 14 and 21 days.Result Twenty-one days after treatment, the areas of wound surface were significantly reduced in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moist dressing combined with high energy narrow band phototherapy can eradicate necrotic tissue, adjust micro-environment,and promote granulation and healing in chronic dermal ulcer.

Objective To explore the influence on the bad eating habits of diabetes by the management of diabetes education with families participation.Method Sixty-six patients with type 2 diabete mellitus were chosen as study object. They were divided into the experiment group and the control group at random. The diabetic knowledge and die behavior education were taken to the two groups and the families of the experiment group. The bad eating habits of the two groups were investigated before and after management. Results The snack, night snack and out eating times were significantly decreased in the experiment group than the control group and before management. There were statistical significant difference(all P<0.05).Conclusion The management of diabetes education with families participation can improve the bad eating habits so as to delay the progression of diabetes.

Objective To investigate the relationship of resistance mechanisms of a Klebsiella pneumoniae strain and a Morganella morganii strain resistance to carbapenems isolated from a single specimen. Methods Sensibility of antimicrobial agents was detected by agar dilution method. Specific PCR and DNA sequence analysis were performed to detect resistance genes. Plasmid feature was detected by plasmid conjugation and electrophoresis analysis. Genetic environment around blaKPC was analyzed with sequencing. The changes of outer membrane permeability were analyzed with electrophoresis of outer membrane proteins. Results blaKPC-2 was detected in 2 original isolates strains and their transconjugants. Carbapenem-resistance was successfully transfered by conjugation experiments. blaKPC-2 was located on dissimilar plasmids, but genetic environment around blaKPC-2 was the same sequence. The Morganella morganii isolate showed a loss of 38 ×103 OMPs and an additional 36 ×103 OMPs appearance, while the Klebsiella pneumoniae isolate showed a loss of OMPK36. Conclusion blaKPC-2 was detected in 2 isolates. This gene encoded by two plasmids with different sizes was located on the same composite transposon. The lack of outer membrane proteins could also play an important role causing isolates to exhibite resistance to carbapenems.
